He's been here 9 years, in an office building adjacent to the Holiday Inn. A nice, small, no frills menu, with very friendly service! I ordered the breakfast burrito and coffee, total with tax was under $5. Plus he makes everything fresh including his green chili sauce. I layover sporadically, and found my new breakfast joint. Much cheaper with better service than the neighborhood hotels!!"

Mary S. "The lunch selections at Two Creeks Cafe are much less impressive than some other on-mountain cafeterias, but if you want convenience, this place is accessible by car. We got chili that had a bit of a kick, plus a half Reuben sandwich. Sister got red lentil curry soup. The restaurant also has a variety of baked goods, including some gluten free selections. There are coin lockers and a changing room for skiers arriving by car. The ski shop, Four Mountains Sports, inside this shared space will rent ski equipment and sells equipment such as helets and backpacks as well. The day we were here for lunch, a huge private party was being hosted on picnic benches out in the snow. We enjoyed the live music. Ski bum ambience with no requirement to be staggering around in ski boots. At the base of the Twin Creeks chair lift. Lots of blue runs off that lift, and you can head back to the main Snowmass Village off of that lift so it might be a nice place to ski toward the end of the day when the area will still be catching afternoon sun."

We love the element of surprise when we order random meals, and we've never been disappointed with the quality or taste. While I must admit the chairs are a bit on the uncomfortable side (a tad hard), the overall atmosphere more than makes up for it. The space is incredibly spacious, airy, and exudes a pleasant vibe that instantly puts you at ease. It's not just a great spot for casual lunches; it's also perfect for get-togethers, especially on First Fridays, and even for business lunches where you can impress your clients with the ambiance.Personally, one of my favorite things to do is to come here and work on my laptop while enjoying a cup of their delicious coffee. It felt nice to sit outside at a high top table since the weather was pleasant that day. The food was good, although definitely on the pricey side. I tried the monte cristo and French onion soup- yum! The only thing was that our server was a bit odd... he was listening to our conversation as he was clearing our plates and then jumped into our conversation and brought up a fairly inappropriate topic. Also, the clientele sitting inside (At least that day) were all over 60, so definitely a popular spot with the older crowd!"

Got a sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel, black drip coffee and cortado. The black drip coffee was great - had notes of chocolate in it and tasted like a hot chocolate. So, I stumbled on this spot randomly and quickly honed in on their fried rice options. Happy that they had combination fried rice, I place an order and their fried egg rolls, which were recommended. Like others have said, the rice is salty, which I realized after adding soy sauce *face palm*. But, salty or not, this rice was A1. I'm very pleased with the taste and, fingers crossed, I'm hoping that they'll be able to consistently meet this standard of (my) excellence because I would love to continue patronizing this restaurant.Haven't yet tried the egg roll but, I'm expecting it to be fantastic. Brutø was just as you'd expect from the reservation flow on Tock to the seating process upon arrival. My partner and I came here for our anniversary and felt incredibly special throughout the evening. I'm still drooling over the menu.Everything was exquisite, served with detail and enthusiasm. My favorite dish was probably the Lamb + Eggplant because I had no idea lamb or eggplant could taste so emotional. The bison carpaccio as part of the Canapes was also delightful. I'm sure none of this will sound familiar as Brutø rotates their menu, but all I'm saying is that it's worth saving up to visit.I didn't do their alcohol pairings and went down the street for a brief happy hour instead, since we got to Dairy Block earlier than expected. From experience, call a car if you're doing any of their pairings. I had some FOMO from our neighbors that indulged. Maybe next time! Bryan C. "The Exchange featured a vegan breakfast burrito that I decided to try one morning and although it was a little pricier than what was featured on their outdated menu I found online, the burrito was pretty good. It delivered on the taste, the contents which included tofu scramble, diced tomatoes and potatoes, red onion, red pepper, etc. The size of the burrito was pretty good too. There were some challenges however, as I ordered this to go over the phone, I realized that they charged for parking around the area and I was in a rush, just needed to get in and get out but was stressing because I didn't want to get ticketed for just a quick pick up. I was so rushed that I almost forgot to pay. The price of the burrito was more than anticipated, over $16...when the menu online said it was for less.
