"We ate breakfast here today. I had the Breakfast Burrito. It was incredible! I wanted to thoroughly enjoy the meal, so I cut it open and just dove in! Amazing chili, potatoes, meats, scrambled eggs, onions... just the perfect mix of ingredients! I had to leave the tortilla behind because I got comfortably full!! I felt like I had a good, solid, wholesome meal (excluding the extra carbs I would have had from the tortillas)! Fantastic breakfast anyway you "cut"it!"
"OMGosh...... another great find... thanks to YELP '!! Traveling in our RV through the Colorado Springs area, we were looking for a pub with food. Rookies Taphouse was close to where we were parking our RV. Walking in... the place had great music playing and it was quite busy. We squeezed in at the bar..... after a nice guy moved over a chair giving us two chairs. We thanked him !! Sammie was our Bartender.... Service was good. Attentive but not overbearing. She was very cool with a great attitude. We ordered our drinks and just settled in for a bit. We watched plates of food go by and thought it looked and smelled great. We decided to split the Rookies Hamburger with bourbon grilled onions with a side of sweet potatoes. Amazing flavor !!! The sweet potatoes were very crispy on the outside and somewhat firm on the inside.... Delicious!!! We feel it was within our top 5 hamburgers we've EVER had. Highly recommended."
The perfect balance between breakfast and lunch, to help soak up some of last nights regrets. Our rookie patty is layered with hash browns, crispy bacon, a fried egg, and melted cheddar cheese all smothered in our house dressing.

"Does not service food! Only a bar! Great time though had a DJ and we just hung out and had a good time and walked to the hotel! Great bar!"
"Tried this place that used to be an American Sports Bar and Grill. We were very happy with all the food in our combo plates and and prices were excellent - we paid right around $15 for two entrees! My only feedback is that it was a little strange that we were not provided with chips and salsa while we waited for our food to come out. It would have been nice given how hungry we were at the time!"
"This place is awesome, and the service is fast! I'm a fan of chips and salsa, and Los Dos Potrillos does not disappoint in terms of its chips and salsa. We probably had about eight bowls of the salsa because it was so good - and it had a kick to it. The portion sizes definitely were not small, either - I was stuffed by the end of the meal! I had the steak street tacos. The ambiance was decent, but it felt busy. We only had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. Our server was very kind and made us feel right at home. He also let us know that they have a new location that opened up in Castle Rock - and he made sure to mention that the food there is just as good!"
"Celebrated my birthday here on a Saturday night and I had a blast! My group was from out of town and had a scavenger checklist that we had fun asking strangers to help us with. Plenty of people- no tables left when we arrived around 9 but there was standing room by the dance floor which we were happy to use.The bar did now have Moscow mules which was disappointing, but they had great lemon drop shots and served strong drinks. There were 3 bars in the hall and all were somewhat busy but not overly packed each time I went. The dancing was good and the lowered dance floor had a nice vibe. There was live music which sounded very good and was easy to dance to, and they played like dances while the band took their breaks. I requested one song and they did play it for me--fake ID.Great bar- if I'm in Colorado Springs again this will be my dance hall of choice!"
"Great karaoke spot. Super fun and the sound quality was good.Wait time was not too long when we went."
"A longtime favorite. As a former bar and grill owner I tend to review food establishments differently. The menu is very large. I've been sticking to my faves the reuben, burger and clubhouse sand., w/tater tots and their house made ranch - all are excellent but my wife has tried many different things and all were very good but recently the champagne chicken was exceptional, really. The place is usually busy but be because it has a large seating capacity there's rarely a wait. It's a sports bar vibe with high table and bar seating with dining room searing as well. Noise level can range from quiet to boisterous during a game. Haven't been there to drink so I can't comment on the bar service only food and dining. Service has never been poor the wait staff, even when busy stays on top it. Don't usually give 5-stars but can't think of any justifiable reason not to within the context of my experience."
"My girlfriends and I stopped in to grab some lunch while we waited for the line to die down for the Manitou Wine Festival. We were greeted at the door by the host who was joking with another gentleman at the bar when you first walk in and said I'll be right back. He came back gave the guy a funny look and then said he would seat us. Not sure what that was all about, but just seemed a bit odd.Our server (Vinny I believe was his name) was awesome! He was quick with answers to any questions we had and suggestions. explained what came in or on the food, etc. He also kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything and was totally fine with us splitting checks for the 4 of us. We ordered some margaritas and I ended up getting the beef fried tacos. I am a taco connoisseur and deep fried are my favorite type. I saw 1 Yelp photo with them fried but nothing lists it like that anywhere on the menu. I asked our server and he made it sound like you have to request them to be fried. They looked good when arrived. The meat was lacking flavor but if you got a whole bit with the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, it all came together. I would have preferred them to be fried a little longer, but otherwise they fed me. I would probably come back if I am in the Manitou area and wanted some Mexican food."
"We always go to a different pizza restaurant in Idaho springs that's more well known. Today I wanted to try a restaurant that has coke products because the other one has Pepsi which is not my favorite. This place is great! The cheese bread was awesome and their marinara is delicious. I couldn't even eat any of my Stromboli because I was already full. I'm looking forward to eating it later. The service was also super friendly and attentive."
"Great homemade chips. Had a guacamole tostada and enchilada.Good marg, Good service - what's not to like?"
"Post Aspen Valley marathon lunch was enjoyed at Ajax! I ordered the cheeseburger and truffle fries. Delish! I had about half and later regret tossing the other half outside of the airport when my flight was later cancelled. I was wishing I had the remainder of my meal for dinner.I was seated immediately upon my arrival and service was great! Gorgeous views.I happily recommend Ajax as they came as a recommendation from a close friend of mine who knew I was going to be in town."

Was in CO Springs for an event at the Airforce Academy and checked Yelp and popped into this spot for some BFast grub. Glad I did. It is a very small spot, but you could tell locals love it and the chef is obviously talented. I got the French toast, side of bacon, and hash. The young lady with awesome pink hair told me folks like how the chef gets the hash crispy, but I couldn't go wrong with the breakfast potatoes either. They let you know(signs) food is made to order, so if you are in a rush you better order ahead! The food tasted like it was made to order and prepared with care. Anyway, great spot. A local place to get a great meal, even for an out of towner! The diner/cafe feel was wonderfully created with nostalgic flicks on the tables, signs & messages on the walls and amusing quotes in various places. I would have taken pictures, but didn't want to disturb the casual and intimate morning vibe that made the whole experience enjoyable. Took mental pictures! Rock City Cafe is doing some great things...I would love a spot like this in my hometown.

The food is good but the service not so much. Granted, we go during lunch so, it may be different at peak times. Definitely worth checking out if you have the time to spare during lunch.

This place is a gem. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and unfortunately it wasn't very busy. Initially I was concerned but that concern disappeared quickly. I was warmly welcomed and quickly dug into a sandwich off the menu. It was a delicious french dip with kettle chips. The meat was fantastic with the au jus. Their kettle chips tasted fresh too. Happy hour had $1 off everything. I will definitely come back. Even if its just to hear some classic tracks being played.

Met my large adult son here for lunch. First time at this location, but it's the one closest to him. The food was wonderful, but the experience was marred by sloppy and neglectful service, alas. Son works from home on Saturdays, and only had an hour. Server asked if we wanted drinks, we said that water was fine, and he left. He did not return. We finally asked someone to please find him. He took the lunch order, brought it to us, and vanished again. Once again, we had to ask someone to find him and bring the check. This was annoying and not up to the standard set by Los Dos on Holly. However, the food, as always, was wonderful. Son had steak fajitas, and I had the tacos adobada. So good! The decor is similar to Holly. Booths, tables, bar, but more windows. Ambience isn't as bustling as Holly. No lackadaisical servers there. The restaurant was mostly empty at 2 pm on Saturday, making the neglect rather puzzling.

My second visit as a newbie country dancer. I love it that there is a huge empty dance floor for learning! It makes me want to invite all my friends and neighbors! Thursdays girls are free and guys are $5 - what a great deal! Drinks are on the light side, great for hydration. Great variety of music and as the night wears on more experienced couples inspire. Come hang out and have fun!

Went here for my friend's birthday and had a ton of fun. They have private rooms for your group, so you won't be singing in front of strangers. They also have a full bar and some snacks to munch on. The people who worked there were very kind and helpful!

Our usje spot for Friday is getting popular in the early evenings. The staff is fantastic and treat us just like family. The hostess knows our fave table, the waitresses already have our drinks on order. Our go-to is the fried chicken dinner and it does not disappoint. It is a dinner large enough to split (I take half home to my doggie who approves of all their meals). Today we did substitute the mixed veggies for grilled corn on the cob and this was definitely a better option. Fridays are loud with the music, kids running amuck and the telly going....so be ready for all that.

"J-Bar is what happens when storied history meets an Auburge Hotel. Somehow this place is a cross between Hunter S Thompson (who hung out here in the 70s, when he lived out at Woody Creek) and the Montage, and it works. The refurbished bar here looks right out of a movie set, moody, old fashioned, richly appointed and atmospheric.Pricey bar food and beverage options here: good sticky ribs, excellent cocktails and some say the best burger in Aspen. All of the food here is delicious but more expensive than it probably should be. The period details in the J-bar and Hotel Jerome are not to be missed. You may rub shoulders with a billionaire tech CEO (we saw a recognizable one), alongside the other denizens of Aspen, including a customer who brought two painfully skinny dogs, possibly whippets (with their ribs literally sticking out) into the bar totally oblivious to the stares and withering looks of other patrons. Another day in Aspen! The bar and hotel must have radically changed since the days of Hunter S Thompson, but it's now a tony & fascinating stop on a night out in Aspen."
"Pleasant and personable staff, great selection of gifts, delicious food, relaxed and quiet environment. Just love this spot day or night!!!"
"This is my 2nd time eating here and they never and I mean never disappoint. The pizza is always so freaking delicious and the staff is always so friendly. I got two pizzas and a drink for under 15 bucks o believe. The pizzas I got was an everything pizza and the other one I honestly can't remember it has white sauce with chicken and I think bacon and that by far was my favorite. Next time I will get two slices."
"Such a great lunch today. We got the pretzels with cheese and they were incredible. The cheese was perfect and we loved the onions in the cheese. The poutine was incredible. We really enjoyed the braised short ribs in it. I will definitely order it again. The burgers were great and had tons of flavor. My favorite was the sourdough hot hatch chilis. I will definitely be back. 5/5 recommend"
"Been searching for a decent no frills breakfast spot since breakfast king closed and I finally found my happy place! Great service, great food and welcoming clean diner/greek influence restaurant! So yummy!"
"I discovered Illegal Pete's in a roundabout way. I was at an event with a taco bar and it was really good. I asked who catered it and was Illegal Pete's!I had to check out the restaurant. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was still good. It's very similar to Chipotle in how you go to the counter and go through the process of having your burrito, taco, or bowl put together with your choice of ingredients as your go down the line. All the staff is super nice and they make you feel like a welcome and valued customer. The biggest difference from Chipotle is that they have a full bar. There's plenty of seating...mostly long tables with chairs on both sides. My friend had a fish taco and said it was one of the best he's ever had!! It was a generous piece of fish, he said. I had a burrito. The food is good quality. It was about $25 for two burritos. If I went back, I'd get a bowl instead of a burrito. The tortilla gets soggy pretty fast."
"We were told this was a locals bar in the basement of the St. Nicholas. Small, cozy and a nice change from the louder bars on the casino strip, the Boiler Room is everything a bar should be. Great bartender and if you're feeling hungry they offer Tombstone pizza as a snack."
"If you're looking for a cool place to grab a drink, I would definitely recommend this bar. The prices are not expensive. The ambience is absolutely kick ass and the service is top notch in this downstairs speakeasy style bar. It is next to the fondue place that is upstairs , you'll see the signs pointing how to get to the bar , it's not rocket science . There's a few chairs, a bar of course , and some hightop tables, the server was great! I think she had hurt her ankle or something but she was a trooper and busted her butt serving everybody and handing out smiles along with the drinks. It's a very laid-back place. You don't have to get dressed up or anything. I'll be back for sure. No snobbery or pretentiousness in this place and that's what makes me glad I grabbed a drink here. Everything was aces !"
"! , . . If you're looking for real authentic Greek this is the place! Run by a Greek family, you can't get any better than this! Don't forget to order baklava and say Yasou!"
"Geez, after reading the recent reviews on this restaurant, I was hesitant to go. But I'm so glad we did. I can see why it's the best happy jour in town. What a steal. But we weren't there for happy hour. We opted to come later to enjoy the outdoor seating. Our service was fantastic and Tom took care of us. There was a choice of mocktails which I appreciate. Everything we ate was delicious. We opted for the crudo (so spicy and delicious), the Korean fried chicken (just do it), the burger (fantastic flavors) and a special pasta. For dessert it was the cookies (yes, yes yes!) and the Elvis (a little spicy dessert). We enjoyed our meal and unanimously agreed this was a five star experience. We are glad we didn't listen to the other reviews!!PS-to be fair, working a huge table is never fun and never turns out well. So I take these large table complaints with a groan of salt."
"I've long heard about this place and finally made it in. It's very good for what it is: local dive bar with Pittsburgh roots.Good prices on macros, a few decent crowd pleasing craft choices, tasty pub grub. (Just be warned that the Yuengling signs on the wall are just PA flair, they don't actually carry it.) The owner is super friendly. Great place to watch a game with tvs everywhere, and regular live music."
"Loved loved loved this place!!! The folk mountain music band straight up played TLCs Waterfalls! Rap and all. It was fantastic. And they have amazing hard seltzers n tap made nearby. It was a great night with fun company."
"What an interesting place... they literally have a little bit of everything, for everyone. Grab a beer and burger, they have you covered. Mixed drinks and dancing, they have you covered. Want to throw a birthday party for your friend, they have you covered. I was pleasantly surprised and the diversity of the bar from millennials to biker to a couple of shady guys running the pool table in the back corner. hahaha...Wheelz is one of the best dive bars I've found here lately.Pro Tip: Bring your own PPE."
"Went on Mexi Mother's Day and obviously it was packed. Had a group of 20. Drinks took a little bit and she could have taken our food order as we waited for them but . Once the food was ordered and it arrived it was amazing! Nothing we ordered tasted bland. It was all so full of flavor. Total was about $900 and most had alcoholic drinks. The menu is on a QR codes and it took forever to bring up"
"Holy wow. I am obsessed with the selection of sausages at this place. From traditional ones like cheese brats to more unique meats like rattlesnake and boar, this is the place to go in Frisco if you're feeling like something totally different. The German potato salad and marinated cucumbers are traditional dishes and they do not disappoint. I added both as my sides (they are on the smaller side, so expect that!). The boar and cranberry sausage along with the cheese brat were perfect compliments. One more fatty and savory (brat) and the other more sweet and subtle (boar). The hoagie roll is superior to the ciabatta in my opinion because it's toasted and more dense so the mustard doesn't make it soggy. Speaking of mustard, they have at least 5 different types of mustards at your arms reach along with a condiment bar including onion, sauerkraut, cheese and peppers to dress up your sausages. Highly recommend the Dunkel beer as well. They had other drinks like hot toddy, mulled wine, etc if you're not a beer drinker. The service was amazing, I took a little longer to look over the menu at the table and they came to my table instead of having me go order at the register which I thought was very kind. I did see dogs (very well behaved) just right inside but not many at the tables because they were packed. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will be returning over and over again!"
"While wandering the snowy streets (and fancy hotels) of Aspen one Saturday morning, we came across this gem located inside the Hyatt and made a pledge to return during operating hours. So glad we did. On our last night in town, we had reservations at a restaurant down the street and came here for a pre-meal beverage. Upon entering the Hyatt, a see-through fireplace to the left serves as your initial glimpse into the tasting room. Coming from the traditional mountain chic of the hotel, the Marble Bar's decor is strikingly different, with its HGTV clean lines / grey / white modern aesthetic. Yet it still manages to be wonderfully cozy with multiple small group sitting areas, complete with fur throws and the aforementioned wood burning fireplaces, as well as bar seating if that's more your thing. There is also an outdoor fire pit that looked tempting, but it was snowing pretty heavily, and we said another time. The place was quiet with only 2 other patrons when we first arrived, but after about 30 mins it was quite lively. The mixologist (not to sound pretentious, but 'bartender' just doesn't do her justice) was amazing. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, but if I say Boston then it should be obvious who I'm referring to. She was a great conversationalist, excellent cocktail fabricator, and really helped get our evening off to a perfect start. We would have stayed longer if it weren't for those reservations. As for the most important piece, the beverages! We had 4 different whiskey based cocktails amongst the group, and all were absolutely fantastic - there was a lot of sharing. I had The Paragon and enjoyed it so much went home with a small bottle of the Moonlight EXpresso (not a typo) Reserve to try to recreate the magic. I was told it was one of the first liqueurs created by the owner, and the website has a recipe for cheesecake, which I certainly will be trying. The actual distillery is located in Carbondale (a road trip is clearly in order), but this tasting room outpost located in the Hyatt in downtown Aspen is very highly recommended."
"Honestly 10/10. Super fun ambiance-- I'd recommend reservations because it was very busy but we just walked in and sat at the bar. The chicken piccata CHANGED MY LIFE. Unbelievable. Great service, great good, good vibes. Nothing like a hot meal after a long ski day."
"Best falafel I have had in the city so far. I loved the outdoor seating and walkability to other places."
"Well the Viewhouse staff changed our mind ! After our first mediocre experience things improved so much . I'd say we are officially Happy Hour regulars. The friendly staff certainly remembers our faces and always had a friendly greeting. We have met quite a few interesting folks chatting over drinks Both tourists and locals have informed us of cool Colorado "Adventure opportunities" The happy hour menu features some amazing value pricing for excellent food . We especially enjoyed the pork nachos and the Pepperoni pizza. The house drink Viewhouse Lemonade and of course that amazing view of the Front Range had us returning again and again this summer"
"Didn't know this place existed and I wish I knew about it sooner. Had breakfast with my kiddo ordered the hue is rancheros and house skilllet. Both were excellent. The food was fresh and came out quickly and piping hot. Huge portions and great value. Our waitress was awesome. The only way I can describe this place is- an updated Le peep with Mexican options (smothered burritos green chili etc). Breakfast for two plus tip and drinks was well under 40."
"I like this place. It's friendly, unassuming, and a great place to meet friends for a beer and/or dinner. Our waitress was friendly and happy to split the bill four ways for us.I had a steak fajita burrito, and the steak was better than I expected: it was lean, well-seasoned, and tender."
"Oh noooo, the poor bartender. When I walked into Sputnik and sat down at the bar, I got excited about the selection of whiskey. Unfortunately it came out as asking the bartender for a scotch that would burn my organs. I forget that I should be a little more mindful about my dark humor. I settled for a Laphroaig since tequila was more up his alley and he had no recommendations. My best friend joined me, and we enjoyed dinner before heading to a different bar. I got the incredible Cubano Bowl ($12.50) which had braised jackfruit, rice, black beans, plantains, and chimichurri. SOOOO good. I could have gotten mojo pork, but jackfruit seemed more unique. Decent quantity of food for the price, and the flavors were phenomenal. We left because the music was too loud. Overall quirky little spot with an odd selection of food. Love that they're open for both lunch and dinner, then late into the night for drinks. I could be open to coming here again. Nothing else on the menu really appeals to me, but this is the perfect spot for vegans. They have happy hour specials and some tasty-looking cocktails!"
