"I like this post office the best. It's hardly ever too busy and I don't have to wait too long. I've found the people working to be authentically friendly- I'm a fan of Ray! They are great with shipping and also they always have patience when I want to see all the cool stamps they have so I can stock up. Thanks for the great service!"
"Fantastic experience here! Jessie was so helpful. I needed an envelope to mail a shirt to my MIL. I thought the 1 rate would be the most cost-effective option, but she helped me pick another envelope and I saved almost 4.00. I also needed to complete some other transactions, and she was so patient and helped me figure out the best delivery options. I know she was busy as the holiday season is starting yet she didn't rush me, she had a smile on her face the whole time, she was efficient and professional! Completely impressed!"
"We chose this location because of its proximity to the airport as we needed to send some extra clothes back. Initially we noticed the terrible reviews... However, our experience was nothing but wonderful! The USPS employee that helped us was very kind and considerate in our rush to catch a flight. We had no trouble at all getting our package out. A++"
"Small post office, small parking lot but saved me an hour of time leaving another and using this location. I didn't have a problem with finding a parking spot, but I was surprised how small the lot was. I wasn't worried. I know the area and would easily find a spot. However, that's me. I walked in, during the Christmas last minute rush, found only a few people in line. The line went quickly, and my package was out of my hands in under ten minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful."
"I didn't get her name, but the woman who helped me with my passport application today at 10/18/23 at 12pm was the most kind individual I've interacted with in so long! She was so kind, patient, and helpful!"
"I like this little annex. I have used it several times while in the area. It is a lot less busy than an actual post office so if you have a quick transaction it's a good place to add to your errands list to get things mailed without having to wait in a 30 minutes line."
"Listen, I get no one has a "great" experience at the post office. I mean who's going to yip it up? This post office has great customer service and some how I always leave with a smile on my face when I have to interact with anyone there. Last time I was there I was setting up a mailbox for some online stuff and we actually left laughing. I wish I rememberred the gentleman's name that helped us. Keep up the great work!"
"This is my favorite location to go to, unlike the other reviews I'm seeing unfortunately. I've always had fast service here, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I like going to the post office in person too to pick up holiday stamps, and they always have a nice variety"

This is my go to post office. I have never had a bad experience or too long of a wait. The holidays can be a little hectic which is to be expected. But there's usually no line on Saturdays.

Worst. Post Office. EVER. 1. They will NEVER answer the phone. NEVER. EVER. EVER. 2. They refuse to lend a piece of packing tape. Not one tiny piece. They can't spare a square!! 3. Customer service is nonexistant. Why do postal workers always act like they hate their job? If you don't like it then quit!! Otherwise, smile and be cheerful to the customers!Three strikes = OUT. The US Post Office is overdue for a HUGE overhaul in the customer service department. I will avoid them at all costs.

Original review 12/2/19, updated review 12/6/19Let's talk about Darling Mary. More complications brought me physically into the post office vs waiting the last two days for my amazon delivery to be sent to my doorstep. Alright, fine, Darryl (amazing Darryl) explained to me the drill over the phone and that I had to come in, let's do it.If you look at my last post the original gal in the vest now has the name of Mary. She had incredible customer service, I could talk about her all day. She went to get my heavy package and brought it around to me and was very personable. I couldn't have been more thrilled. Mary was very professional and made sure all of my questions were met. I had an additional question that Darryl had helped me with on Monday, because it was complicated she went to grab him to help.He was MIA (doing boss man cool stuff) but she continued helping customers while still checking on me. This is EXACTLY what she did when I was in his office on Monday. She is AMAZING at multitasking, very thorough, polite with just enough kindness that isn't overwhelming.I wish this was my regular Post Office because I'd be glad to have someone like Mary to see when I go in. Please give this woman a position in charge, not sure where she stands but swap her out with the mean supervisor. Mary can run the show and let people know how it's done. We need more people like you in this world. Good luck in your journey and continue making a positive impact on others. Thank you for what you did for me today.

The worst post office to go to, so don't waste your time here. Plus, the woman supervisor is horrible. They don't help you out at all, and they lose your mail. They've lost incoming and outgoing mail on more than one occasion. Don't come to this post office!

"Why wait at local PO to mail when you can come here for great service. Alex and his staff have given great seevice for many years. Lot of neat items for gifts too."
"Didn't know how to ship media mail, and Sharon helped me tremendously with pricing if it was better to send media mail or 1 rate. Ended up doing 1 rate. Great post office with great customer service!"
"Convenient (and only) place for passports near this side of town that I know of and be patient with the lady who does them because she told me no other USPS employee in town will sign up to help her, not cool guys. Help a coworker out! Unfortunately that causes a pretty big back up with passports. Keep in mind that isn't her fault so be patient. With that said, like most post offices the wait is crazy insane! There really isn't a good time to go unless you are cool with first thing in the a.m. Passports aren't until 10 I believe but it opens for other things earlier. Don't expect to "sneak in" when they are ready to close. I can understand that because they would never get to leave otherwise. Here is the secret to quicker service: if all you are doing is mailing something, getting stamps, the basics, there is a post office annex about two minutes north. It is in the strip mall next to Carefree cats and is soooo quick! Otherwise you will have to go to this location. Let's be honest with ourselves, no one likes going to the post office. It's busy, kids screaming and running around, and no please to sit. BUT I've been enough times to see how hard these employees work their tails off. I've seen them deal with difficult people every time I'm there. I'm sure not everything is smooth sailing but considering the fact that it is a gov"
"Mailing a post card in Monument, Colorado...This is a really large, clean, and relatively new post office! It's safer to drop off mail here because theives have been stealing from residential mail boxes... and taking deliveries from people's porches!I'm glad that I already had postage stamps on me. Because it was a Sunday, the Post Office was closed, but the self-service kiosk was open. Customers were waiting in line to use it!Forms for holding mail and other services were available... as well as free flat rate boxes. There were so many boxes for secure mail delivery, too. Thanks for being reliable, US Postal Service!"
"So the elderly woman in the front is truly past her prime the "bigger" one she's yelled at me for not understanding the flat rate boxes after I explained to her a staff member told me to use that box she then said "they don't know what there talking about" I'm not upset about the KO take because they happen but more less about the unprofessionalism Beware the line will be 14+ people any day after 2:00 PM Where on lost box #3"
"This location has a passport office that is open from 10 to 3. If I wanted to wait for an appointment it would've taken 10 days before they had one available so I decided to risk it and walk in. Knowing how post offices can kind of suck, and lines are similar to the DMV, I arrived promptly at two minutes until 10. The first two appointments were already in line waiting. Promptly at 10, the first appointment was called to the counter and didn't have his paperwork filled out in black ink and he needed to go to the side to fix this. Instead of starting with the second appointment, she wanted to give the guy a chance to fill his stuff out. Since I was a walk in, I walked up to the counter just to verify that 1) they took walk ins, and 2) I had all my information filled out correctly. Everything was in order so she went ahead and slipped me in, rather than waiting until the appointments were completed, since she thought she could do it pretty quickly. Now, remember, this is a government agency. She didn't have to make the effort to try to slip me in, but she did. I was in and out in five minutes. She took her job very seriously, but was very efficient and I was a happy camper, on my way to do anything other than waiting in line at the post office on this day."
"This has been an efficient and friendly Post Office with at least two clerks on duty. Unfortunately, during the Covid-19 pandemic, there has often only been one clerk and long lines of people waiting. They need to go back to the "all hands on deck" philosophy and I would be glad to change this rating to a 5-Star."
"Honestly, not that bad of an experience. Both before COVID-19 and during COVID-19, I've had to go take care of some basic mailing business, and the people that I worked with behind the counter were pleasant and quick. They were very helpful with me not knowing my options, and even though there was a decent line of people, they were great. Even when I was in line, it wasn't that long of a wait. I've had much much worse experiences. And frankly, when you walk in and see that 10-15 person line and have to wait 20-30 min just to see the person behind the counter, at least you have someone nice to work with that made that whole waiting experience inconsequential. I'd recommend this USPS location for sure."
"Guess what makes this Post Office great? Dean. He rocks. Plus it's a fantastic historical building with a wonderful mural, gilt cage windows and marble floors. Love it."
"This is the worst post office I have ever been to. There are litterally no one ever at the desk - all the paycheck collecting parasites are always hiding in the back to the point where customers become frustrated and leave or have to yell for service. The people here are extremely rude and provide you treatment equivalent to that of a drug dealer being questioned by the police. What a dump! The postal service should be ashamed of the people they hired to work here."
"Self service today as it was too late for the post office hours. More kiosks are needed as the line became long for this one kiosk. Park on the side as not many parking spots in front of building."
"Went to this location on 8/14/23 to assist my daughter in obtaining her very first adult passport. The USPS employee we dealt with, SEAN, was INCREDIBLY RUDE. My daughter had many questions as this was her first time getting an adult passport. SEAN was curt, dismissive, condescending AND belligerent. We asked why he was being so rude, then he became ruder. Yelling at us at the top of his lungs in front of 15 other customers AND his supervisor MARGARET (who was standing just a few feet AWAY!) Margaret she said she would 'talk to him' about his behavior 'later'. TALK to him about his behavior?? TALK? I have never been treated so poorly at the USPS in my entire life (and I have been going there for over 40 years!) SEAN has NO business being employed at the USPS or anywhere! THE ONLY explanation for SEAN's behavior in FRONT of his SUPERVISOR is that he is confident he will NEVER be fired. Everyone in the waiting area was STUNNED into silence at the way he was yelling at me and my daughter (HE MADE HER CRY!) SHAME ON YOU USPS."
