"Sushi Katsu has a great AYCE deal - $24.99 for lunch and $30.95 for dinner. All you can eat is no joke. They will keep the food coming although they have put a 2 hour seating limit per table. Lots of options in appetizers, nigiri, and rolls. Rolls have plenty of ingredients and are generous portions. One of my favs is the Volcano Roll with crabmeat and cucumber topped with white fish, spicy mayo, masago, scallions and sweet sauce. They have other locations but I think the Havana one is the best."
"It was my first time going to Sushi Katsu, and I am amazed, the service was so fast, the servers were so sweet and patient, Sushi Katsu is a wonderful place to take your family. I totally recommend it and I'd go again! The Ambiance was so cute, clean!"

"The customer service and friendly atmosphere that we experienced at Carlos is rare to find in today's restaurant experience. We were greeted none other than Carlo himself and were treated to a fantastic fine dining experience during our time in Colorado Springs. The menu was unique, wine list solid and food was delicious and we had a wonderful time. We had the recommend this restaurant to anybody in the Colorado Springs area."
"Beautiful, delicious sushi!Osaka Sushi is a huge winner in the sushi department for having an amazing selection of rolls, reasonable prices, beautiful presentation, and awesome desserts!Had the opportunity to finally check out Osaka Sushi after a friend of mine raved so much about it. I may be weird, but I actually love fruit in or on top of my sushi so whenever I'm at a new sushi place I scan the menu for a) rolls with any fruit like mango, strawberry, or kiwi, b) spicy rolls with spicy salmon or tuna, and then c) tempura rolls. Osaka Sushi has a great selection and some very unique rolls as well. I ordered the tropicana roll and ichiban roll which satisfied my fruity and spicy sushi cravings, respectively. The tropicana roll is one of their newer rolls and includes shrimp tempura, crab meat, cucumber, kiwi, kiwi sauce, tempura flakes, and red tobiko. The ichiban roll is shrimp tempura & crab meat topped with spicy tuna, spicy mayo, and sweet eel sauce. My friends ordered the avalanche roll, oh baby roll, and two others that I don't remember the name of. The avalanche has baked salmon, crab, shrimp tempura. Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved the ichiban, tropicana, and avalanches rolls! The two other rolls I tried were also great. Despite being fairly full, of course we had to try dessert.I ordered the berry paradise cheesecake, while our friends had the tempura ice cream and creme brulee. All of the desserts were beautifully presented, with beautiful plate art. Not only beautiful, but they were also delicious. I love the care in the presentation that Osaka delivers for both their sushi and desserts!Friendly staff, plenty of seating. Five stars! Definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants - wish it was closer!"
"WOW WOW WOW. This is Chef Nobu's third restaurant in Colorado, with the other two locations in Aspen & Vail. This new-style Japanese and was to die for. While everything was truly great, I'd say the must try items are: yellowtail jalapeño sashimi & crispy spicy tuna. Our entire group was happy dancing between each bite. Ambiance is mid-modern minimalist, the restaurant is truly beautiful. Our server guided us throughout the entire sushi experience and it did not disappoint."
"Service is fast and the food is good. We ordered a few rolls for the table and had drinks. It's not our first time eating here and we will return. I also find the prices for sushi really stellar."
"This is a great little spot! I came here for lunch and ate at the counter. The fish is all very high quality and fresh. They make rolls that you eat by hand which is different. I enjoyed the yellowtail, blue crab and spicy tuna rolls. I also had some sashimi and it was delicious. Great miso soup. Service was friendly and food came out in a reasonable timeframe. Prices are reasonable given the high quality. I would definitely come back!"
"THE BEST SUSHI RESTAURANT! I regularly go here because they have such quality food and service. As someone who takes her sushi pretty seriously I would say that it is as good as any restaurant on the coasts. Don't let the location fool you, this hidden gem is something that you won't want to pass up. They are the kindest humans I've ever met and genuinely their fish quality is leaps and bounds better than anything I've tasted elsewhere in town. They even gave me some wontons to try and I didn't think it was possible, but I don't think I have had better wontons anywhere else. The ambiance is great for dates, families, friends, and even solo at the sushi bar. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you're a sushi fan like me."
"Such a a great value! We have been taking our son here since he was two. It's great for families and the service is so quick in case little ones have a small bandwidth for dining. We love the creative rolls and the generous menu! Service is always 10/10 too."
"Banzai continues to be consistently good. From the friendly staff to quality food and ambiance Banzai is a great sushi & Japanese restaurant.I do recommend making reservations through OpenTable or through restaurant.High quality fish and it was packed on Saturday night. Happy to see Banzai thrive."
"We almost always have a good experience when we come here. Attentive and friendly staff and the sushi is tasty. There is lots of variety offered, which I like."
"I was excited to try this sushi spot. I came for dinner on a Saturday night and there was only one server and one sushi chef at 6 PM. Many menu items weren't available due to being short-staffed. I feel for the restaurant as I heard really great things. The nigiri was excellent. I ordered yellow tail and tuna which were cut generously and very fresh. I ordered a Fuji roll (house specialty roll) which was missing a couple of elements described on the menu. It was supposed to have salmon and green onion garnish but only came with tuna and A LOT of Sarimi/imitation crab. Otherwise, the server did well managing the two other tables in the restaurant and was very attentive and sweet despite the shortage of staff. The food was ok and the price wasn't great compared to other sushi restaurants for what you get. Perhaps I'll give them another chance during lunch when they are fully staffed?"

All you can eat sushi. Fresh fish. Rice was a bit bigger and more compacted than the usual. Dynamite no longer have seafood in it. Mostly mushroom and onion. $35 for dinner. Would recommend coming in at lunch for $25. Dinner has more variety in rolls and appetizer but not if it is worth the extra $10.

I get so excited to come here and leave glowing and joyous. I feel so welcome, they always make an effort to know our names and remember that we've come before. I feel like family. Food is amazing. I get my steak well done and it's so tender! It's never too loud and is always clean. I can't wait to come again! Spent my anniversary with my boyfriend here and will probably go here for the next!

Visiting family in town and they brought us to their favorite sushi restaurant! I can see why. Food was delicious and service was quick and friendly! I got a small hot sake which was absolutely delightful, especially on a chilly evening. My meal was the Vegetarian roll combo with one cucumber, one avocado and one veggie combo. My husband got the grilled tofu and our son got the Ungai bowl (cooked eel). Everything was delicious and each of ours came with a side salad and miso soup! They even brought me gluten free soy sauce!!

Food was good, not incredible. Some dishes were fresh, while others did not taste quite as fresh. The hamachi was very typical, but had a fishy taste at the end. The spicy tuna with crispy rice is a fun dish that I highly recommend. All the other food items we tried were good. They had some off menu items such as the sea bass with truffle I would highly recommend. The servers have great recommendations as well. I was more impressed with the service we received. The servers are so amazing and very knowledgeable on all the menu items. It was a great experience overall. The atmosphere inside is lovely and spacious. They have a full bar available. There is valet parking available as well. Overall, good for a date night or to celebrate something special.

Typically, it's a busy restaurant. But a snow evening scared diners away so we had the whole dining area to ourselves. The sushi was amazing. The price point was high, which made us rethink our eating habits. Our server was on point - he checked on us without pestering us. The dining area was clean and well maintained.

Recently had an opportunity to try Cherry Hills Sushi. This was like stepping in to a shop in Japan for a simple but delicious meal. The service was fast, meals were simple and easy to understand, the food was delicious! I would definitely come back here for a meal again.

"Some of the best sushi around! This place, kind of gets lost in that it is located in the vistas at the malls outside, but definitely worth locating and enjoying. The rolls are large and flavorful, and they can accommodate any special order you can think of. Definitely stop by and give this place a try."
"Came here as a group of 5 for dinner the night before one of my besties was to graduate with her Master's degree. We were seated right away.DRINKS: They have plum wine (friend ordered took a sip super yummy), I was freezing cold so i got water and hot sake- it was more warm than it was hot but it was helpful in warming me up FOOD: we did the AYCE sushi. Everything was made 'to order' and fresh. They give you a form to fill out and you put how many of each item you want on there APPS: we started off with miso x 3 super yummy, excellent quality and not overdone on the tofu. Edamame was fresh and not too salty.ROLLS: I am not sure what everyone else ordered but I got the creamy jalapeno roll (deep fried) and the Philadelphia roll both I recommend. Ended up having to help my friend with some of her nigiri. MOCHI- we ordered one of each kind. My personal favorite was the strawberry and chocolate. The staff was friendly and attentive. We never went without anything that we needed."
"I've been wanting to try this place for a while now and had an afternoon available to grab lunch. They weren't too busy and was able to sit immediately at the sushi bar. I was greeted by the sushi chef with a complimentary cold cucumber salad and a beverage by the waitress.I ordered a salmon roll as well as tabiko sushi. Everything was made to order and pretty tasty. Good spot to go for sushi if you're in Parker."
"The waiter was very thoughtful and considerate. I ordered the Tempura Chicken and Vegetables, 2 Egg Rolls, Cream Cheese Wontons and Fried Rice. The Tempura was very good, as were the Egg Rolls and Fried Rice (though could have used some additional seasoning), the Cream Cheese Wontons could have used additional seasoning, as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant."
"Fantastic little clean restaurant. Sushi was awesome according to the hub. I had, Miso, Shrimp tempura, house salad with sesame dressing. So fresh & delicious. Owners very polite with great service. Told them we will certainly be back. Don't pass this by."
"3 stars for the service. I'm still unsure how to rate the actual food. If you REALLY REALLY want sushi, and this is your only option, I'd say you go for it. The fish to rice ratio was decent, but the taste of the rolls was subpar, more sauce than umami IYKWIM.The Hawaiian roll was my favorite (very subjective) and that's the one without any rice or loaded with creamy sauces. Did I just go on a bad day? Did I order the wrong rolls? Who knows! They do offer other Asian fusion dishes, and most of the good reviews are for their hibachi, so maybe those are better, but I think COS has better sushi places at comparable prices. It's located in the First & Main strip mall so parking is free and abundant. Good dessert places nearby if you want a palette cleanser afterwards too."
"We were looking for a local Japanese teppanyaki place in Briargate. We are visiting our daughter and son-in-law from CA so we had some reservations - we were greeted and sat immediately when we requested the hibachi. The atmosphere was genuinely serene and our drinks were brought out promptly. They took our orders and were then introduced to Justin, our chef. He was cordial, entertaining, and knew his craft. Our fried rice, veggies, and steaks were phenomenal and he didn't splash ingredients our way, always a plus! But it really was one of the best Japanese restaurants we've experienced. Well done, Kura!"
"In the Springs in vacation and JEI was highly recommended. We were also told that it can get very busy. We went on a snowy day right as they opened. Extremely friendly service! Most of us got the All You Can Eat sushi and being that it was cold wanted to start with the Miso soup which was great. The server brought extra for the kids and said he knew it was cold and wanted us all to warm up. The sushi was great! Our favorite was probably the spider roll but we ordered so many it was difficult to keep up. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place."
"Overall great food, and great staff. My soup was delish. We also ordered the Crazy Girl Roll which was like a spicy tuna roll with extra, it was served a little room temp and didn't have a ton of texture, but the flavor was good. Would recommend going here though."
"I have no idea how I've missed this place after living in Denver for years... it's a gem. A taste of the motherland and my new place to go when feeling homesick, stressed, or want to celebrate a special occasion. The food is authentic. Not fusion. The portion of saba (mackerel) is GENEROUS and the flavor ON POINT. My husband got the yakiniku and it tasted like home. The sashimi was also fresh! If you're looking for a fusion place, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a taste of 日本 where the staff is friendly and kind, this is it. We will be back - again and again."
"Great show and food! Tonight we enjoyed our new years eve dinner and performance. Per usual enjoyed a delicious meal of fried rice, hibachi shrimp and steak. Cooked to perfection! Prices are much better than other well known hibachi restaurants. A forgotten gem in Highlands Ranch"
"Buffet dining was pretty good assortment of freshly made dishes. I had a hard time ordering our drinks bc the waitress to our table barely spoke any English. The restaurant overall was clean dining area & constantly changing of the food were fresh. Overall, veges, seafood & hot dishes were all good.Just be hungry & pace yourself. Good eats! Yummy"
"Awesome happy hour, high quality fish, great staff!! Our favorite is the calamari tempura roll!"
"My husband and I were craving sushi for a date night last night. We stumbled upon this place from some really good reviews and decided to try. Everything we had was delicious, fresh and so wonderfully prepared. Service was great, we had multiple people checking on us. Truly have nothing bad to say. We will definitely be back. We tried their pho, hibachi steak, and the popcorn roll and dragon roll. Seriously so so so good."
"Nice ambiance and friendly wait staff. We ordered a bento box and everything was nice. Portion size was big and overall a great meal. I enjoyed a plum wine and my wife had a fall special cocktail called 'Hocus Pocus'."
"Food was good, but will skyrocket your blood glucose levels, so you're in for a treat. Went here with family and enjoyed it. It is expensive and they do charge almost 3% extra for credit card usage, so be aware of that. Ambiance was good and everyone is really nice there. We ate there almost the end of the day, after a long hiking trip. I shared a shrimp teriyaki bento box ($29) that came with soup, salad, rice, California rolls, 6 pieces of shrimp and tempura. Would I come here again? Yeah, but I'll make sure to either hit the gym for a long run in order to not have 300 BG from it."
"I LOVE this restaurant! All of the servers, Gesse, Kenney, Yuki, and a few people I haven't learned their names, are wonderfully friendly! The sushi chefs now recognize me as well, and sent a bonus treat to my table last week. Seaweed Salad. Spectacular! I love the Happy Hour specials."
"Honestly, the weekday lunch specials are the best thing about this place. They are the main reason I come in! Good sushi, good appetizers, and decently quick service for sushi. I've never had a bad experience here, and the inside is always clean and inviting"
"Great Food! Great Service!By far one of the best Hibachi experiences I've ever had. Visiting family here in Aurora and they suggested we go here for dinner. The restaurant offers regular dining, and a sushi bar, as well as the Hibachi experience. We went during the week so it wasn't crowded and we were seated right away. The "hibachi show" was better than even some of the more popular Hibachi restaurants we had ever been to. Our cook was great and interacted with the group quite a bit . Now, to talk about the food. IT WAS EXCELLENT! I ordered the beef and chicken combo. The portions were much more than what I've ever gotten at other restaurants like this. I was full when I left that place. I will definitely come back and eat here again the next time I'm in Aurora."
"Had a great night celebrating my friends birthday here! Our chef Andrew cooking the food was so fun and kind, he was personable and quick too. We went with the couple special to share, and it was just the right amount of food! It came with miso soup, salad, sushi roll, rice, vegetables, shrimp, scallops, steak, and large sake. I gave my scallops to my friend as I prefer the shrimp but it was so much food I had to take some to go! The food tasted so amazing, beyond impressed. The whole table did sake bombs, it was fun and I really enjoyed the sake. Warm sake is very good. All the staff were so kind and made sure we were all taken care of, drinks not empty and plates moved. The experience took about 2 hours, so plan to be there, but it's so worth it, such a fun time! We will definitely be back."
"Great little spot for some big-time flavors!Service was uber-friendly.Variety of choices were superb.Value was pretty decent.Location is downtown and convenient. You'll want to stop by here and give it a go.The menu is based on the 50 states so there's lots to study and figure out which roll best fits your palette. The server helped us figure it out."
"This has become my fav sushi spot in the Springs! First, the location is great because they have plenty of parking, it's not downtown so no parking meters, and easy to get to since it's off Powers The AYCE options are awesome. The daily lunch special (even on the weekends!) is a solid option is you're not doing AYCE. Service is quick and their staff are friendly."
"A lazy afternoon we decided to order from sushi Ai because we were hungry and tired. The menu has lots of great options and we opted for 5 rolls and fried gyoza. The good: the food was pretty yummy. Some of the rolls were too spicy for my taste but otherwise tasted great. The fish tasted fresh and everything was beautifully packed.Prices were reasonable per roll. The bad: Rolls take FOREVER to prepare. Now I do appreciate the attention to detail, but keep this in mind if you are tired and hungry. We ended up eating wayyyy late while waiting for food. The verdict: I will definitely order again and try different rolls on their menu!"
