"Sushi Katsu has a great AYCE deal - $24.99 for lunch and $30.95 for dinner. All you can eat is no joke. They will keep the food coming although they have put a 2 hour seating limit per table. Lots of options in appetizers, nigiri, and rolls. Rolls have plenty of ingredients and are generous portions. One of my favs is the Volcano Roll with crabmeat and cucumber topped with white fish, spicy mayo, masago, scallions and sweet sauce. They have other locations but I think the Havana one is the best."

"Beautiful, delicious sushi!Osaka Sushi is a huge winner in the sushi department for having an amazing selection of rolls, reasonable prices, beautiful presentation, and awesome desserts!Had the opportunity to finally check out Osaka Sushi after a friend of mine raved so much about it. I may be weird, but I actually love fruit in or on top of my sushi so whenever I'm at a new sushi place I scan the menu for a) rolls with any fruit like mango, strawberry, or kiwi, b) spicy rolls with spicy salmon or tuna, and then c) tempura rolls. Osaka Sushi has a great selection and some very unique rolls as well. I ordered the tropicana roll and ichiban roll which satisfied my fruity and spicy sushi cravings, respectively. The tropicana roll is one of their newer rolls and includes shrimp tempura, crab meat, cucumber, kiwi, kiwi sauce, tempura flakes, and red tobiko. The ichiban roll is shrimp tempura & crab meat topped with spicy tuna, spicy mayo, and sweet eel sauce. My friends ordered the avalanche roll, oh baby roll, and two others that I don't remember the name of. The avalanche has baked salmon, crab, shrimp tempura. Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved the ichiban, tropicana, and avalanches rolls! The two other rolls I tried were also great. Despite being fairly full, of course we had to try dessert.I ordered the berry paradise cheesecake, while our friends had the tempura ice cream and creme brulee. All of the desserts were beautifully presented, with beautiful plate art. Not only beautiful, but they were also delicious. I love the care in the presentation that Osaka delivers for both their sushi and desserts!Friendly staff, plenty of seating. Five stars! Definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants - wish it was closer!"

"WOW WOW WOW. This is Chef Nobu's third restaurant in Colorado, with the other two locations in Aspen & Vail. This new-style Japanese and was to die for. While everything was truly great, I'd say the must try items are: yellowtail jalapeño sashimi & crispy spicy tuna. Our entire group was happy dancing between each bite. Ambiance is mid-modern minimalist, the restaurant is truly beautiful. Our server guided us throughout the entire sushi experience and it did not disappoint."

"This is a great little spot! I came here for lunch and ate at the counter. The fish is all very high quality and fresh. They make rolls that you eat by hand which is different. I enjoyed the yellowtail, blue crab and spicy tuna rolls. I also had some sashimi and it was delicious. Great miso soup. Service was friendly and food came out in a reasonable timeframe. Prices are reasonable given the high quality. I would definitely come back!"

"THE BEST SUSHI RESTAURANT! I regularly go here because they have such quality food and service. As someone who takes her sushi pretty seriously I would say that it is as good as any restaurant on the coasts. Don't let the location fool you, this hidden gem is something that you won't want to pass up. They are the kindest humans I've ever met and genuinely their fish quality is leaps and bounds better than anything I've tasted elsewhere in town. They even gave me some wontons to try and I didn't think it was possible, but I don't think I have had better wontons anywhere else. The ambiance is great for dates, families, friends, and even solo at the sushi bar. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you're a sushi fan like me."

"I was excited to try this sushi spot. I came for dinner on a Saturday night and there was only one server and one sushi chef at 6 PM. Many menu items weren't available due to being short-staffed. I feel for the restaurant as I heard really great things. The nigiri was excellent. I ordered yellow tail and tuna which were cut generously and very fresh. I ordered a Fuji roll (house specialty roll) which was missing a couple of elements described on the menu. It was supposed to have salmon and green onion garnish but only came with tuna and A LOT of Sarimi/imitation crab. Otherwise, the server did well managing the two other tables in the restaurant and was very attentive and sweet despite the shortage of staff. The food was ok and the price wasn't great compared to other sushi restaurants for what you get. Perhaps I'll give them another chance during lunch when they are fully staffed?"

"Came here as a group of 5 for dinner the night before one of my besties was to graduate with her Master's degree. We were seated right away.DRINKS: They have plum wine (friend ordered took a sip super yummy), I was freezing cold so i got water and hot sake- it was more warm than it was hot but it was helpful in warming me up FOOD: we did the AYCE sushi. Everything was made 'to order' and fresh. They give you a form to fill out and you put how many of each item you want on there APPS: we started off with miso x 3 super yummy, excellent quality and not overdone on the tofu. Edamame was fresh and not too salty.ROLLS: I am not sure what everyone else ordered but I got the creamy jalapeno roll (deep fried) and the Philadelphia roll both I recommend. Ended up having to help my friend with some of her nigiri. MOCHI- we ordered one of each kind. My personal favorite was the strawberry and chocolate.The staff was friendly and attentive. The fish to rice ratio was decent, but the taste of the rolls was subpar, more sauce than umami IYKWIM.The Hawaiian roll was my favorite (very subjective) and that's the one without any rice or loaded with creamy sauces. Did I just go on a bad day? Did I order the wrong rolls? Who knows!They do offer other Asian fusion dishes, and most of the good reviews are for their hibachi, so maybe those are better, but I think COS has better sushi places at comparable prices.It's located in the First & Main strip mall so parking is free and abundant. Good dessert places nearby if you want a palette cleanser afterwards too."

We are visiting our daughter and son-in-law from CA so we had some reservations - we were greeted and sat immediately when we requested the hibachi. The atmosphere was genuinely serene and our drinks were brought out promptly. They took our orders and were then introduced to Justin, our chef. He was cordial, entertaining, and knew his craft. Our fried rice, veggies, and steaks were phenomenal and he didn't splash ingredients our way, always a plus! But it really was one of the best Japanese restaurants we've experienced. The "hibachi show" was better than even some of the more popular Hibachi restaurants we had ever been to. Our cook was great and interacted with the group quite a bit . Now, to talk about the food. IT WAS EXCELLENT! I ordered the beef and chicken combo. The portions were much more than what I've ever gotten at other restaurants like this. I was full when I left that place. We went with the couple special to share, and it was just the right amount of food! It came with miso soup, salad, sushi roll, rice, vegetables, shrimp, scallops, steak, and large sake. I gave my scallops to my friend as I prefer the shrimp but it was so much food I had to take some to go! The food tasted so amazing, beyond impressed. The whole table did sake bombs, it was fun and I really enjoyed the sake. Warm sake is very good. All the staff were so kind and made sure we were all taken care of, drinks not empty and plates moved. The experience took about 2 hours, so plan to be there, but it's so worth it, such a fun time!
