But I came to realize that it wasn't the fault the the floral company itself it was that of a dishonest and lazy employee. Sadie, the owner was contacted by myself personally and was made aware of my particular situation. She expressed that this was not to the level of service that she demands of her staff and was more than apologetic for my situation. Sadie was so kind that not only did she replace the original bouquet of flowers and teddy bear with another, she trumped my order by also giving me anothe teddy bear with a box of chocolates and a small arrangement of roses for my granddaughters dance recite. Now I know there are people that complained, but I believe that if you had the opportunity to speak with Sadie those ones would be fives like mine is. To you Mrs. SADIE, my family really appreciated what you did to make this right and for going above and beyond our expectations, you will be our go to florist from here on. The Jones's"

"I have used Sign of the Rose a few times for sending flowers to family and friends. So when it was time for me to send a housewarming arrangement to a friend who moved into a new residence, it was natural for me to contact them again. Looking online, I got some ideas of what I wanted. Years ago when I was in college, I worked part time in florist shop to help out friends. I learned that all those arrangements you ask for from FTD aren't challenging the creativity for the floral designers. The best thing to do is to give a dollar amount you're willing to pay for the arrangement and ask for the designer to make an arrangement. So I called Sign of the Rose Florist and did just that. They are always friendly and willing to help. When I was asked about when I wanted it delivered, I made a comment that they probably couldn't deliver it the Saturday before New Year's Eve (December 30th), they said it was no problem! Wow!Not only was I happy about the customer service, my friend was so impressed with the arrangement. Without knowing it, the floral designer had used one of my favorite flowers: Stargazer lilies. Happiness was had by all! Buying flowers is always difficult. Most people think they should get more flowers for their dollar. But if you want quality flowers and a beautiful arrangement, you get your money's worth, don't waste your time looking around or going to a grocery store to buy flowers. Go to Sign of the Rose. You won't be disappointed."

"After some disappointing flower deliveries, I decided to give this shop a try based on a friend's recommendation. I'm happy to report that I've found my go-to flower delivery service. The person I spoke to when I called was so friendly and assured me that the arrangement would be lovely. When she asked what I wanted and I gave a vague, "colorful and pretty, not so many twigs and filler, maybe with some roses and reds and pinks and oranges...?" she seemed to understand. When I asked for price point recommendations she came with a suggestion much lower than I expected to spend given my past experiences. The flowers were prettier and grander in person than they appear in these photos. They are super fresh and vibrant. The arrangement looks lovely from all angles, front and back. And most of all, the recipient (my mom) was genuinely happy and surprised by them. Points for me, points for this shop."

Glad I stumbled on them! Unfortunately, I had a really hard time with their website and was unable to actually place an online order, but I called the shop and the gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I was able to order exactly what I wanted, complete with a purple butterfly stuck in the arrangement and a grey kitty by it's side. I ordered at 11:30 and they were delivered before 5:00 that night, perfect! The look on my niece's face made it all worth it! She loved her first day of school and the flowers were a very nice cherry on top. Her mom said they were really fresh and a perfect ending to her perfect day.I will definitely order from My Floral Shop again! I always have reasons to order arrangements in The Springs... plus her little sister will be starting kindergarten soon too!Reasonably priced and so happy they were able to deliver same day and at a decent hour! Not only were the prices incredibly fair, the service was phenomenal and the flowers were beautiful. I included pictures of 2 arrangements that we picked out and one that someone else ordered and was delivered for us well before our service started.The pictures of the wreaths online didn't do justice to how gorgeous these arrangements were. "This owner has taken over and renamed a shop on Weber that is best described as on the backside of the Bon Shopping Center.We needed two funeral pieces, one a wreath similar to a casket piece but actually to be used on a table and the urn placed in the center. We were given tips on how to place the urn--put some books under it if it was too low. The front of the piece was marked so that the flowers were presented in the best way possible.The second piece was a vase with a tropical theme. The decedent was fond of birds of paradise, hence the theme.Everything was done as promised, the flowers were fresh.I wrote the above 2/122019. I revisited on the occasion of my 48th wedding anniversary. I took in my heavy crystal vase and asked that 25 carnations be arranged in it. No special significance to 25 other than I used to be a carnation grower and knew that bunches were always in 25's.Sheri had just received a carnation shipment so I could choose from what just came in. I was thinking pink, but I prefer a soft pink and these tended to be more hot pink. Had some nice looking yellow carnations so I went there. I like my carnations to be arranged as one would arrange roses--which I also used to grow. It has been ten days and the arrangement looks great after I removed one carnation yesterday.I come from a flower-loving and using family, I'm going to let them all know that this is the place to go when ordering flowers for delivery in Colorado Springs."
