Buckshot Bar & Grill

Waited over 20 min at a dirty table (seat yourself)I live less than 2 blocks away and will not visit here again.

This was our first time at Buckshot and it was pretty good! Overall the ambiance is what you'd expect for a local bar and grill, although the lighting was a bit dim in the middle of the day. It was also pretty busy when we went on a Sunday afternoon which is good! Our group had the Western burgers which were huge! The portions were big and the fries were good. We also had the fried mushrooms which were perfect, I'm a sucker for homemade ranch. I had the Patty Melt which was also a big portion and tasted great, just needed some mustard and salt. There was a slight delay in getting our food, but the waitress was very friendly and nice about it.Overall this is a good local bar to check out for a burger and fries, a drink, or to catch the fights. Will come back.

Nice bar n grill in Pueblo Co. Not fancy and not a dive. Food was very good and bartender was on point. It's one of those places ya just feel comfortable at! Definitely worth the Uber drive to get there

It's a quiet restaurant with excellent food and service. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich.

The sign on the door did not dissuade us from eating here. Though short staffed, we felt welcomed and our food was served in a reasonable amount of time. One family was finishing up their meal when we sat down. The woman who took care of us was friendly and efficient. Niece and husband ordered burgers and fries. Though they wanted them cooked medium and juicy, they were served well done. Both said that the burgers tasted good. But they did not finish them. They said they were full. The family that left before us also left half of their burgers on their plates. The fries - regular and sweet potato - got a thumbs up from both of them. I had the ham and cheese on wheat bread. It was huge! It was also greasier than I wanted. Still, I ate it. I was hungry. The coleslaw was tasty, too. My plate was empty at the end of our meal. As we paid, two more groups came in. Gentleman at the bar was there when we came in, and he was there when we left. He seemed to be enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and 6 flat screen TVs.

Got to west Pueblo late and needed some food nearby. Should've taken better notice of the review. The reason for 2 stars is it looks like a great watering hole and perfect for some cold drinks. We got takeout of the Sampler appetizers, Chicken salad and the French Dip. The only thing good was the French Dip. The rest of the food was soggy or just weak. Service was nice, but only go here for a cold drink and eat elsewhere. Way overpriced and not good (except the French Dip that got the extra star).

Great apps and great drinks. Went for a UFC fight night and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were great. Go there for fight night if you're in Pueblo west. Best place to watch it.

We ordered chicken tender baskets with fries, one lemonade, one iced tea for a total of $45 and the chicken was overcooked burned in some areas and the fries soggy.

Food is always excellent. Service is great. They've always got good music playing. I recommend it to everyone.

Three stars don't do this place service. One of the best happy hours in town with $3.50 tall beers and excellent food. It has become one of our favorite watering holes!
