Our favorites are the pepper chicken, any of the sushi rolls, they always deliver- last time the unagi was warm, so just something to be aware of, that was a little different. The john holly chicken is good for the kids, basil chicken for something spicy, drunken noodles and pad Thai. The service is fast, the food is always piping hot and the serving sizes are big, we always order extra so we have leftovers. Do the same for yourself, and you'll thank me !"

We got the lemongrass penne, brussel sprouts, rigatoni and it was allllll delicious! The fresh baked bread was so perfect and the wine selection is amazing. Definitely don't want to miss out on this place. They currently merged with Cody's next door. So the food was from Both menus. Incredible! Chef Sue is killing it! Tammy N. "So I was in the neighborhood and wanted Chinese food and I had never eaten here before. I decided to check it out. Located in an unassuming strip mall area, the restaurant is fairly small but decorated nicely and appeared clean. I entered and a woman said "Sit wherever you want." So I found a seat and proceeded to wait. The restaurant wasn't busy. There were only 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant. I waited quite some time and finally flagged down a server. She was an older lady, who literally was glaring at me as she approached me! I politely asked if I could get some service and she stomped off without saying a word. I was starting to get up to leave when a younger woman came to take my order. I was hesitant to stay, but thought " what the hell" and placed my order. It took quite awhile for my food to come out and lo and behold, it was "Bad Grandma" delivering it to my table. She literally slammed the plate down in front of me and walked away. No offer of a refill on my drink, nothing. The food did taste very good, but rarely have I ever experienced such hostile service. Therefore for me, this is a one and done. I won't return."

But now that Whole Foods closes at 9pm, my options are even more limited, if I don't want to cook & want to eat dinner btw 9-10pm.Enter the relentless GrubHub delivery / rating search, which I sometimes corroborate with Yelp. I'd seen Spicy Basil a few times before, but hadn't tried it yet. WOW! Was I impressed tonight!!!! My food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Royal Chicken and the Tropical Fried Rice, and both were/are phenomenal. I intentionally ordered enough to have leftovers for at least two more meals, and am so happy I did. The food was fresh-tasting, with all the right flavors. It was finally trustworthy, reliable Chinese food.As of now, this is my new go-to! :-)"

The General Tsao's is really tasty as well (wish it had a little more of a kick to it though), and the wontons are pretty good too. Rika M. "This is a plant-based vegan/vegetarian casual eatery that serves Asian fusion food. Until my new friend suggested this to be our little lunch get-together place the past Wednesday, I had no clue about its existence (or I had heard about it but the knowledge somehow fell into oblivion.) Therefore, I owe my friend huge thanks.I couldn't wait to dine here. I browsed the menu a few times online beforehand so that I wouldn't be so indecisive when I got here on the day of. Japanese Katsu Rice Bowl caught my attention but I thought I'd try to be spontaneous was my intention.I jinxed it. I got me the Katus Bowl when I got here. I mean at least that would be a great starter item to pick for my very first visit. My friend said what she likes about this place is that they serve food in a to-go container even if it's a dine-in. That way, people would not feel so obligated to finish all of their food; they can always take the rest home with them to avoid food waste. I kind of agree with this concept because both my friend and I could not finish our food as the portions here are pretty generous.I truly enjoyed my Katus Rice Bowl. At the first impression, the entire food looked salty (I simply dislike salty food.) I was wrong (and glad to be wrong!!.) Although there was a generous amount of tonkatsu sauce over the katsu part, it wasn't salty at all. And the veggies that were underneath the katsu were cooked to the perfect texture. In other words, they weren't soggy or too raw. This restaurant is surrounded by hospitals and medical offices. It must be very popular amongst those workers from those places. Although on a Wednesday that seemed typical, we were one of the few people who dined here during the peak noon lunch time. The lady at the ordering counter said that this place opened during the peak of the pandemic. I truly hope that they are getting enough foot traffic. For a restaurant that focuses on plant-based only food, they should get more accolades from people who prefer this type of diet. With that said, they have my utmost support for sure!! I'll definitely be back soon. I will try one of the noodle bowls at my next visit."

The egg rolls are big a crunchy, the noodles are a little smoky, and all their dishes have the best sauces. I used to come here a few years ago and the portions were really small and the price was really big. I think they have fixed that problem because we had plenty of food and two more meals to take home. The service is great, same owner as always and she is very pleasant. I didn't like the comfort of their booths, the back of the booth hits your back at a weird place and I was sitting straight up. Tables were great! I'll be getting the orange beef every visit! So good, sweet and a little spicy with a nice crunch."

We were probably greeted and then seated. The lunch menu is relatively large and has lots of great choices. It was difficult to decide what we wanted to eat. I finally decided to try the Moo Shu pork. It turned out to be a very generous and tasty portion. It included six pancakes and the hoisin sauce. My crispy egg rolls were great and served with sweet-and-sour sauce.Everyone else at the table enjoyed their selections. My mom enjoyed the chicken Satay with peanut sauce. The men's bathroom is clean and operating properly. the interior of the restaurant is nice and soft contemporary. But, this year, after spending the last 7 weeks somewhat housebound due to knee replacement surgery, I said we are going. I checked a few menus for some favorite restaurants. The choice was ChoLong Modern Asian in Central Park. Obviously, a lot of others thought the same thing. Every day and time that I tried in the Open Table reservation site was filled. Finally we got one for tonight..The selections for Small Plates were quite varied. Pot Sticker, egg rolls, soup dumplings-both the French Onion variety and the General Tao, Kaya Toast, and many more. You could choose four items. For Main course, again the selection was vast. We ordered the pork vindaloo, and for an up charge, the Mailaysian Noodles. Both dishes we as good as we have ever had them.A most unique dessert item are the donut rounds, sugar coated and served with a scoop of mocha ice cream. A perfect sweet bite to finish off this wonderful meal was enjoyed. As we finished and were chatting with our server, I asked when the patio was going to open. To my total shock and surprise, she told us that ChoLon CP as were know it, is closing after tonight. There will be remodeling and another Yum Cha will be there instead. We have eaten at the downtown Yum Cha several times and the food is excellent. The biggest difference, I guess, I the overall atmosphere. Instead of an upscale restaurant, Yum Cha is more like "drop in for a small bite and a drink." (Or so I understand it.)There will be new ChoLon at Sloan's Lake in west Denver. It will be in the building Boat House. So, there you have it. We were so glad that we were able to drive just 15 minutes from our Aurora home and get to Central Park area. We certainly will give a try to the new Yum Cha in two months. By then, the patio will be open and we can still enjoy both varieties of soup dumplings. As always, tonight's service was outstanding. The hustle and bustle of a busy time was still and enjoyable occasion."

I was hesitant to order the takoyaki but I am glad I did. It was made fast and fresh with ample octopus inside. The Chicken Kara Age was very mild in flavor not as crispy as other locations but still well made the accompanying sauce complimented the chicken very well. The gyoza was also good quality I wish the bottom was just a touch crispier. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was well flavored and very rich, the egg appeared poached unlike traditional Ajitsuke Tamago. The duck ramen my husband ordered was well seasoned his only complaint was there weren't enough noodles. The noise level was very quiet I don't know if that was because we dined it 2 hours prior to closing. Staff was kind stand offish so they need a bit of work welcoming customers."

Melissa H. "Driving into the Springs recently, I looked over while at a stoplight on Interquest and saw the sign for Bonchon, snapped a pic, and told my spouse we needed to check this place out. I've spent some time in Korea and fell in love with its style of chicken. So last night, both of us too tired to cook, we decided to order in. My spouse looked over the menu and placed an order for 24 "strips" of chicken, half soy garlic, half spicy, plus edamame, onion rings, and coleslaw. I wondered for a millisecond if it was really all that wise ordering delivery from a restaurant more than ten miles away from us and thought they might not even allow it because we could very well be outside the delivery radius. But alas, the order on Door Dash went through. Sadly, when it finally arrived, everything in the plastic bag was wet like it had been opened and walked through a downpour. I tried to find the source, but all I found was a LOT of condensation everywhere and the large paper chicken box was crushed into a heap because the moisture would not let it hold its shape. I quickly transferred the edamame to a glass bowl and sprinkled them with flaky salt because they were under seasoned.I then got out a large glass platter and placed the onion rings on it atop paper towels to soak up all the grease. Then I transferred the chicken, which would be better described as cutlets instead of strips, to the plate. Only the coleslaw arrived unharmed because it was in a plastic container, however, it is not the "dry" and crunchy kind but a very watery, sopping slaw drowning in white liquid. We enjoyed the chicken, which is pretty sweet and has good flavor. The edamame was good, and the onion rings are the thick, sweet white onions dipped in tempura batter. My only recommendation is that the restaurant either choose not to deliver more than five-ish miles away OR invest in better-quality packaging (preferably not plastic, but perhaps heavier compostable containers) so that the food isn't so compromised in transit."

When I arrived at Zao I was unsure what I saw at work but described it in 10 words-- it was green, had steak, and other yummy ingredients inside! The register person said, "Oh, you want the bahn mi wrap!" Let's do this! They let me choose ingredients so it was loaded with steak, rice, carrots, cucumbers, jalapeños, and sauces. I left a two in the tip jar and the cashier mentioned he collected coins and bills! When I said that I did too and that I like the older eagle quarters he gave me an older 92 quarter!I found a seat with a simply spectacular view! I felt like an emperor on a hill. I took a bite and started to smile. Then took a second and third bite, and by the fourth it was Zaoabunga!! The combination of flavors and ingredients in this wrap definitely pop! When business slowed on the line the staff hustled and kept the seating area spotless. The kitchen was also spotless, which is difficult to do on a busy line. I had the "chicken" and mixed vegetables and it was fantastic. The "chicken" tasted a bit like seitan but had a unique flavor of its own. At $10.95 I'd say it's a little pricey when compared to most Chinese takeout places but it's worth it for the uniqueness and they still have me about 2 meals worth of food. The restaurant was pretty standard for Chinese takeout but it did look very clean and well maintained. I didn't have to wait at all for my food to come out when I arrived at the counter either. I really appreciate that they give it to you in a cardboard box instead of a plastic bag. Much more sustainable and easier to carry.
