"I went in the afternoon on a weekday and they still had a ton of the mini bundts in tons of flavors. It was summer and they even had pumpkin! I had the creamsicle and the chocolate, which were both incredibly moist and the icing was just sweet enough."

"A very good, though limited menu of breakfast sandwiches. The coffees and teas are good. I had a heavy cream latte which was rich and tasty, and not as bitter as a Starbucks. Service was friendly, and the order taker was always listening, and seeking to give more than one needed, but not pushy. It has a contemporary ambience of a big city, coffee, house, with tables, inside and out. With its smallish but comfortable ambience, it was not too noisy to have a low voice conversation and hear one another. All in all, I recommended well"
"So lets start with I am a long time Tokyo Joes person. For the last year or so every time I would go to the one across the street, It was never ready, wrong items, or just terrible quality. Complained online each time and nothing changed. So I said I would never go back. Then Teriyaki Madness opened.... what a difference!! The food was ready when I got there! It was fresh!! The Mad Spicy steak bowl was not all chunks of gristle and fat like at TJs! I didn't get the wrong items?! What a great experience and I cant wait to get back."
"We've enjoyed this family run spot for years. It's always fresh with very generous portions and delish. You really can't go wrong with anything here but I usually get the chicken shawarma plate with garlic sauce. I challenge you to eat it all including the pita!! The other dish that is out of the world is the falafel. I never had delectable falafel until I came here. It melts in your mouth! Please try it and it'll change your life. You'll realize what the humble chickpea can really be! Oh and the hummus. Spectacularly creamy, fresh and oh so tasty.Next topic is the price. You can't have a great restaurant with fresh food and pay your employees fairly for a $7 huge plate of food. It's just not possible. I gladly pay the prices here to support local and have the highest quality food. It's the freshest you can find.Lastly is the customer service. They are just delightful. Helpful. Efficient. Smiles. Supportive when you can't decide. I never walk away feeling less than completely satisfied."
"Wow, what a great visit! We were in Colorado Springs and were looking for pet friendly places to eat. TAPAteria popped up and we were close by...so close, in fact, we missed it, got in the car, and drove 4 blocks to get back to where we were, ha ha ha! User error, ID10T, PEBCAK, whatever you wanna call it...but we made it!The patio was a challenge to get to with the pups, we had to walk around the building to the back entrance, but there was closer parking and we'll know better next time. If you're coming with your doggos, park closer to the patio, eh? First off, it was early, like 5-ish, and it was cold, so the patio was empty...but our new best friend, Sadie, lit the fireplace for us and helped us pull up some chairs. That's when the fun started; "Relax. Let me get you guys something to drink and some treats for the pups while you take a look at the menu."She then gave us a rundown on some of her favorites and the specials and it was ON.First, the sangria. My kid ordered a couple of these and said they were amazing. Being a sangria lover myself, but also the driver, I tried a sip and was very pleased - full of flavor and not too sweet, just like I enjoy them. What did we order again? Oh yeah, a Garlic Bulb, the Olive and Artichoke Tapenade, Mushroom Toast, Chorizo and Figs, Carne Adobada, Gambas y Semolina, and probably some other things I'm forgetting...I'm telling you, Sadie made this night so wonderful with her suggestions and service, we felt like royalty!I know, a Garlic Bulb? Someone serves a garlic bulb dish? Y'all, it was the perfect compliment to the evening for your garlic lover author; perfectly cooked, soft and fragrant and full of flavor; I had one by itself they were so danged tasty.I think our favorite of all the dishes was the Mushroom Toast...there's just something about a vegan dish that really brings out the best in a chef, and there was no shortage of flavor on these babies. Thick piles of cremini on toast that had that just-right crispy bite...it really was a terrific dish and my girls loved it.Everything we tried was either very good or better - some of it was "wow, omgosh, how did they do that?!!"When you get the opportunity, check it out and have a sangria by the fire...and tell Sadie we said hello! I know we will for sure make our way back here on our next visit to the Springs."
"This young counter business is worth a visit. Mediterranean fare is an obvious choice with Chef David Schloss who used to work with Safta. With his every own recipe created this uber-smooth lotion-like hummus. Lena Young who's engaged to Dave and cute as a button makes sure things are smooth out front. They opened in June 28 of last year. Everything is made fresh. Salads, sauces and that rotisserie chicken is one of the best! Moist and as a sandwich is unbeatable! We had the #2 version the Classic Gyro prep. Love it! Oh they have wines and beers! Tip: their fries are amazing! Great friendly service! They are busy, the entire menu can be made vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free by request. Who's Sonny? It's their 120 lbs Great Pyrenees that turns 4 today! Happy Birthday Sonny!"
"Capitol Pizza, you impress me. To provide the local Bemis Library with coupons for a free 8" pizza (with 1 topping!) for every child who finishes their summer reading log is truly generous and awesome. It takes a special business to do this, and I support that wholeheartedly. Thank you! We "cashed in" yesterday, and my kids were so excited. The man who served us was very friendly and kind. My kids each finished their entire pizza and raved about it! I'd already eaten lunch but I eyed their pizzas by the slice as well as their salads, which looked really good. Prices looked reasonable. We'll be back as paying customers for sure. Capitol Pizza shows what it means to be a local business in the community."
"I was in the neighborhood around lunch time and remembered Dough Counter had slice specials from 11a-3pm. You walk,m in and order at the counter then they bring it out to you. Two patios, one facing Colorado then another on the Panera side. I got the simple salad which was enough for two meals and a Sicilian slice, again, enough for two meals. Everything was absolutely spot on and I love supporting local business!Props to whomever is in charge of the playlist, the music is fire!"
"This is yet another spot in the little collection of restaurants they have in this marketplace area. You got a nice little storefront set up where you can see what they're doing and the staff seemed friendly as well. I haven't had a crepe for years, so I decided to go spoil myself and ditch the "healthier eating" and grab a dedicated dessert for dinner. I satisfied my heart with my brain and stomach very much dislike me at this point. But anyway, this review isn't about the conflicting emotions of my organs. The crepe itself was made promptly and had good presentation with it as well. Had a quality taste, and the portion was also very filling. They definitely do not skimp out on the filling and the crap overall is a good size for what you pay. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the taste of the filling, which I don't think is of any fault of the restaurant itself is it just didn't end up being quite what I expected, but it was still made well. Well. I think I'll definitely have to come back to try a couple of their others, once I convinced my brain and stomach to let me."
"Update September 2023:Finally able to eat all 6 tamales that were specially made with my allergies in mind. Every. Single. One was DELICIOUS! I wish I could afford to get these weekly because oh my goodness they are so good! However, will definitely have Lorena make more for a special occasion!"
"Win friends and influence guests. Buy a full cake to take to a party. I like the chocolate chip cookie Bundt cake the best."

This place does one thing and they do it amazingly well. That one thing is make an incredibly moist delicious bundt cake. They do have a variety of sizes and a variety of flavors. I think I've tried them all over time and I've never had a bite that wasn't great! The cakes are a little pricey and be prepared for a sugar coma after even a bitty bundt...

I love this place. We're new to Pueblo and my husband was in Parkview hospital. Every time I came in they were so friendly and propped me up. The food is really good. I love the Chicky sandwich & the blue cheese salad. Iced coffee is better than anything else I've had.

This new location just opened so we picked up takeout. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved my dish. I did the go to chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles and veggies. The chicken was so tender and flavorful. I love that I got some healthy veggies in a takeout meal. My husband enjoyed his orange chicken. Our picky eater toddler loved his noodles as well. We split an order of crab Rangoon bc how can you not and they had lots of yummy filling. We now have a new takeout spot to add to the mix! Yum!

Food was amazing! The pizza was thin and crispy with a dark under carriage without being burnt. The sauce is to die for and is sooooo delicious! We ordered an extra crispy peperoni, sausage and onion pizza with extra sauce and YUMMM! We have been back multiple times now for this pizza. Also, do not skip the garlic knots. These are the best garlic knots in town. They are flavorful soft bouncy and bursting with butter and salty garlic flavor.

"The food was excellent I'll say upfront. The process to order was cumbersome at best. You'll only order after you download the app, add your weight, height, physical makeup, address, email, phone number, credit card. Then after adding all this data you'll get to pick a bowl. The options are good! The app in itself still needs work. Took a minute to find alternative options to the first picture offered. Again, the food was great! We saw 2 other couples arrive and struggle quite a bit in the app setup process to order lunch. Staff are very nice people."
"Great tasting food for a dedicated gluten free place! Definitely coming back here. Got the avalanche pupusas and it was smothered in queso which made it extra delicious. The plantains were perfectly cooked and also something to definitely get if you like plantains."
"Service: A+Food: A+Just be sure to make a reservation since the indoor seating is very limited. The medium spice-level is just perfect for these noodles and the (not pictured) egg rolls. Lastly, don't skip on their Thai iced tea or coffee to complete your meal. The egg rolls were filled with yummy veggies and were served fresh and crunchy. The noodles were savory and the veggies-to-meat combo was just right!Looks like I've found my fav Thai place in COS."
"This one is an easy five stars. We discovered Just Be Kitchen before the pandemic and fell in love with the breakfast burritos. We have had many items on the menu and even purchased the make your own brownie mix for home. This is a top notch spot for anyone looking for a fresh made, high quality and ingredient conscious food experience. Everything we have eaten here has always been so perfectly delicious. Breakfast burritos on a weekend morning after a walk around town are perfect. Outdoor seating makes for a great option if the weather is right and a brownie for breakfast is never a bad thing. Great service. High quality ingredients."
"Interior is clean and well maintained. All tables/chairs are elevated - my spouse is five foot and she had some concern about getting into the slightly elevated seating but after trying it, it all worked out and they weren't so tall as to prevent her from getting into them and sitting comfortably in them. The food - the food was VERY good! We ordered the mini-waffles and a bowl each. We were so excited to be at a nearly all vegan place we had to try a few different options. The mini-waffles were crispy and had fresh fruit toppings and sauces that really added to the flavor. The bowls we ordered were flavorful and had the consistency of just thicker than a milk shake. There was lots of fruits and nuts and even some granola in each. Will definitely return."
"The food is amazing and the service is the best I've had in the area. The atmosphere is very inviting. I'm very impressed with the overall quality of the restaurant!"
"Food is great. Lots of dairy free, vegan, and gluten free options. It is a little expensive, especially the bread loaves. The desserts aren't too expensive though"
"The best Indian food I've had in colorado so far. Delicious butter chicken, dal soup, and saag paneer. Flavorful, warm, complex. Nice service, and I enjoyed the bowls the food was platted in. It wasn't fancy by any means, but a great quick easy meal. Probably wonderful for takeout. Great garlic naan too!"
"We love this place and drive quite a ways to patronize them. Best tamales, and we love that they have a vegetarian option. Their entrees off their menu are great too, but the main attraction for us are the tamales which we like to keep in the freezer at all times because they are good for breakfast with eggs, lunch or dinner."
"The service is top notch!! I ordered and was told it would be about 20 minutes. No problem I said, looking at all the other folks waiting. About 15 minutes later, an employee put out a stack of cups and said to help ourselves to a free drink while we wait. Pretty cool. About 10 minutes later I get my order along with a coupon for a free bowl because we had to wait. Food is awesome and the crew really took care of the customers."
"I adore this place and have been several times because my best friend is gluten free, as are her children. The whole bakery is gluten free, making this the best place to get them treats.I have also fallen in love with these decadent desserts. They are small and not too heavy of a treat, but they pack a punch. The owner is so nice and I've always had a good check out experience. The place is super cute and the flavors are always unique and interesting. They do large and small orders, I would love to have them do an event sometime!Go visit!"
"You're probably saying to yourself,"gluten-free barbecue?? Isn't all meat gluten-free??"yes, you are correct. But the rubs and the sides that are served at this amazing little restaurant are also gluten-free! We saw Chef Joshua and Chef Shawn on our local morning show @livinglovinglocal and just had to check it out. Being a Texas girl, I have very particular personal tastes in barbecue and was excited to find that their brisket is moist AND tasty! most places in Colorado Springs can get one or the other... Chef Joshua has accomplished both. Speaking of the chef... He did a table visit while we were there and we found him to be humble and a lovely family man. His wife, Bonnie has created the most amazing desserts, Sammi took our order, and everyone who worked there seemed to treat the restaurant like it was their own... Which made it feel like it was all family working there. While we were there, a filming an interview was going on for "the best restaurants in America". They selected four restaurants in Colorado and this one was one!!We also had the pleasure of tasting the cheese sauce that they use in their macaroni and cheese... OMG ! We didn't get their macaroni and cheese, however we did have their loaded smashed potatoS which has pulled pork cheese sauce and beautiful pickled red onions, as a garnish. Definitely a must get! Lastly... All of the pies looked amazing, and the host of The Morning Show raved about how delicious they were, but we got the cherry berry and were totally completely surprised by how amazingly delicious the crust was, and yes!... That feeling was absolutely decadent perfection. Bonnie said there is one pie that is her grandmother's recipe, and we will be getting it the next time we are there."
"We came here because my friend recommended it for us all to meet up at this restaurant. Since she's a local, I always take recommendations from ppl. It used to be a gas station, so to see how everything was renovated was interesting. It's a very casual place, and reservations aren't necessary. Since my friend goes their often, she placed an order for many dishes, especially the ones that would take a while. I enjoyed all of the dishes like the green circle chicken was so delicious. I wouldn't have minded another one. The appetizers' homemade bread, pork belly, and cauliflower were phenomenal. I suggest if you're in the area to check this place out. The service was really great here as the waiter was very attentive and great with kids. If you're looking for outdoor seating, this place has it too."
"I'm a private chef and my clients are gluten free. I found this place after researching other bakeries that are gluten free. My first time I got the soft rolls, sliced sourdough and 3 cookies for my clients. HOLY WOW! It's incredible!! Other G/F products I've tried, have been dry, crumbly and not enjoyable. But these products were delicious, soft and moist. I will 1000% be coming back for ALL my products. I cannot wait to try the pasta as well. Also, the pricing is fair as well!!"
"A delicious allergy-friendly bakery! A friend and I were interested in trying out their Gluten, dairy, and soy-free sourdough bread so I went to pick up an order. Even though the website states that it's free of all the things I listed above, when I got there, they said that they spray the pan with a soy spray and I am allergic to soy. I wish they would opt to use a more neutral oil that's allergy-friendly, such as avocado oil spray. I was not able to pick up a loaf so that was super disappointing, but the ladies who work there were so gracious to order me a custom loaf, free of all the things, and at no extra charge. It took about a week to get a loaf for myself, but it was worth the wait! It was so delicious even though it felt super dense, it was the perfect texture and great for slicing to make some toast. The sourdough loaves were $15 a piece so not the cheapest but for a fresh gluten-free bread, it's worth it! I also got some pumpkin and chocolate breads, each for six dollars a piece so it's definitely a splurge but they were delicious especially when you heat them just slightly. I'm so glad that the bakery is just a short trip down the road from my house. I'll definitely be making more trips here soon!"
"Lucky Colorado Springs to have Dad's Donuts around! Amazing mile-high donuts with all sorts of flavors. Kind, thoughtful and present staff. A fun ambiance that your dad will love. This place is perfect for a "treat yourself" moment. Also, we saw one of the owners was pulling quarters out of his pocket and making sure anyone who parked on the street wasn't running out of time on their meter. I mean, that's something only a dad would do. Highly recommend this spot and think it's a fun addition to COS."
"Needed something light and tasty. Stopped into this place on my way to check out Garden of the Gods. Got a bowl loaded with veggies. I can't recall the name of it. It was a little more money than I anticipated spending , but you can tell they use high quality ingredients, so I understand why. All in all a great option if you're looking for a quick and healthy meal."
"We got curbside take out today. First time and will definitely be back, likely in person next time. Was feeling lazy this evening and with lots to do, take out seemed like a great option. We usually do udom Thai but I had heard great things about this place so decided to switch it up. We got level 2 spice cup of Tom Yum, level 3 spice on double beef drunken noodles and spicy basil fried rice. Everything was fantastic. They were even right on time with our food when we pulled up. The Tom yum with tofu was so great and our toddler said not spicy! Happy we found another go to Thai spot nearby."
"This is my new favorite Thai spot. I received my order via door-dash so I didn't get to see the inside or interact with the staff, but the food was delicious! The pad Thai was the perfect balance of seasonings, spices and flavor and the spring rolls were flavorful and the perfect amount of crunch. I highlyyyhh recommend this spot."
"Located in the building I stayed in, I wandered down for coffee because I couldn't figure out the high brown coffee maker in my room. Once I got there and saw the crossiants I was hooked. I had an Almond Crossiant that I will forever judge every other by! It was huge and so delicious. As was the Yogurt Parfait and coffee. Prices were reasonable for the quality. I took mine upstairs to dine on my balcony, but there was ample seating.Open mornings and closes early afternoon. I wished it was open 24 hours, but realize that's not realistic."
"Curiosity wins! So it all started with a coworker's lunch. I was walking by and saw her enjoying something I had never seen before so I asked her where she got it and she said, "Zao off Cottonwood!" I knew I had to go. When I arrived at Zao I was unsure what I saw at work but described it in 10 words-- it was green, had steak, and other yummy ingredients inside! The register person said, "Oh, you want the bahn mi wrap!" Let's do this! They let me choose ingredients so it was loaded with steak, rice, carrots, cucumbers, jalapeños, and sauces. I left a two in the tip jar and the cashier mentioned he collected coins and bills! When I said that I did too and that I like the older eagle quarters he gave me an older 92 quarter!I found a seat with a simply spectacular view! I felt like an emperor on a hill. I took a bite and started to smile. Then took a second and third bite, and by the fourth it was Zaoabunga!! The combination of flavors and ingredients in this wrap definitely pop! When business slowed on the line the staff hustled and kept the seating area spotless. The kitchen was also spotless, which is difficult to do on a busy line. A gentleman came out and took my basket and foil and asked me how I liked it. Loved it! Take it from a long time Yelptastic this place is a must and won't break the bank."
"I love this bakery so much! I have severe nut allergies, so it's nice to know that this facility is nut free and is very aware of common allergens. The scones are my favorite but everything I've tried there is great."
"I finally made it here after hearing about it from several people. Cranelli's is quite busy with people seated outside and inside. The environment can be quite loud making conversations difficult. So keep that in mind. The prices are reasonable and if you check in for Yelp your first time, you get garlic knots for free. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was delicious. It's creamy and it's just super tasty. If you order it with chicken, it's like the Olive Garden one. The Arancinis are a tasty appetizer and it's just like a giant deep fried cheese ball. The garlic knots are full of flavor. They have specials every now and then. I ordered the strawberry margarita and that was quite delicious. It's also a lot bigger than I assumed."
