"I love the smell of fresh roasted coffee. The smell of fresh ground coffee in the grinder in the morning, the smell after the hot water starts to drain through the grounds. There is nothing like it. They roast coffee on a regular basis and is fresh, aromatic, and delicious. I couldn't ask for a better cup of coffee."
"I loved this place! The atmosphere in the cafe is very cozy and welcoming. The prices were very fair for their sizes as well! They have lots of specialty coffee's to choose from, and regular coffee and teas as well."
"Denver has no shortage of killer coffee and SONDER is part of the conversation. I've had their coffee before but have never sat in the shop before until yesterday. 10/10 would recommend!I've posted about my adoration for espresso tonics and SONDER's might have instantly become a new favorite in town. They even garnish with a lemon wheel. Like an old fashioned cocktail, typically these drinks have a "curve" of peak bitterness in the beginning, followed by a more mellow sweetness at the end. This one somehow tasted balanced the entire way through. I guzzled it down way too quickly, which is probably the best compliment I could give it!Free wifi was working exquisitely. Plenty of remote worker bees like myself draining every ounce of wifi imaginable and plugging away on our computers. The door was open and the sun was shining through the shop. Though simple in design, it's extremely comfortable, and they had a steady flow of customers on a Tuesday afternoon.SONDER, I might need to head over YONDER to that part of town more often. Excellent coffee, friendly baristas, and a pleasing aesthetic. No complaints, keep doing what you're doing!"
"Hands down my favorite coffee shop in all of Aspen!! For one, it's in perfect walking distance to most of the action/shops/hotels in the square. Of course the most important part about a coffee shop is the coffee! Everything I've tried is fantastic -- delicious espresso and perfectly steamed milk. You can tell they have true baristas! The vibe is exactly what you're looking for in a coffee spot. Indoor & outdoor seating, couches, large tables, plenty of seats & even bar seating. It's spacious enough to accommodate a larger crowd. Their food and available pastries are also incredible. I swear I dream about their yogurt & açaí bowls back home!! My only complaint is that it gets very warm inside -- so if you're hot natured I'd suggest having something underneath your coat/long-sleeve."
"Me and two friends stopped by there last Thursday while skiing at Beaver Creek. All three of us were pleasantly surprised at just how good the coffee was. Too often, when you're eating/drinking in a very touristy spot, the location seems to take priority over the quality of the food. Not the case here. We made a point of taking note of this spot and will be sure to stop there again on any and all future coffee breaks when skiing at Beaver Creek. Give it a "shot" (heh heh) -- you won't be disappointed! -Joseph"
"Great service. Excellent apple strudel. Turkish coffee was inspiring. I drove a half hour to get to the store. I wish this place was closer. I would go every day."
"I used my trusty Yelp app to find a good place for coffee near 1-25 and Colorado Blvd. I used to live in Denver but didn't know about this development. Sonder is located in a food court next to a movie theater. The parking is free and easy (2 hrs). The food court is nice and Sonder is at the west end of it. The menu is simple and the coffee is great. Of course, they have all the varieties. You can also get tea, croissants, breakfast burritos, and some baked goods. There's plenty of seating nearby or in the food court. It's a great place to meet someone for a chat. I met a really nice person working there named Toby. Turned out he was the owner. Super great guy. Super great staff. I wish him very much continued success!"
"Large menu, good location, rude service.I ran in for a quick iced latte, with extra ice. I get the feeling that if your not a regular and ask for anything extra or different from the menu your going to get some extreme passive aggressive attitudes. And if you ask for anything after you get your order like extra ice it's going to be a thing with them. I tipped but afterward I wished I hadn't because the coffee was mediocre and the two women were beyond rude."
"Try their Nitro cold brew milkshake. It's bomb! Made with their house vanilla syrup and oat milk."
"Here's my update. Don't give your money to that corporate mermaid chain. This shop has it all. Small bites. Croissants that are great fresh out of the oven but slightly stale after a day however not nearly as terrible as most in this "high altitude" state. All of the snacks here are delicious and will be your New Year's resolution cheats. The coffee though? Most of the cups I've gotten here are excellent and not overly roasted or burnt tasting but the best thing on their current menu is the whiskey cold brew. GD that stuff slaps."
"I gave this place a second try after a year and I'm glad I did. The latte that I had was absolutely delicious and I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and tomato. The bagel was fantastic, well toasted and a little crunchy, and the tomato was fresh and juicy. I absolutely loved it!Service was quick and attentive, and the space is very comfortable and spacious."
"What a wonderfully eclectic atmosphere! Uber busy for a Tuesday morning! Heading home to Oklahoma and Wayfinder was highly recommended and so, here we are. I'm one of "those" people, who, for my love of fall, also love pumpkin spice coffee drinks. I'm thoroughly enjoying my coffee! Great pit stop toward home! Friendly and very busy baristas! And picked up a package of the just coffee to take home!"

Best roasters in Colorado Springs, by far. The whole team there knows their java. Nice work Toby!

My husband and I loved our experience here! The food was fresh and filling, while our drinks were delectable and richly flavorful. They have several sugar free syrup options, and the servers were super welcoming. I hope Colorado sees this company expanding across its cities! We need more branches like this selling tasty brew, instead of the burnt liquid provided at Starbucks stores for a lofty price. Parking is in ample supply, seating is comfortable, and the location is convenient. Strongly recommend!

I got their lemon poppyseed matcha. The presentation was beautiful, but it just tasted only like matcha, no hints of lemon. It had the poppyseeds on the top but no additional poppyseed taste.Their almond croissant was good, but I have definitely had better ones. The place is cute and was clean during my visit here. The staff were not friendly. They took a while to take my order and had frowns on their faces the whole time I was there. They do not honor the Yelp checkin of 10% off.I really wanted to like this place, but my visit just was not good enough for me to come back.

My favorite coffee store in Aspen for a casual chat or to read or to work. Pastries and alcohol also available which is a plus. Service is great as well and friendly. Very laid back.

We got rosemary chicken, grilled vegetarian, waffles, huevos rancheros burrito and portabella and ice cream, all equally tastey. Reasonable price in this expensive Vail. We recommend trying burrito of all. Very nice people as well. Little noisy but not that big deal. Very beautiful ambience.

I stopped by here again recently and this time I tried their traditional spiced Turkish coffee which has a blend of numerous spices and just a touch of sugar. It was served in a copper pot which was really neat. Wonderful flavor and the coffee was amazing. This time I tried one of their cream cheese danish with fig preserves and it was absolutely delicious. I spent a couple hours here reading and studying and I did not feel rushed or bothered at all. I will absolutely be back and will recommend this spot to all my friends. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and the ambiance is warm and friendly.

Sonder Coffee is an absolute gem located inside the Junction Food Hall! It's the perfect spot for coffee lovers looking for a great environment and top-notch drinks. I recently stopped by with some friends, and we were excited to try their seasonal offerings. We ordered the key lime espresso latte, the orange blossom espresso latte, and the honey pistachio cold brew, and let me tell you--they did not disappoint! The key lime espresso latte was the perfect balance of tart and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness. The orange blossom espresso latte had a delicate floral note that paired beautifully with the espresso, and the honey pistachio cold brew was a unique and refreshing twist on a classic cold brew. Each drink was crafted with care, and you could tell the team at Sonder Coffee puts real thought into their seasonal flavors.Aside from the amazing coffee, the location inside Junction Food Hall is super convenient, whether you're grabbing a quick cup to go or sitting down to enjoy the lively food hall atmosphere. The friendly service and cozy, inviting vibe made it a perfect place to catch up with friends. I can't wait to come back and see what they have brewing next!

Moving is tough. Maybe you're moving from California or Texas. Or maybe you're just a big fat dork from Golden and decide that Salida is the town for you. But I think we can agree that everyone needs refreshments. And that's why Brown Dog is a great option. And they have lots of coffee varieties and a multitude of baked goods to help you carb load when you're shooting down the mountain or just planning on ruining an otherwise good town on your own. "Let's make it like Breckenridge" is the new town motto, I'm told. So stop in, enjoy the town, and make sure to change the culture. And then move back to Golden.

"One of the best pour-overs I've ever had. Extremely knowledgeable proprietor on coffee. Will be back. Also very clean."
"If you are not in a hurry, you should come for the quality beverages and great baristas!!! If you need a quick bite with your beverage, maybe checkout another local spot? The food selection was super limited on the morning I visited, only 3 muffin type choices in the case. I saw someone get severed a panini but never saw it on the wall menu. I'll try it again next time I'm in town, maybe I visited on an off day?"
"My son and I stopped in Switchback Coffee Roasters for coffee and a pastry to share before a very big day. Move in day in his new town. I flew in to help him manage his movers and unpack every last box before we went to sleep that night. Switchback provided the perfect fix to fuel us through hours of unpacking and organizing his cross country move. When I thanked his movers before they left they in fact told me verbatim "thank you, you did all the work" and that I did! It's probably my Type A OCD behavior but I could not have him conduct his very first home to home move without me present or this place may not have been unpacked for months! I had every last thing where it needed to be, dinner and dessert made before my head hit the pillow that evening and that's because we started our day with the best coffees and scone.I was only in town for a couple of days and in that short time Switchback was surely one of my fav coffee spots. Hoping to stop in again soon.Service was great and the space has a very calm and welcoming vibe. My sons girlfriend is flying into town this week and I surely hope he brings her here. Exceptional spot."
"Went to pick up a surprise bag from too good to go and was greeted by the nice staff. They asked me what I wanted, which was a bonus so I tried the chorizo breakfast burrito and a chocolate croissant, they were both delicious"
"A nice local place with arguably some of the best coffee in town. Their pastries are top notch, and their service is excellent. I rarely see the owner or his staff not greet returning customers with their first names. The jazz music and simple layout make it a regular stop for me. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet setting with good coffee."
"You ever get a 19 sleep number on your bed...?!?! It took a real special sort of night. The type where you get home from work and fall into bed at 130a then get the worse food poisoning imaginable for several hours and your alarm goes off in the 5a hour to get up and hit LAX on the "busiest travel day of the year". That my friend is how you achieve a 19!That being said, by the time I flew to Denver, rented a car and drove to Colorado Springs I was in desperate need of a latte. I made it to Switchback by 230p before they closed on Sunday.I was only in town for 20 hours to celebrate my sons birthday and spend some time with him and if not for this pumpkin spice latte that brought me back to life I wouldn't have been able to get into celebration mode.I really do believe Switchback is the best coffee in town. Consistently outstanding at different locations. I'm so thankful they were open. Fantastic service. I sat there for a moment to enjoy my latte before driving to my son's place. If I lived nearby this would be my everyday coffee spot. Highly recommend."
"While in town visiting friends, they kept saying we had to get to this coffee shop. She is a bonafide coffee-holic and so am I. Once we stepped in the aroma was heavenly. The staff were extremely welcoming, maybe in part because our friend is a regular. First I ordered a latte. The presentation was lovely and it was a gentle smooth treat. Next up was an Americano. It was strong and also somehow smooth- not bitter at all. Compared to many others I've tried, this coffee shop is superior. Part of the charm is it's one of many different businesses on a long hallway. The hallway is lined with tables and chairs. While in search of a restroom, a realization came that this building is a repurposed old school. Created a bit of nostalgia. Truly the Colorado way to preserve and reuse."
"Inside a small food hall, the best cup of coffee we had while in Breckenridge was here. My latte with honey cinnamon syrup and my wife's mushroom coffee were perfect. To eat, I recommend the chupacabra burrito. The filling is so good, but more importantly the flour tortilla is perfectly cooked."
"Best coffee in the city - staff is sooo pleasant and makes great recommendations for drinks, beans, roasting, etc. love it here."
"Love this coffee house. It's my go-to for buying beans and lattes. I'm slowly working my way through the specialty menu and have yet to try a coffee I did not love. The staff is always friendly and service is great."
"One of my favorite coffee shops in town to work from. It can be tough to find a spot to sit at peak hours but usually doesn't take too long to get a seat. The coffee is hands down my favorite in the springs and the customer service is great. Highly recommend."
"Out of all the coffee shops I've tried in the Dillon/silverthorne area, this one is hands down my favorite. The pastries are somewhat lacking but it has tasty coffee and such a cute eclectic aesthetic. Will definitely be back"
"This place was very good and no complaints about the taste or its overall vibe as a coffee shop. My issues are that the prices are absurd for how tiny the the coffee are. The lattes were almost $6 for like 10oz. My matcha was fine but again not $6 for 12oz iced. I also was just salty because I really wanted to try the overnight oats or chia pudding but couldn't justify spending $10 on a tiny portion. I also wish they had sugar free syrup options but the syrup flavor options are plentiful and all sounded delicious. Again this coffee shop Is good and cute just the prices and tiny sizes caught me off guard"
"This place smells amazing! Almost worth a visit to breathe this place in. That being said the coffee is priced as reridiculously as everywhere else, butits's absolutely fresher. If you are in the area, swing in for a coffee. Don't be afraid to smell all the beans. The service is willing to recommend coffee types and takes the time to answer questions."
"What a great visit to a beautiful and unique coffee shop. And what an incredible business - they love on, train, encourage and support adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. They have a comfortable space, charming handcrafted products, and an inevitably unique service experience.Service hours:Sunday: closedM-F: 9:00am-2:30pmSaturday: 9:00am-2:00pm"
"What an amazing coffee shop, it's our go-to! The presentation is beautiful, coffee is amazing, and love the touch of the stroopwaffle with every coffee. Highly recommend!"
"This was such a great little coffee shop. I adore the Hawaiian theme. I got the maca coco iced latte and it was such a dream. There was plenty of seating for lounging and tables for working. It was such a great atmosphere & I will certainly be back!"
"My friend and I gave this place a try as we wanted to check out a new coffee spot that doesn't close at 2pm. We didn't think too much of it but the inside was pretty chill! The employees were super inviting. The seats were comfy too!Drinks:- Ethiopian Macchiato: this was good! You can taste the coffee depth and it wasn't too strong. I got it with oat milk because I'm lactose intolerant but the barista accidentally made it with regular milk. She stopped me before I drank it and made me a new one. She let us keep the first drink and my friend enjoyed it. I really appreciated her honesty.- Egg Sandwich: It wasn't too bad. The egg wasn't overly or underseasoned, lots of bell peppers and the bread had a soft texture. It was quite oily though. Overall I can see myself hangout here to study or work more often. I wished they had more outlets though"
"Super chill place with great vibes to catch a cup of coffee and get some work done.Homemade offerings including muffins, bars, and burritos (get these while you can, they sell out!) can draw anyone away from their campsite. Love this place!"
"Friendly staff. Amazing coffee. Flavorful roasts. Delicious cinnamons and GF pumpkin breads. 10/10! Such a great hidden gem."
"Cozy place inside! Sat on the comfiest couches waiting for the coffee. They also had a ton of coffee syrups that it was almost overwhelming but I think that's a good problem to have haha. Def a good safe place for a coffee fix!"
