I don't even know where to begin! Things have been so difficult with Covid these past few months and you would never know it with this company. Planning a wedding started out stressful but with the help of Sondra, and the Buffalo Gals team, things began to come together so smoothly. They have been so flexible and understanding of all of the chaos and always make every situation easier to tackle for their clients! They have so much knowledge on the town, venues and OF COURSE, food! Sondra was always so quick to answer emails, offer the best suggestions and help ease our minds with the wedding.They offer a wide range of food options and you can't go wrong with any of them! We were blown away at our tasting! This isn't your typical steak and chicken kind of caterer, they have EVERYTHING! I highly recommend The Picnic Basket and Buffalo Gals for any wedding, party or cookout you might be having!A huge thank you to Sondra and Buffalo Gals for everything they have done for us! You went above and beyond!

Buffalo Gals catered our rehearsal 'picnic' and they were the perfect fit! Kathy and Michelle are such kind souls, and were wonderful to work with. They grilled out at the park where we hosted our party, and everything was delicious. We had a couple of dietary restrictions in our group, and they made sure to include them with no problem. Their staff members were so accommodating as well, and had everything set up on time. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing great food and service for their next event!

Short, rude, curt and unnecessary attitude. Very condescending asking me in a back handed style "do you have access to internet". Would not be patient in answering basic questions around their catering requirement minimums. I would not give my business to this company. Funny, I was calling just for my daughters graduation party which was small event but I'm in the process of planning a large corporate event for an upcoming offsite. Hopefully they will consider training those who answer the phone to have better customer service.

We are so happy we chose Buffalo Gals Catering for our wedding! I feel terrible, but I didn't even see them set up or tear down, they were that good at their job. Everyone raved about all the dishes - especially the mac and cheese. Thank you!

You know you chose the right caterer when everyone at the wedding reception raves about how delicious the food is. The staff at Buffalo Gals is top notch... from the owner, to the administrative staff, to the servers... their priority is always to ensure your complete satisfaction. We had a complimentary taste testing a few months before the wedding and were impressed by their professionalism and joie-de-vivre. These folks LOVE what they do! We made some adjustments to the menu to better suit our theme and never once did the owner make us feel bad about wanting to make a change.At the reception, the serving staff were courteous and prompt in bringing food to the tables. They attended to every guests' needs and unobtrusively removed finished plates.We had scrumptious appetizers (sausage stuffed mushrooms, butternut squash soup shooters, bacon-wrapped almond-stuffed dates, hot artichoke-spinach dip) and a soul-satisfying dinner (caesar salad, grilled seasonal veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled tri-tip sirloin, mango salsa grilled chicken). Dinner was served family-style: platters of food were brought to the tables so guests could serve up what they wanted. It's a perfect blend of a buffet & a plated dinner, at just the right price.You've got to hire these folks for your next catering event... you won't regret it!

Closed Closed Closed - now catering only! Drove 20 miles to try BBQ based on Yelp ratings.

Stopped in because we were driving by and there was a guy outside bbq'ing meat in their parking lot - well, that and we were hungry. Catering bbq is their thing but they have a small room for eat in and take out. Sat in their catering business room - 3 tables and a deli counter, One other couple sampling the wares for a party. Then they brought out samples of their desserts - pictures to follow. Fine looking fare.I got the tri-tips, hub got the linguica - my bad. Could've wrestled him to the ground for that sausage - better than most. My sandwich was on Blue Point Bakery bread and it was delish. I see a bad Yelp on Blue Point but that's never been my experience with their food.Great idea for a catered party for sure but I think they could have a full time eat-in biz.

I am so excited to leave this review on this business as we could not have been happier with them. We came to Colorado Springs to have a small, intimate wedding and chose this business based on their reviews I saw on The Knot. Well let me tell you that their reviews did not do them justice. They have a really nice menu with so many options for your event. From the very beginning their customer service was spot on. I talked with Sondra on the phone and she was very helpful. My daughter and her fiance wanted tacos and I thought there is no way to make this upscale but let me tell you the food was amazing. We chose to have a service person there and she was AMAZING. After we finished having dinner, she cleaned the entire kitchen spotless and packed up all the left over food. She even cleared all the tables and put the rented plates, glasses, and cutlery back in the containers they came in. We really enjoyed her as she was delightful. I probably won't be back to Colorado Springs but if you are having an event anywhere near these folks, do yourself a favor and have them cater your event.

Buffalo Gals is AMAZING. They catered our wedding and we could not have been happier. From the communication, tasting, and day of service - they came through in every aspect. They stayed professional through everything on our night. Sondra was a joy to work with in preparation and Carol was INCREDIBLE the night of. All of our guests raved about the food all night and the crew even packed us up a little midnight snack for the night of the wedding. What an amazing company! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire catering for an event!
