Elisabeth S. "A beautiful, zen place with delicious teas, either hot or iced, italian sodas as well. It is located in a peaceful shopping center and there is one table with two chairs outside, lots of good seating inside. The place has a really meditative, romantic mood to it, very nature-based. There is a friendly dog named Jupiter that roams around."

Abe M. "Nice new tea place in Parker. It's in the strip mall next to the delicious French bakery. Nice new interior. Clean. Love Thai tea, and from what I read in the local newspaper, the spent some time abroad refining their craft. Ordered a tiger milk tea with boba, and a small order of chicken dumpling. They are made fresh, and take about 10 mins to make."

Esther G. "I am girl from Bay Area who has a big boba addiction. Every time I'm in a new place I am always on the hunt for good boba ! Relocated to Colorado for a new months. This definitely hit the spot for me! Very comparable to boba places in the Bay Area.Got 2 drinks:-Black tiger pearl brûlée milk tea: has torched sugar on the top, cheese cream and then boba milk tea. -Golden Mango Passion fruit pineapple green tea : has small pieces of fruit, tartness of passion fruit balances out the sweet. Super refreshing. Boba is super soft, chewy and sweet!Another plus, they had a few games there so I imagine it was be a good place to hang out at. The best boba place in Colorado Springs I've tried."

I always recommend the chicken dumplings but you can't go wrong with anything. It's cozy and comfy inside. I love sitting at the tatami tables. And there's got to be hundreds of teas and blends to choose from at any given time."

Angela L. "Great little place! I came in looking for a few herbs to blend into a tea for my Dad and found that the perfect blend had been created already. The person working was absolutely fabulous, friendly and informative. Taking a look around I noticed several jars of single herbs and an abundance of blended herbal teas carefully blended for supporting self-healing. There were also CBD products, handcrafted knit items, tea accessories, candles, jewelry, ritual items and an assortment of supplements. They have daily yoga classes that are by donation. There are a few comfy arm chairs and an abundance of reference books on hand. I am very happy to see such a delightful, friendly place in town and will stop in whenever I come to the area for a visit."

The food we ordered were bite sized, but there were plenty of choices to fill me! We had a wonderful time and got all dressed up for the occasion. Mike F. "Super nice people and solid coffee! I don't think I've ever gotten a smaller size of drink in my life though. Ordered an iced latte and after the espresso and ice it was probably 4 oz of milk. For that reason alone I'd rather take my business to Corvus or another coffee shop. Wanted to try them out but doubt I'll be back."

Miramont Castle

Miramont Castle

★★★★☆ 3.8 (97) • $$$

Tank G. "This is an interesting place that is full of history. The 14,000 square feet castle was built in 1895 by Father Jean Baptist Francolon, a French-born Catholic priest. It was placed on the National Historic Register in 1976 and is rumored to be haunted. It looks like the castle is a work in progress. On a side note, what is the difference between a castle and a mansion. I think this is more of a mansion, but what do I know. There are two private lots to park at, one up top and one down in the front. In addition to the self guided tour of the castle, they offer tea parties, but that requires a reservation. I just did the tour. The admission price goes to the maintenance and restoration of the house. The house itself has a hodgepodge of exhibits. They give you a paper to help guide you on your tour and most rooms have a poster on the walls that provides some context for the rooms. On the first floor you will find an exhibit featuring the town's fire fighting history and vintage fire equipment. Once you head upstairs, you will go through about 14 furnished rooms of the house that include a chapel, a bedroom, a kitchen, a grand staircase, and an office. This is where you get a real feel off how big the house really is. In a room off to the side, amount the main rooms of the house, you will find a small exhibit that features the twelfth Nuremberg trial, which was presided over by Colorado Springs' own John C. Young. Additionally, you will find a WWII exhibit, and a Manitou Springs bottle exhibit in the main house. On the top floor is where you will find the gift shop and a few other exhibits such as a shoe that was found in a wall of the house, some materials used in building the house and an anchor that connects the house to the mountain. The tour ends in the gift shop, where you exit and are free to tour the garden which is well maintained during spring and summer months. This tour is ok, more so, for history buffs. I felt they filled the house with a lot of unrelated stuff for the sake of filling it. The proceeds of admission does support the castle. If you are in the area and have a little hole in your itinerary to fill, then this place is definitely worth some consideration.."

The assortment is extensive but, in a right way as the store is very organized. And one of the owners, Lucas, is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable; I'm sure his wife is too but, we didn't get to meet her, just yet. Overall, I would recommend this to the health conscious, scientific herbal, and tea minded. However, anyone would do well, and benefit, from visiting this shop."

Minelie A. "On January 1, 2025, we visited this breathtaking palace, and it was an unforgettable experience. The entire place radiated charm and beauty, surrounded by stunning mountain views that created a serene and magical atmosphere. Although the tea room was closed during our visit, we were still able to explore the entire palace on foot, soaking in its historic architecture and charming decor.Outside, there was a quaint little coffee shop with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. They also had a bookstore that added an extra layer of charm to the experience, making our trip even more special. The combination of cozy vibes, great coffee, and an array of books to browse was absolutely delightful. To our surprise, we spotted wild animals in the surrounding areas, further enhancing the picturesque setting. The views of the mountains were absolutely gorgeous, making it feel like we had stepped into a fairytale. The interior decor of the palace was steeped in history, and every corner gave off a cute, vintage vibe. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and provided us with insightful information about the palace, which added a lot to our experience.Parking was another perk--it was completely free, though you needed to pick up a yellow pass from the front door to display in your car. I'm not sure if this arrangement applies on regular days, but it was convenient for our visit. While exploring, we noticed a group being guided by someone who was explaining the history of the palace. However, we chose to explore on our own, and it was just as enjoyable. The palace also seemed to be a venue for weddings, which we could easily imagine being absolutely magical. With its historic charm, gorgeous surroundings, and romantic vibes, it would make the perfect setting for a fairytale wedding.Overall, this visit was an incredible way to start the year, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of history, nature, and cozy vibes."

Gabrielle B. "Such a cute coffee shop in monument right next door to pikes peak brewery. It's quiet inside with tons of seating, including plush sofas. This is a great place to get work done, meet someone for coffee or anything else you'd want to do at a coffee house. They sell lots of cute merchandise as well and have baked goods, but come early because they sell out fast. I also appreciate that they feature art from local artists. There are some truly amazing paintings here that are very reasonably priced. I had an americano and it was perfect. Great coffee and ambiance!"
