"Great food. Great service. Really nice higher end pizza joint with really good food. I had the spicy meatball sandwich. It was excellent. My companion had a beautiful calzone. The serving size was plentiful. Both of us took half our meal home. Mine heated up nicely and made a great lunch the following day. I would go back"
"Got the Philly Cheese Steak, Buffalo Wings & Fries - so so good! We love this spot! We ate there and enjoyed both the service and food. Seems like a lot of people order to go so don't be thrown off if the space is empty."
"I know this is a burger place but Don't Sleep on the TACOS! They were so delicious that the slow service was almost completely forgotten. They seemed to be just a little under staffed last night. The place is a great stop on your way to a Red Rocks show. Great drink selection, not any real top shelf options but they've got plenty of selections and bottled beers. Did I mention the tacos? They are phenomenal! Large portions, easily shared. Perfectly paired with my Black Cherry white claw"
"Wow. I saw that this place had the "best wings and pizza" in town recommendation by buzzfeed, and honestly I was very curious and had to come here to see if the hype was justified. So it was no surprise that it does have some of the best wings and pizza in town. They have special wing flavors, which rotate seasonally but the old standbys are also solid options. I love this spot. We have been here a handful of times and it is always busy. It's also a cozy and perfect place for a lazy afternoon watching some games on TV while eating some pizza and wings. It is always busy, we always eat by the bar also. The vibes are solid. They have gluten free pizza options also which is always a bonus. Good beer options and service is always great. It is a solid spot :) !!!!"
"We've always heard great things about the Piper Inn, but we finally had a chance to try it for ourselves. The Piper Inn is definitely a dive bar - small, a little dark, but the service and food were great. They are known for their wings, but their garlic parm fries with chicken were my favorite! You have to try it."
"There is no way that this is not a 5 star food joint in the triple D category. I got a burger and wings from here and they just knocked it out of the park. The burger was easily a half pound and was certainly one of the best burgers I've ever had from food joint. The wings were good. Great BBQ on them. I was slightly concerned they were a little undercooked, but it turned out just fine! The place is just not what you would expect. There's 0 seating. The building is barely larger than a food truck and it seems like it's a meh area of town. The cashier, whom I'm assuming might own or co-own was very delightful. We ended up waiting about an hour for all of us to get our food due to our group size, but he sent a bunch of extra wings. Overall I could have eaten a burger from here every day and been happier than a clam while we stayed there. Highly recommend it."
"I feel like this place is great for a take out and not a dine-in experience! Loved the food, did not like going into bathroom though because I had to was my hands with a craps of dish soap from the original bottle we got lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wings - they were good, Cajun shrimps were alright, fried pickles were good as well! I am a lover of a blue cheese dressing and I got some for my wings - didn't like it, the ranch was good though!"
"Thanks for a close friend of mine, I was introduced to "Homegrown Tap & Dough." This neighborhood bar and grill is a great find to connect with local friends while enjoying some great/local beers. I'm not even a beer drinker and they still had something I liked. The food is outstanding -- especially the pizza (hence 'dough'). If you have a big party, I recommend calling ahead --- otherwise a party of less than 6 wasn't too long of a wait."
"The best wings you will ever eat! Don't let the looks of this establishment steer you away from this amazing place! I am born and raised in Colorado and wings are one of my favorite things to eat. It is safe to say that Willy's Wings has the best wings in Colorado and I have many friends and family who would stand behind that. I typically will only eat boneless wings unless it's from here. The bone in-wings here are insane! They are decently sized with a good amount of meat and the best thing about the wings is that they are fried which makes them super crispy, juicy, and yummy! Please note that it is a small local spot so keep that in mind while waiting for your food."
"I do like their Chicken wings but forgot how spicy they are. Luckily the radish helped with the fire in my mouth :) He likes chicken wings but prefers the other restaurant we go to. But he liked the chicken katsu and couldn't finish the large portion. Leftovers for lunch for me! I didn't realize they have onion rings and they were ok. More batter than onion which is fine with me. The potstickers were good. Again spicy! I'm a wimp. The servers were attentive and polite. The chair I sat on first was slightly sticky but the restaurant looked clean. Bright light from the windows. Parking in the shared lot."

Gotta give this one a 5 because of creativity. If you eat in side expect it to be a little loud. With hard hitting metal and rock playing. Awesome burgers and perfect tater tots. Did the plant burger and was very pleased. Not sure why it called me at dinner, the spicy bloody Mary didn't disappoint. For you omnivores, they have so much goodness covered in cheese & bacon everyone was rocking it hard. Our waitress was super friendly and made certain we enjoyed.

Ordered takeout from my hotel. The portions were generous! I ordered the bourbon chicken with rice, no sauce. I ordered this plate with a side of potatoes and Mac and cheese. The food arrived promptly, packaged well and still hot enough to eat without warming. I appreciate the individual who suggested this location. Maybe I'll have time to drop in for a visit soon.

Great pizza crust, interesting toppings. Pepperoni had a little bit of spice to it. Ordered through uber eats.

The cheesesteak was really solid. Their fries weren't anything special and their special sauce was just thousand island. Small place to dine so we took our food to go. Place was very busy for a Wednesday at 4 pm! Got our food pretty quickly though and enjoyed it.

Our first experience at Flying Pig was thoroughly enjoyable. My son had the Flying Pig burger with side of mac n cheese. I had the Double wide with grilled veggies. Everything seemed fresh and properly cooked. I asked the 16 yr old if he would choose this burger over those from other places he likes and he said Flying Pig. The sides were quality. It is difficult to grill 3 different vegetables to the right texture. They managed to do so. My son is very picky about mac-n-cheese and he liked theirs. Our server was attentive and no one made us feel hurried. Friends came with younger children and it was quite family friendly. Great burger joint! (Trying the fish tacos next time though!)

My fiancé got takeout. He got his own and got a small for me since I like thin pizza so it's nice they have choices to customize to your taste. He got me all cheese half bacon and we also got wings to start. Those were tasty. A little dry in center though. My pizza was good! I liked that the bacon was chopped small so it got very crispy. Might be our new go-to when we are craving pizza!

Total dive bar, in all of the best ways possible! Best wings in Denver, with AMAZING Chinese food to top it off! The fried rice is to die for and my favorite wings are their Asian medium. Fun place with great food!

Soul food- omg! We were craving wings and this was the perfect spot. Note they are take out only- there's a picnic bench outside but not a ton of options -so best to prep for a picnic if you don't live close. I tried wings, catfish, greens and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was just ok. The wings are definitely the star- must eat! I was licking my fingers.

"Out of towner and I recently tried the pizza at here. It was fantastic! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend it for any pizza lover."
"We usually get Woody's when at the brewery nearby but popped in for lunch and it was every bit as good. The wings are tasty, the fries are great! The staff was super friendly and welcoming."
"Great pho and crab rangoons. Service was quick. Iced tea was a bit pricey. I would definitely return."
"Wow, I almost forgot this place existed. I had not been here for close to two decades. Back in the day, it was one of my places to go get a beer and some wings. And, despite the gentrification, some would say improvement, of the general neighborhood around here, it still is. Not much has changed. Pretty much still the same interior, and the menu has not varied much over the years, at least in my fuzzy memory. I popped in here after a movie at the nearby AMC theater a couple months back. Again, the beer was still cold, the service was still great, and the wings were still pretty darn good."
"Crazy and surprisingly awesome! My folks moved to the area and kept talking I a burger spot they found nearby. When I visited, they wanted to take me to it. Cool.Walking through Old Town Littleton and they pull me inside was I thought was just a random bar. Which I guess it kinda is. But holy cow.The burgers are awesome: nice sear with a juicy interior, fresh cut onions, crunchy pickles, crisp lettuce, and perfectly melted gooey cheese.Liked it so much we came back a couple days later and got their breakfast burger, which was just as good and had two perfectly runny eggs on it.Staff is quick and smiling throughout. Place is pretty clean and there's a ton of spots to sit at. Beer selection is solid. It's obvious there are numerous regulars, and I can definitely see why. I look forward to another delicious burger next time I'm in town."
"Excellent food quality and freshness! Not five stars because the crew were all arguing with each other in front of the customers. That was not good, but like I said, great food! Order well ahead of time if you're doing take-out, because this place is popular and you may have to stand in line for it.I recommend this place!"
"I'm from NJ and heard this is the closest you can get to NY style pizza in Colorado. I got 2 slices and soda deal (signage says M-F only, but they still offered it to me). The crust was thin with a good crisp to fold the slices in half with a slight oil drip. It may sound silly but it's typical to then dip your slice in the dripped oil. Overall, yummy quick lunch."
"Not really fancy digs. But that allows them to bring wholesome food at a reasonable price. We had the chicken kabob. Comes with a side salad a nicely seasoned rice. Our other dish was the gyro, also with sides. The gyro was a little too heavily salted representing the only flaw in our meal. Overall a pleasant experience."
"An old friend suggested meeting up at this place. It's located at a small strip mall area and has a lot of parking available. We walked in on a Thursday evening and it was dead. There were a few people at the bar and one other table eating and playing pool. Our friend was a little shocked how slow it was, lol. I guess it's a happening place on the weekends and/or when there's games. We ordered a bunch of chicken wings. The honey hot wings came highly recommended and I also got the garlic wings along with some fried mushrooms. The guys also got some drinks from the bar. As we chatted, I noticed our waiter walked in with a bag of takeout boxes. Not sure if it was our food as he delivered our food shortly after, lol. The fried mushrooms were really good and the wings were pretty standard, but good. All in all, everything was ok. It felt pretty dated inside. The service could use a little work, maybe a smile here and there. The waiter was very aloof, no smiles, not really friendly, but not outright rude either.Probably wouldn't come back here again as nothing really stood out, but seems like it would be a good place to watch some games over a few drinks."
"We are from out of town and did not expect to stop here but we are so glad we did!The pizza was divine, much better than the cruller donuts next door.We are so glad we stopped by and hopefully we will get a chance to come back before we head back home!"
"The chicken is still probably my favorite of the Korean fried chicken chains we have in Colorado. I really like the flavors of everything. My favorite is the cheeseling but it isn't everyone cup of tea. The honey garlic would be a safe alternative if you like a sweet chicken but want something without the cheese dust. The spicy original wings are also pretty good. It' has a nice kick of spice. The chicken just has a really nice crunch and it doesn't feel dry. The sides like fries and o ion rings are delicious. Can't go wrong with any of them. The tteokboki is really good. I've had it in the regular and rose. The kimchi fried rice is just okay and I personally would skip it. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was slow but business did pick up. There was one server in charge of all the tables so service can be kind of slow. One table did walk out after waiting for a couple of minutes so be ready for that. If you're in a rush, best to place a to-go order."
"Driving into the Springs recently, I looked over while at a stoplight on Interquest and saw the sign for Bonchon, snapped a pic, and told my spouse we needed to check this place out. I've spent some time in Korea and fell in love with its style of chicken. So last night, both of us too tired to cook, we decided to order in. My spouse looked over the menu and placed an order for 24 "strips" of chicken, half soy garlic, half spicy, plus edamame, onion rings, and coleslaw. I wondered for a millisecond if it was really all that wise ordering delivery from a restaurant more than ten miles away from us and thought they might not even allow it because we could very well be outside the delivery radius. But alas, the order on Door Dash went through. Sadly, when it finally arrived, everything in the plastic bag was wet like it had been opened and walked through a downpour. I tried to find the source, but all I found was a LOT of condensation everywhere and the large paper chicken box was crushed into a heap because the moisture would not let it hold its shape. I quickly transferred the edamame to a glass bowl and sprinkled them with flaky salt because they were under seasoned.I then got out a large glass platter and placed the onion rings on it atop paper towels to soak up all the grease. Then I transferred the chicken, which would be better described as cutlets instead of strips, to the plate. Only the coleslaw arrived unharmed because it was in a plastic container, however, it is not the "dry" and crunchy kind but a very watery, sopping slaw drowning in white liquid. We enjoyed the chicken, which is pretty sweet and has good flavor. The edamame was good, and the onion rings are the thick, sweet white onions dipped in tempura batter. My only recommendation is that the restaurant either choose not to deliver more than five-ish miles away OR invest in better-quality packaging (preferably not plastic, but perhaps heavier compostable containers) so that the food isn't so compromised in transit."
"The other day my husband said: "Do you really want Dagiya again? You've had it twice this week!" And the answer was YES! Lucky for us, we live close by so it's become a family favorite. We've tried all of the varieties of fried chicken and love the white onion fried chicken the most. It is topped with thin onion slices and the best part is the white onion dipping sauce (I wish this sauce would come with all the orders). Another favorite is the Chicken Mayo Bowl - I could eat this dish for lunch every day! The chicken is so flavorful and drizzled in mayo on a bed of rice makes it even better! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Ddukbokki in general. But I do think the Labokki that includes ramen noodles is good! The service has always been quick and friendly! If eating in the restaurant, water, paper trays and plastic silverware are available -- making it easy to grab what you need without having to ask the staff."
"Great flavors! Usually order for pick up and I always get the full chicken with rice and beans. Their macaroni salad is good too! I've also tried their birria tacos, not bad! MUST get the horchata and hibiscus water!"
"Great local bar. Sports, fun environment, great food and drinks. Fidel at the front food counter is great, very nice & great sense of humor ! Stopped here for lunch after garden of the gods and it was a great choice to stop in for lunch."
"Slammin' Chicken makes solid chicken sandies and shrimp. Of course, they have more but to me these are the standouts. The batter on the fish is a bit to heavy and retains to much oil for me and could use improvement. Fries are sub-par. Coleslaw is delicious. The Nashville chicken is my go-to, anywhere from mild to extra hot. Topped with that delicious coleslaw. Service here is typical and what you would expect. They wait on you and provide ok service. It is nothing to note. The space is mostly in cooler colors providing a cold (color), open dining area experience. During my visits the Slammin' is clean. There is plenty of parking here."
"What an amazing experience! Came here with three little kids for lunch and everything was perfect- interior was bright and clean, patio was shaded, there was even a reserved parking sign for Subarus only Staff were friendly and the menu has a variety of options to please the whole family. We enjoyed the soft Frank Sinatra music while waiting for our food, and were pleasantly surprised when kids meals were delivered first to keep everyone happy. Cheese pizza review from child: "this pizza is sooo good I could eat the whole thing!"Fries review from toddler: "that's a good fry and them is called French fries!"Hot Italian sandwich had fresh crispy romaine lettuce and tomatoes- I struggle finding vegetables that fresh even at the grocery store. Very flavorful! They brought out a complimentary Sasquatch cookie for the kids at the end, which was also amazing. Can't wait to return!"
"Great wings with great flavor! Expensive! Sides are great portion but again, expensive! Convenient location. Friendly staff! We had a 15 piece wing with a french fries (great flavor and crispyness) and an order of onion rings (bit greasy but good!) No ketchup but would have liked some. Bleu cheese was chunky and flavorful. We are from Buffalo, NY so naturally we expect good Buffalo wings and this place delivers. You will pay for it, but you will be satisfied! We will be back! Maybe not as frequently as we would like because of the cost, but highly recommend you try this place out! Flavors we tried were Spicy BBQ and Pineapple Sweet Chili. Yum!"
"So, customer service at this bar seems be iffy. I'm assuming the guy with the gator shirt is the owner since this involved me and him. I was enjoying my time here for at least 3 hours without any issues. I had a few drinks and some wings which were decent. The wait staff up until the moment the Georgia game came on was great! He started changing channels which I can understand but to have a customer who has been sitting there for over 3 hours for a game, the customer has on Georgia gear, and to change the channel and make a smart ass remark is unnecessary. Your bar, my money hope it works well if this is your customer service!"
"Food has been consistently fine, for the most part. They still keep the place bright and clean. The service, however, has been up and down, but worse on average overall.Sometimes I get service with a smile, sometimes I get attitude as if they're doing me a favor. I've come in on and off since they opened, but lately I look less forward to visiting. In the latest incident, we tried to phone in an order to maximize our schedule, but they refused to start cooking until we physically got there. Kind of ridiculous. Yes, let's punish everyone because you're worried that you'll get burned by a prankster. There are plenty of other food options around, and if this keeps up, then I'll just take my business elsewhere. Not sure where I draw the line, but it hasn't been crossed yet."
"The pizza itself was pretty good! The dough crust was excellent. It had the perfect crunch."
"Google maps sent me to the backside of the closed Elvis Cinema building, when the restaurant is easily found just inside the main entrance of the old movie theater. This is by far, my favorite restaurant find in years. I think its okay to call it what it is....a little dive spot. And I love a good dive! And I think the real Elvis would have loved this place too! Its a funky location, with no frills but the food will knock your socks off! The moment I opened the doors I was whisk back in time to my favorite Texas Bbq joint that was lost in a major fire in 1983. (Does anyone remember Penny Pinchers Bbq in North Dallas?)Stuboy's now has the distinction of making my favorite french fries of any restaurant in Colorado! I'm a french fry snob and I love these perfectly cooked fries! My Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was a flavor explosion, overflowing with spicy chicken (but not for sissies, my eyes were watering) and topped with fresh coleslaw and the perfect bun! Boom! Stuboy's got everything right! I'm planning my next visit on a Sunday so I can get a bucket of fried chicken for my family. (Fried chicken buckets are only available on Sundays). I promise you, you won't be sorry if you give this new lil' restaurant a try, its family run and total quality, through and through, I hope when they get big and famous that they hold onto this funky dive vibe. I can't wait to tell all my Texas transplant friends and family. The six to eight tables in the old theater atrium filled up fast but were the perfect place to fully enjoy the delicious food hot and fresh from the kitchen. As I write this review, its a Saturday.......only one more day until I can go grab my bucket of fried chicken!"
"After a meeting nearby, I found myself craving something new. A quick search brought me to Blazing Bird. PRO: Located across from the Ann Schutz Campus off I-225 and Colfax, Blazing Bird is in a prime location. CON: This location has notoriously terrible parking, and it can be difficult to enter and exit the parking lot. Oof. PRO: There's a variety of options that are all customizable in spice level to cater to your preference. CON: Like others have said, their hot isn't as hot as spice-lovers would like. I also noted that the hot really wasn't that hot. Perhaps the adjective "blazing" is a stretch here. Perhaps Seasoned Bird would be a more fitting name... PRO: Guy working at the register was nice enough to bring my order to my table. CON: This really didn't make up for the awkward experience ordering. I just don't think the guy at the register understood that I wanted a meal, but instead of a drink, I wanted a milkshake. That turned into a whole thing. I ended up with a vanilla milkshake that accidentally had a squirt of chocolate and a drink. Plus, bringing my order to my table held up the line of patrons waiting to order. Unfortunately this all just made it a meh experience. It was an okay experience, but I'm not rushing back to Blazing Bird anytime soon."
