Absolutely horrible service with zero professionalism. We purchased a desk for our company, we were promised delivery the following week. Not only did we not receive the item the following week, we were re-booked an additional week without our knowledge, we were patient, and waited the additional week. Again, we call to be proactive and to ensure we will receive our item on time, only to find out from the owner, that we would have to wait a 3rd week! We asked for a refund which was swiftly denied, and only if they could take 30% off the total cost for re-stocking. Needless to say, this is not acceptable, and now we have taken them to civil court to recover our fees. Unbelievable.

RIPOFF ALERT! They charged us 75$ for a "rush fee" to have $500.00 of furniture here in 3 days, and delivered it 10 days later!!! Not only that, but we were charged a hefty one hour furniture-assembly fee and it took them nineteen minutes to assemble. I tried and tried to reason with Mollie and Michael Ward to negotiate a partial refund, but they just don't care. Mollie initially promised I would receive a refund, but then Michael Ward reneged on that and now refuses to respond.

After reading some reviews we were hesitant to even look at Business Furniture Systems. But we couldn't find what we needed anywhere local so ended up taking a chance. It was a great choice. Michael was very knowledgable and his service was great. They delivered and installed as promised and at a price much lower than their competitors. They have a large inventory of new and used office furniture and we were able to find everything we needed at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

MOST UNPORFESSIONAL INSTITUTION I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. My boss has been buying furniture from them for years and is a very loyal customer. After we PAID for items to be fixed and installed, and they have been ignoring and avoiding me for 2 months. They still have yet to fix my office equipment. There have been 2 appointments that were no-call no-show by the OWNER. The second appointment was made because nobody showed up for the original appointment, and by the time I called and got in touch with someone, they said the rest of their day was full and they'd come the following week. The following week was another no-call no-show, and when I called the office to see what was going on I was told we were never even put on the schedule and they're too busy to send someone out. There is now NO appointment scheduled or end in sight as to when my desk will be fixed. Most emails and voice mails go unanswered too, and it's very hard to get in touch with someone that can actually help or answer your questions. We are now in the process of trying to get in touch with the owner so we can get a refund on what we paid for over 2 months ago and have yet to receive.I would stay far away from this company to avoid an inevitably painful experience.
