"Absolutely love this Denver chain, especially if you're watching your waistline.I've been here a few times to get some deliciously roasted chicken with veggie-friendly sides. Each time I try something new, and am never disappointed. It's easy to eat in, or dine out.Also, the chicken here isn't the only thing that's smokin' hot. I've never been to a restaurant where everyone is so good looking? Plenty of eye candy to feast on, too."

"I put off trying this Australian inspired spot for months because I kept thinking "it's just rotisserie chicken"-well I'm so glad we got Chook Chicken last night because it was truly delicious! The chicken is juicy, the housemade sauces like smoky macha and piri piri are super flavorful, the sides of fluffy pacific rolls and browned butter squash, even the green goddess salad is one of the best and most unique salads I've ever had. And first time having a lamnington for dessert- if you like coconut this cake is a must!"

"The Denver Angry Chicken location is better! Way better...Started out as disappointing because no alcoholic beverages are available at this locationWe had a .confusing entrance... because it looks like you order at the counter ... the staff gestured to a cash register area .... Where eventually...they grab menus Then seat you ? The staff Also collect the check at table ... so , not sure what purpose the2 counters serve ??. Drink choices are mostly weird flavors of milk? Two menus , one with chicken& the other...Interesting "Korean "Hot dogs ? Or cheese ? Deep fried on A stick .? Like you've seen on the Food channel on TV ? Personal takeaway is I don't like or need fish flakes on a glorified corndog ? And the chicken chunks were ok but not memorable at all . The Denver location was so good that it's hard to believe this location shares anything but the name Angry Chicken."

"The chicken is still probably my favorite of the Korean fried chicken chains we have in Colorado. I really like the flavors of everything. My favorite is the cheeseling but it isn't everyone cup of tea. The honey garlic would be a safe alternative if you like a sweet chicken but want something without the cheese dust. The spicy original wings are also pretty good. It' has a nice kick of spice. The chicken just has a really nice crunch and it doesn't feel dry. The sides like fries and o ion rings are delicious. Can't go wrong with any of them.The tteokboki is really good. I've had it in the regular and rose. The kimchi fried rice is just okay and I personally would skip it. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was slow but business did pick up. There was one server in charge of all the tables so service can be kind of slow. One table did walk out after waiting for a couple of minutes so be ready for that. If you're in a rush, best to place a to-go order."

"The other day my husband said: "Do you really want Dagiya again? You've had it twice this week!" And the answer was YES! Lucky for us, we live close by so it's become a family favorite. We've tried all of the varieties of fried chicken and love the white onion fried chicken the most. It is topped with thin onion slices and the best part is the white onion dipping sauce (I wish this sauce would come with all the orders). Another favorite is the Chicken Mayo Bowl - I could eat this dish for lunch every day! The chicken is so flavorful and drizzled in mayo on a bed of rice makes it even better! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Ddukbokki in general. But I do think the Labokki that includes ramen noodles is good!The service has always been quick and friendly! If eating in the restaurant, water, paper trays and plastic silverware are available -- making it easy to grab what you need without having to ask the staff."

"Slammin' Chicken makes solid chicken sandies and shrimp. Of course, they have more but to me these are the standouts. The batter on the fish is a bit to heavy and retains to much oil for me and could use improvement. Fries are sub-par. Coleslaw is delicious. The Nashville chicken is my go-to, anywhere from mild to extra hot. Topped with that delicious coleslaw. Service here is typical and what you would expect. They wait on you and provide ok service. It is nothing to note.The space is mostly in cooler colors providing a cold (color), open dining area experience. During my visits the Slammin' is clean.There is plenty of parking here."

"Food has been consistently fine, for the most part. They still keep the place bright and clean. The service, however, has been up and down, but worse on average overall.Sometimes I get service with a smile, sometimes I get attitude as if they're doing me a favor. I've come in on and off since they opened, but lately I look less forward to visiting.In the latest incident, we tried to phone in an order to maximize our schedule, but they refused to start cooking until we physically got there. Kind of ridiculous. Yes, let's punish everyone because you're worried that you'll get burned by a prankster. There are plenty of other food options around, and if this keeps up, then I'll just take my business elsewhere. Not sure where I draw the line, but it hasn't been crossed yet."

"Loved our lunch at Chook! The chicken here is always consistently good, and I love the mashed potatoes and sauces they have. I don't think the mashed potatoes are real potatoes however, because they didn't reheat like real potato mashed potatoes should. Also the rolls were just meh, and the green goddess salad was also just ok. Most things are great here but some of the sides don't hold up. Nicest employees ever though and super clean and nice space. Will definitely be back!"

"After a meeting nearby, I found myself craving something new. A quick search brought me to Blazing Bird. PRO: Located across from the Ann Schutz Campus off I-225 and Colfax, Blazing Bird is in a prime location. CON: This location has notoriously terrible parking, and it can be difficult to enter and exit the parking lot. Oof. PRO: There's a variety of options that are all customizable in spice level to cater to your preference. CON: Like others have said, their hot isn't as hot as spice-lovers would like. I also noted that the hot really wasn't that hot. Perhaps the adjective "blazing" is a stretch here. Perhaps Seasoned Bird would be a more fitting name... PRO: Guy working at the register was nice enough to bring my order to my table. CON: This really didn't make up for the awkward experience ordering. I just don't think the guy at the register understood that I wanted a meal, but instead of a drink, I wanted a milkshake. That turned into a whole thing. I ended up with a vanilla milkshake that accidentally had a squirt of chocolate and a drink. Plus, bringing my order to my table held up the line of patrons waiting to order. Unfortunately this all just made it a meh experience. It was an okay experience, but I'm not rushing back to Blazing Bird anytime soon."

"Woah, I haven't reviewed Music City Hot Chicken? Shame on me.This easily has to be some of the best hot chicken in the city. Why? It's actually hot! I'm getting sick and tired of every restaurant in town putting a hot chicken sandwich on the menu and it possessing barely any heat. Hot chicken is hot chicken. Let's keep it that way!Best of all, Music City Hot Chicken is located inside one of my favorite places, TRVE Brewing. Hot chicken, beer and metal? Sign me up. AND CARVE SLAYER INTO YOUR FOREARMS WHILE YOU'RE AT IT.Service is quick. You order at the counter and in 10 minutes you pick up your food and enjoy. Music City's forte are their hot chicken tenders. If you can't handle the heat they have lower levels of spiciness. Also I'm pretty sure they make their own sauces, and it makes all the difference in the world.Don't sleep on this humble slice of hot chicken heaven."

The food was tasty and fresh, albeit a bit slow. A bit on the pricier side for what I normally spend on Chinese food. Also, the booths are right next to the kitchen which had a TV blaring the local news on full volume."

"Service was amazing, order was perfect and food was fantastic.1st time ever to a raising canes and I wish I could make chicken like this at home. So crispy and fresh! Didn't even waste much tummy space on the fries - coleslaw was crunchy and okay but the chicken is 10/10. The Texas toast was buttery and perfect - like a picture. The absolute best FRESH SQUEEZED lemonade. Plus they have the great ice that everyone loves. Thanks to Jason for helping my 1st experience make me a lifetime fan!"
