Burgers Plus

I usually order a kid meal for my daughter. And it was great, she loves it. But this time the burger of kid meal only come with half of the patty. Which looks really strange. And she keep saying there is no meat. Hopefully they will change it back to round patty!!

Not a burglars plus they stole the name! Expensive. Reheated frozen food. But the reason not to go there is the rude managers, and very slow servers. Walk to McDolands or go to one many other great burger places.

These are truly "the best burgers in town"! On the extra plus side they also got really good veggie burgers here. Located in the food court of the Castle Rock Outlets mall. Been going here from time to time since 2009, so it's been around for a good while too.

I stopped by for lunch at Burgers Plus intrigued by their banner claiming "Our customers say we're the best burger joint in town!" I ordered a cheeseburger and onion ring combo.. I watched the cook pull out a stack of frozen patties and throw them on the grill. (Not exactly what i expected for a $6 burger.) When inquired as to which beverage i wanted, i looked around and saw only fountain soda, coffee, and bottled drinks on the list. I hoped for something relatively fresh but settled for a root beer. As the woman assisting me filled my cup, I noticed an unmarked dispenser behind the grill. When i questioned it, the woman informed me it was unsweetened iced tea, my favorite! I quickly asked her for the tea instead, at which point she shot me a supremely foul stare before switching my drink. The meal was finished pretty quickly. As i pulled out my wallet to pay, i realized that the total was over $11! This better be the best damn burger in town for that price. As a sank my teeth into my meal, i quickly wished i had gone somewhere else. As I looked at the cheeseburger, the dry, gray, overcooked meat stared back at me, a pathetic excuse for a meal. i took an onion ring next only to find the whole lot of them to be over-battered and overcooked. That hard flavorless ring couldn't possibly be an onion ring! I inspected it to make sure there was even an onion inside. I pulled out a spindly little morsel of onion out of the worst prefab onion rings ever! Honestly I should've saved myself the immense disappointment of this entire experience by eating anywhere better, even a McDonalds would have qualified. I would never recommend this sad excuse for a burger joint to anyone who's looking for a decent meal and customer service.

If you want to pay $7 for a burger that tastes like it was frozen for 10 years before being served to you, than this is your place. So disappointing. I couldn't even finish it . The meat was a weird texture and tasted gross .

Overall, I would not recommend to eat at Burgers Plus. I went down to the Castle Rock Outlets mall to do some shopping, and I thought I could give Burgers Plus a try. The burgers were prepared very fast. The bad part was that the meat was burnt, the sauce tasted strange, and the fries were gross.

i tried so many hamburgers fast food , sit downs , but like this little place havent found ,really good tasty hamburgers and its cook to order! love it ,fries always hot , eats right off the grill THE OLD FASHION WAY ,,, always eat there every time i stop to the Outlets.
