"Really great bbq! The sauces are some of my favorites. The service was quick and friendly. It's convenient that it's located next to a brewery so you could get some drinks and food easily. We will definitely come back and try their other options. The brisket was what I had and really enjoyed."
"Uptown & Humboldt is a special place. I've seen every iteration of them over the years. From food trucking and meal prepping to hotel brunching and food stalling, these cats have been ALL OVER the Greater Denver metro area sharing their culinary creativity with the masses. You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone kinder and more passionate about the community more than Gio and his business partner, Hayden. The ethos of Uptown & Humboldt stems from their travels around the world and their culinary adventures. The end result is nothing short of damn delicious food. The current menu revolves around their gyros and burgers. You can't go wrong with anything you try. The FMB and Berlin burgers are absolutely delicious. On my most recent visit I went with my favorite order: the Lamb Gyro and Yuca Fries. This combination is magnificent. The lamb tender and the gyro filling. The yuca fries somehow steal the show every time, with the garlic cilantro aioli in th running for most addictive side sauce in Denver.PRO TIP: wash it down with a Pineapple Basil Agua Fresca. It puts all other agua frescas to shame. Splurge on the drink, IT'S BEYOND WORTH IT.If you're at their food stall at Zeppelin Station, you'll be kicking yourself if you don't try anything from their newer tapas menu. The two standouts are the Truffle Manchego Croquettes and the Pistachio Whipped Feta. Just take my money and call it a day.If you find their food truck and they happen to be serving breakfast burritos, order one. Actually order seven. In the breakfast burrito-obsessed world of Colorado, theirs are TOP TIER. These are craveworthy. Like going out in a blizzard craveworthy!I'm one of Gio and Hayden's biggest fans. They've accomplished so much in a short period of time, but I have a feeling they have big things on their horizon. Wonderful people, excellent food, and a burning desire to do good in this world. If that isn't the recipe for success and happiness, I don't know what is."

"Went here on a whim cause we didn't feel like cooking or going too far to grab take out and it was a great decision. I am stuffed from all this food. We got 2 tacos each of steak, brisket, and marinated pork ($2.50 per taco) and an order of quesabirria tacos (about $14. Estimating from total as it wasn't labeled) for a total of $29. Every taco has a good amount of meat in them especially the birria ones. The flavor was good on all of them. The marinated pork was my favorite cause I'm a sucker for a good al pastor taco. The meats were all tender and juicy. I think $30 was a good They were super fast with ordering and getting our food to us. Only bad thing was the limes were kinda dry but that's not their fault anyway. It was a windy day and we were getting our food to go but there is seating if you wanted to eat there. I will definitely be going back (and bringing friends) since it's so close, cheap, and good!! Highly recommend this place!!"
"Friendly staff. Brisket was soggy, watery.Had fries as a side and asked for ketchup- There was none.Price was $13 for a meal and a side. Moderate price for a food truck.6.8/ 10"
"One of the better Mexican food trucks in the Springs. I had the tacos Chavinnes ( not sure of spelling) as I had never tried them. They were kind of like flautas. Deep fat fried chicken tacos served with cabbage, salsa and fresh tomatoes. All very good. Next time I will try the regular ones. They have a covered seating area which is nice in warmer weather. Food is prepared freshly so expect to wait a little if it is crowded."
"Holy crap. These are probably the best sliders I've ever had.Like, standing outside the truck is legit difficult because of how good it smells. Believe you me I did quick mental math on if I could hoist myself up through the order window and steal literally all of the burgers before they noticed. I opted instead on paying and waiting like a normal human being. I ordered two doubles, and they were both amazing. Though honestly I couldn't quite tell them apart. Would've loved a little more aggressive flavor -- but I also don't really care too much.Guys, they're awesome. They're SO good. Two doubles is perfect if you want to pretend you're fat but still be like hey it's not THAT much food! They're just so good. I was angry I wasn't starving to death because I wanted to eat like 400 sliders. Look I know this is hyperbolic and all, but I'm immediately a massive fan of this food truck and cannot wait to follow them around town to breweries."
"This place is okay. The pork tacos are way to dang Spicy.... they burn going in and burn coming out lol. The crane ones are great and so are the chicken ones. The red sauce is very spicy, the green sauce they have isn't as hot but they charge an .50 extra for it. Probably won't be back but at least I tried it."
"I decided to try this place today. 03/25/2023. I do not understand why people are saying bad things about this place. The BBQ is on point. The meats (mild sausage/brisket and by back ribs) are great. I will be back again and the service is totally on point. Super friendly and fast. Keep up the good work."
"*Tip: Follow them on facebook at Taste Of Filipino Food for daily hours and menu*I'm so happy more Filipino food options are opening up in our town. All of them have their own take on staples but share great quality and service. I loved their beef lumpia. The pork belly truly reminded me of home. It's not supposed to be fall apart tender, just fyi if you've never tried this specific recipe. The man tending shop was nice and knowledgeable."
"It was a rainy and cold day. I knew that Laziz Ya Lebanese food truck was scheduled to be nearby. Then I thought to myself, "it's so rainy, they probably decided not to come by, but I'll go ahead and check." Thank goodness I did, because they showed up, and their food is just WOW! I ordered the chicken shawarma plate. It comes with tender juicy chicken fillets pieces, garlic sauce and your choices of sides. I opted for the hummus and fattoush salad. I'm not kidding when I say this was the best dinner I've had from a food truck. I also ordered a side of their fries, which is your good ol' standard crinkle fries. Often times food trucks just have frozen food reheated. I'm definitely don't think that's the case here, the food tasted fresh and hot! Plus it took around 15-20 minutes for the food.Service was awesome too, the lady helping me at check out was very kind. 5/5. I will absolutely be back, I'm a customer for life."
"I don't normally rate food trucks but this one was extra special. The woman running it is absolutely incredible. She's funny, sassy and even taught me a little Spanish while I was there. The Chihuahua Dog she made me might be the very best hot dog I've ever had. It has bacon and onions, peppers etc and is quite spicy. It was mouth watering and the smell while she was cooking it made me even hungrier. This is located near the exit of the Home Depot in Bear Valley. The dog, chips and a drink was around nine bucks. It was worth every penny."
"Food was solid. Had seen some reviews on this place but I'm never in the area. Finally made it out and it didn't disappoint."

The food truck was at a housing event I went to. I ordered the platter with brisket and potato salad. The potato salad was really good and wasn't too mayonnaise-y like some are. The brisket had great flavor and was tender especially with the side of sweet bbq sauce. There was a decent amount of fat on the brisket though which was a little disappointing. Overall good!

Hilarious that U&H switched food hall residences AFTER I moved to Arvada. Fortunately I regularly go to Zeppelin Station. For some reason, I can't bring myself to order a normal freaking burger here. There's always something zany on the menu, like the Berlin with potato chips inside!I enjoyed the overall flavor profile, but it got a little dry halfway through. Couldn't finish the burger and didn't want to take it home. I think I was a little too generous in my 2023 review of U&H, but I'll probably request a slightly less cooked patty if I decide to come back again.

These know how to do you right. Every-time the food is great never disappoints. The California burritos are awesome and the chimichangas are unique but come with a green chilli that spot on. All the todays are great and next I'll hit that torta. With my birthday being on Cinco de Maya you can trust me when I say this is Mexican!

Amazing we went to them years ago when they just had the truck. We were in town and my husband had to have his fix. He was just as amazed we can't wait to go to the restaurant

I still adore their Al pastor tacos; highly recommended! They're not only cheaper than Chipotle but also authentically delicious Mexican cuisine--not Americanized. Finally, the waiting time is typically just 15 minutes, and everything is served fresh--no frozen food!Plus, they've added outdoor seating, which is a fantastic enhancement. Recently, they've introduced another food truck offering mouthwatering burgers and fries. Beware though, their fries are seriously addictive!

Came to Factotum's Birthday celebration, and 5280 Sliders was outside selling some eats. The girl and I tried 4 sliders: the Classic, the Cajun, the Jalapeño, and a pulled pork special. All were tasty! Really good. I think the Jalapeño was the best, but all were solid. They're sliders and on the smaller side obviously. I wished they had a larger actual burger, because I'd be so down with this place on a regular basis if they did. Was still hungry, but I could have totally had more, so that's my problem being a big dude.Good stuff though, I liked it!

5 stars for hot sauce flavor and plate presentation. Asada was flavorless. Limes had no juice. Ice was filled up in a large horchata. Didn't have enough drink for the meal. The guy that took my order was upset, frustrated, and unhappy.

We wanted to love this place but 3 stars is even a stretch. The gentleman helping us was great but the food was overall dry. I liked the mild sausage and the chicken. The brisket and ribs were very dry. Coleslaw was standard.

"I've been here a few times first couples times were great but lately it's been extra oily, still good but not like it used to be. Their horchatas are great, I get one each time I come. It's the best taco truck I've been too in CS."
"DELICIOUS- perfect flavors, served hot! The chips and salsa are my new favorite in town. I liked my standard taco and my husband loved his portobello ones! This food truck is parked right at FH Beerworks and it was simple to order and pay for everything together. We will be back."
"The food is amazing and the service is the best I've had in the area. The atmosphere is very inviting. I'm very impressed with the overall quality of the restaurant!"
"The food here is AMAZING. My husband and I both got the half orders of shrimp po boys. They were so good... we wished we had gotten the full! The shrimp is fried just enough, the bread is so soft, it's loaded with fresh herbs and vegetables, and oh! my! god! The sauce... I want to take a bath in that sauce! The owners were also very kind and you can just tell they are good people. The truck itself has a little bit of seating they set up around it, and they are getting a mural commemorating their daughter painted on the back of it. We'll definitely be returning."
"Simple, cheap & convenient! I enjoy driving up and ordering a burrito or breakfast taco & having it in just a few minutes - fresh. I've never had any problems here and unlike the below reviews I feel it's priced reasonably. The burritos are always packed with ingredients and the hot sauce adds a nice flavor.Definitely a Sunday ritual before football starts! They also cater any event you may have not just breakfast food but Casa Mariachi menu items"
"This is a cool food truck off Tower and Hampden. Great service and people. The food was solid but not memorable, the Mac & Cheese was served cold, I also didn't know it was part of a Jamaican meal. The price was fair, it's hard to find Caribbean foods anywhere in Aurora so this was a pleasant find, I will take it!"
"Today was the first time I noticed this food truck. I decided to try their pork adobo and vegetarian lumpia. The adobo flavors consisted mainly of soy sauce, onions, vinegar and bay leaf as far as I could tell. The sauce was spot on. It did not have a large sweet profile, many times I have had this dish with chunks of pineapple which makes it a little sweet. The meat was cooked for a long time and very tender but so flavorful with the adobo sauce. Will definitely try it again and the other dishes. The vegetables lumpia, Filipino version of egg rolls, was long and thin and quite good. Not too greasy and the vegetables tasted good. Overall an excellent lunch for ten dollars including tip."
"Amazing barbacoa tacos! Carnitas was a little dry and lacking in flavor. Al pastor and asada were standard. $3/taco as of February 2025. Quick to order and about 10 minutes for food to be ready. This food truck is located in the parking lot of the Advanced Auto Parts store. There is no seating available. They do take card and apple/google pay."
"I love international travel and delicious food! When I saw there is finally a Peruvian restaurant in town, I immediately made plans to visit. In 2018, I visited Peru to fulfill a lifelong dream of exploring Machu Picchu in Peru. Little did i know I would so thoroughly love the place, the people, the culture and the food!I had so many memorable foodie memories from my two weeks exploring multiple regions. So, walking into Taytacha was a great way to revive some of these memories. Papas rellenas, papas a la Huancaina, anticuchos, and ceviche were all on the menu. Today, i had the papas rellena and papas a la huancaina with a chicha to drink. The papas rellenas was a baked potato stuffed with beef, onion and raisins that is then fried (I think) with a crispy outer coating and a delicious sauce on top. Also, the papas a la huancaina, boiled potato with a creamy yellow pepper sauce smothering it. So delicious! Next time I come, I'll definitely have the ceviche and anticuchos (grilled beef heart on a skewer).Today, i also picked up some Peruvian popping corn, chulpa. And some wonderful Peruvian lucuma ice cream. The restaurant is brand new. The decor may take some time, but the wonderful food and welcoming service more than makes up for it."
"I was a damn fool for not coming over here and trying out the food before. It's absolutely an amazing experience eating this food. You owe it to yourself just to go try it. There is a reason why I go to food trucks like this. It's because of the love in the food that they add."
"We moved to Colorado from Southern California, specifically San Diego and then Los Angeles and we have been searching for a burrito that resembles the Baja Mexican food we love and miss. Baja Berto's is exactly that! We wish it was easier to find his truck especially on the weekends when all we want is a good authentic breakfast burrito! But when you can find it it is the best Mexican in Denver we have found!"
"The taco plate was delicious. Great food and good value. Highly recommend stopping here, very friendly owners"
"The most incredible Honduran eats in the Springs!!! Staff is respectable and genuine. Food is melt in your mouth good! I had the honor of tasting Bale Bale when they decided to come to Schriever AFB on a weekend!!!!!! Cant wait to find them in their next destination! Don't miss out when you see their Bale Bale!!!!"
"The food was good. I got an alcapurria and a mofongo and pincho plate. The alcapurria was almost 12 inches long and served very hot, like it should be. The 2 pinchos were huge with meat that covered the whole stick. The mofongo was a big bowl size with pieces of bacon and garlic. It is a food truck with a big table and few chairs to eat at a old gas station."
"One of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito with everything except rice. I also grabbed some of their hot (red) and mild (green) salsas. Everything was delicious. Everything was cooked well and the flavors all melded together perfectly. The salsa's were refreshing, delicious, and had just the right amount of spice. Haven't had their tacos or other food, but the breakfast burritos are highly recommended!"
"Taco factory is a must for takeout or delivery. I was craving a smothered burrito and decided to give this spot a try. I ordered a shredded chicken smothered burrito and must say, it was one of the delicious burrito that I had in awhile. Will be ordering from here again soon!"
"HANDS DOWN BEST FOOD TRUCK IN THE SPRINGS! Brought my whole family to the truck the other day. Folks inside are very nice! Answered all of our questions patiently, and their truck is very, very clean as well! (always my biggest fear with food trucks!). The Cuban and the dessert waffle were excellentThe fix made our family FIXED on their food. Seriously considering adding this truck to our weekly schedule!"
"We went in today and we both ordered the Pork ribs and peas adobo. We also tried the shrimp patties, lumpia and empanada. I really wanted to try the kadun pika but I'm picky so I went with the adobo. I am Leaving an honest review.Overall, the food was good but pricey. Since moving here, we've realized eating out is ridiculously expensive and we're more disappointed than happy with the quality when we do.I don't make empanadas and I'm biased because Galaxy in Saipan is the best. Bonitan's emapadas are pretty good. Not much stuffing but the flavor was there. I would go back for it.Not sure if this is how the shrimp patties are made in Guam, but it is a little different than what I'm used to back home. It was also very salty and I love salty. This was a bit salty for my taste. I wanted to try it and I did.The lumpia was good. There was not much filling in this as well. My husband and 1.5 year old daughter liked it. The pork adobo was good. My husband loved it and would order it again. The service was great. I mentioned I wanted to try the Kadun pika and when we received our food, they gave me a small container to try it, an extra lumpia and an extra Pattie. That was great! That's exactly how to get repeat customers.I will say this, the kadun pika was månnge' and pika! I wished I ordered that instead. I will definitely go back for it and I'm so glad they left me some to sample. We will go back to try the bbq plates. I want to know what the red rice and marinade tastes like. With warm weather coming soon, I hope I love their bbq so when I'm lazy and don't want to prep Chamorro bbq myself, I hope I can rely on Bonitan's."
"Great brisket close to home. My first visit was on 13 August 2023 and I managed to go easy on the brisket so it lasted until the next day. Then I got another pound today and it may be gone by this evening. They have a variety of options/sides. Currently they are at the Falcon KOA campground on Thursday and Sunday starting at 11:00 AM and they have a breakfast menu starting earlier on other days."
"Best BBQ and comfort food in Colorado. Highly recommend!Service is great and the owner really takes pride in their food"
"My go to spot for lunch the only tacos closest to Authentic mexican food they do not disappoint"
