Buffalo Peaks Lodge

Had a lovely stay, and the host - Paz - was so welcoming. We had a group of 10 people, and she made sure everyone was comfortable, well fed, and well taken care of. The property itself is beautiful and has amazing woodwork by her husband, adding to the great experience for our group.

Excellent and comfortable home away from home in Buena Vista. Pas and Mark, the proprietors, are lovely and welcoming. Room are clean and comfortable and every one unique. Some have balconies, at least one has a loft. I loved the mountain decor and furniture. And the yard abuts a farm with horses! Looking at them right now as M plays the guitar and I fiddle around updating reviews. Breakfast is served at 8:00 and it is healthy and delicious and filling. There are a couple small fridges with access to beverages and to save personal snacks. Especially loved that we were just 10 minutes from the Mt. Princeton trailhead and just down the road from Cottonwood Hot Springs, which were recommended by Mark over the far more glamorous and commercial Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Hopefully we will be back next year for another mountain hike and a mountain stream plunge.

My husband and I had a great "Date Night." Thanks Paz for going above and beyond! We WILL be back!

This was my first stay at a bed and breakfast, so my review may not have as much weight as some, but my wife and I had a great time. The hostess, Paz, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even honored. And the house is really nice.

This happened to be our last minute rescue, which was fortunate. We literally booked 2 hours before and were lucky we got it. The family made our stay very pleasant with delicious breakfast every morning. They are very welcoming and nice people. We told them about the birthday we went there to celebrate and they did their best to make it memorable. We had the Mountain view from our balcony as well. Loved the "Praline Bread Budding"..delicious! They provided us with Parking spot as well and had proper Masks and hands sanitizers protocol in place. The golf course is right next to the B&B as well.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Mt. Harvard room and it was fantastic! There is a great balcony with Mountain views that we spent some time on. The breakfast each morning was hearty and delicious and it was fun to get to know the other guests. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating! Our only complaint as no mini fridge in the room but they did have two mini fridges on the main level for guests to use. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful B & B. Very clean, great hosts, first class breakfast. Reasonable rates, safe neighborhood, (some of the deer look a little shifty, tho), You can't go wrong staying here.

This is your home away from home. Beautifully renovated property that invites you after a long day's ride. Mark and Paz took excellent care of us and accommodated our requests. Fabulous breakfast and coffee awaited us in the morning!If you're passing through Buena Vista, plan to stay at Buffalo Peaks B&B. You'll be glad you did.

The lodge was beautiful, the views were gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious & the host was friendly. I can't wait to book another stay!!

I loved how cozy and homey it felt. The owner was great, breakfast was great. The grounds were well kept and super cute.
