We got chili that had a bit of a kick, plus a half Reuben sandwich. Sister got red lentil curry soup. The restaurant also has a variety of baked goods, including some gluten free selections. There are coin lockers and a changing room for skiers arriving by car. The ski shop, Four Mountains Sports, inside this shared space will rent ski equipment and sells equipment such as helets and backpacks as well. The day we were here for lunch, a huge private party was being hosted on picnic benches out in the snow. We enjoyed the live music. Ski bum ambience with no requirement to be staggering around in ski boots.At the base of the Twin Creeks chair lift. Lots of blue runs off that lift, and you can head back to the main Snowmass Village off of that lift so it might be a nice place to ski toward the end of the day when the area will still be catching afternoon sun."

It felt nice to sit outside at a high top table since the weather was pleasant that day. The food was good, although definitely on the pricey side. I tried the monte cristo and French onion soup- yum! The only thing was that our server was a bit odd... he was listening to our conversation as he was clearing our plates and then jumped into our conversation and brought up a fairly inappropriate topic. Also, the clientele sitting inside (At least that day) were all over 60, so definitely a popular spot with the older crowd!"

Got a sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel, black drip coffee and cortado. The black drip coffee was great - had notes of chocolate in it and tasted like a hot chocolate. Cortado was pretty bold and dry. The breakfast sandwich was a good size and it came out hot. It definitely the spot on a cold day. Love that the egg was fresh in the sandwich."

The Taro slush was very flavorful and the sea salt coffee was perfect and I absolutely love the quality of the cups they put their drinks in! Their Macarons were delicious as well. We can't wait to go back and try more! Coming from the West Coast I'm so glad to see a traditional Banh mi spot close to home! Definitely recommend checking them out!"

"Writing this review brings tears to my eyes because it was such a treat dining at one of Denver's first Michelin-starred restaurants. Brutø was just as you'd expect from the reservation flow on Tock to the seating process upon arrival. My partner and I came here for our anniversary and felt incredibly special throughout the evening. I'm still drooling over the menu.Everything was exquisite, served with detail and enthusiasm. My favorite dish was probably the Lamb + Eggplant because I had no idea lamb or eggplant could taste so emotional. The bison carpaccio as part of the Canapes was also delightful. I'm sure none of this will sound familiar as Brutø rotates their menu, but all I'm saying is that it's worth saving up to visit.I didn't do their alcohol pairings and went down the street for a brief happy hour instead, since we got to Dairy Block earlier than expected. From experience, call a car if you're doing any of their pairings. I had some FOMO from our neighbors that indulged. Maybe next time! I will forever cherish the printed menu from our dinner, to keep the memories alive."

There were some challenges however, as I ordered this to go over the phone, I realized that they charged for parking around the area and I was in a rush, just needed to get in and get out but was stressing because I didn't want to get ticketed for just a quick pick up. I was so rushed that I almost forgot to pay. The price of the burrito was more than anticipated, over $16...when the menu online said it was for less.
