"Sushi Katsu has a great AYCE deal - $24.99 for lunch and $30.95 for dinner. All you can eat is no joke. They will keep the food coming although they have put a 2 hour seating limit per table. Lots of options in appetizers, nigiri, and rolls. Rolls have plenty of ingredients and are generous portions. One of my favs is the Volcano Roll with crabmeat and cucumber topped with white fish, spicy mayo, masago, scallions and sweet sauce. They have other locations but I think the Havana one is the best."

We chose the outdoor patio seating as the weather was perfect.Our server Elise confidently handled multiple questions regarding menu items (seeking the spicier options). The XXX roll hit the spot, and the Firecracker roll which could use more heat ("Firecracker"). We caved and had a bottle of Momo Kawa sake. Once a regular DTC haven my serial-dating days, it is now a regular go-to when in town with colleagues.Excellent service, food, pleasant outdoor seating as well as intimate indoor ambiance make it my repeat sushi option in the DTC."

"Beautiful, delicious sushi!Osaka Sushi is a huge winner in the sushi department for having an amazing selection of rolls, reasonable prices, beautiful presentation, and awesome desserts!Had the opportunity to finally check out Osaka Sushi after a friend of mine raved so much about it. I may be weird, but I actually love fruit in or on top of my sushi so whenever I'm at a new sushi place I scan the menu for a) rolls with any fruit like mango, strawberry, or kiwi, b) spicy rolls with spicy salmon or tuna, and then c) tempura rolls. Osaka Sushi has a great selection and some very unique rolls as well. I ordered the tropicana roll and ichiban roll which satisfied my fruity and spicy sushi cravings, respectively. The tropicana roll is one of their newer rolls and includes shrimp tempura, crab meat, cucumber, kiwi, kiwi sauce, tempura flakes, and red tobiko. The ichiban roll is shrimp tempura & crab meat topped with spicy tuna, spicy mayo, and sweet eel sauce. My friends ordered the avalanche roll, oh baby roll, and two others that I don't remember the name of. The avalanche has baked salmon, crab, shrimp tempura. Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved the ichiban, tropicana, and avalanches rolls! The two other rolls I tried were also great. Despite being fairly full, of course we had to try dessert.I ordered the berry paradise cheesecake, while our friends had the tempura ice cream and creme brulee. All of the desserts were beautifully presented, with beautiful plate art. Not only beautiful, but they were also delicious. I love the care in the presentation that Osaka delivers for both their sushi and desserts!Friendly staff, plenty of seating. Five stars! Definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants - wish it was closer!"

"WOW WOW WOW. This is Chef Nobu's third restaurant in Colorado, with the other two locations in Aspen & Vail. This new-style Japanese and was to die for. While everything was truly great, I'd say the must try items are: yellowtail jalapeño sashimi & crispy spicy tuna. Our entire group was happy dancing between each bite. Ambiance is mid-modern minimalist, the restaurant is truly beautiful. Our server guided us throughout the entire sushi experience and it did not disappoint."

"This is a great little spot! I came here for lunch and ate at the counter. The fish is all very high quality and fresh. They make rolls that you eat by hand which is different. "THE BEST SUSHI RESTAURANT! I regularly go here because they have such quality food and service. As someone who takes her sushi pretty seriously I would say that it is as good as any restaurant on the coasts. Don't let the location fool you, this hidden gem is something that you won't want to pass up. They are the kindest humans I've ever met and genuinely their fish quality is leaps and bounds better than anything I've tasted elsewhere in town. They even gave me some wontons to try and I didn't think it was possible, but I don't think I have had better wontons anywhere else. The ambiance is great for dates, families, friends, and even solo at the sushi bar. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you're a sushi fan like me."

"I was excited to try this sushi spot. I came for dinner on a Saturday night and there was only one server and one sushi chef at 6 PM. Many menu items weren't available due to being short-staffed. I feel for the restaurant as I heard really great things. The nigiri was excellent. I ordered yellow tail and tuna which were cut generously and very fresh. I ordered a Fuji roll (house specialty roll) which was missing a couple of elements described on the menu. It was supposed to have salmon and green onion garnish but only came with tuna and A LOT of Sarimi/imitation crab. Otherwise, the server did well managing the two other tables in the restaurant and was very attentive and sweet despite the shortage of staff. The food was ok and the price wasn't great compared to other sushi restaurants for what you get. Perhaps I'll give them another chance during lunch when they are fully staffed?"

Everything was made 'to order' and fresh. They give you a form to fill out and you put how many of each item you want on there APPS: we started off with miso x 3 super yummy, excellent quality and not overdone on the tofu. Edamame was fresh and not too salty.ROLLS: I am not sure what everyone else ordered but I got the creamy jalapeno roll (deep fried) and the Philadelphia roll both I recommend. Ended up having to help my friend with some of her nigiri. MOCHI- we ordered one of each kind. My personal favorite was the strawberry and chocolate.The staff was friendly and attentive. We never went without anything that we needed."

Everyone seemed to help everyone, loved seeing that. The food was delicious. My friend and I both ordered miso soups (which came with an onion ring each. Such a fun addition), the pickled cucumbers and some gyoza to share. It all was delicious. Oh! And we ordered peach izeko sparkling sake jelly shots. Our favorite of the night. Did I just go on a bad day? Did I order the wrong rolls? Who knows!They do offer other Asian fusion dishes, and most of the good reviews are for their hibachi, so maybe those are better, but I think COS has better sushi places at comparable prices.It's located in the First & Main strip mall so parking is free and abundant. Good dessert places nearby if you want a palette cleanser afterwards too."

It used to be a Pizza Hut and repurposing a very obvious building structure is akward at best. The red of the previous paint job is coming through all over the exterior. Parking lot is safe and well lit but also in some disrepair. The service was fast and efficient but cold and distant. No casual chat, banter or anything remotely close to friendly. The food came out fast and was a solid average for the genre. The spicy tuna sushi was first rate but the seafood ramen was average, as was the shrimp tempura. I'd order the sushi again but not the ramen or tempura. The building is clean inside but the employee sleeping in one of the booths near us felt odd. I'm not sure why but I didn't like it. It felt tacky. All in all, this restaurant was a solid average and I prefer to eat at locations that excel."

They have something for everyone and if you're someone like me who's not too keen on sushi the bento box can provide a delicious alternative. I had the beef Bento box and it was delicious. If you are in to sushi and burritos then you definitely have to come try the sushi burrito. It's a sushi roll the size of a burrito and it looks very intriguing. I didn't have one, partly because I'm not a sushi person, but anyone who is should try it."

"This is hands down the best sushi in the Springs! We spoke with the waiter a bit about how they source the fish and they fly it in almost daily and it definitely shows! The service was super quick as well. The space has an indoor-outdoor living vibe that is super cool and it's extremely well decorated. All the nigiri we got was delicious! The rolls were also amazing, but honestly with the quality of the fish, we wish we would've gotten more nigiri. The only item we did not love was their version of bang bang shrimp.
