I was really excited to have Bruno's Party Time Rentals set up a 15x15 tent for my fish fry. Everything went as planned and the set up was great. Upon coming back to take down the tent, I noticed one of their workers was using the bathroom in the back of their truck. This worker urinated in a bottle on the back of the truck, then jumped down off the back of the truck and emptied the bottle at the front of my driveway. I was shocked to see this, and it was very much a turn off. I then proceeded to approach the driver who was the main guy in charge. I talked to him about it, and let him know that I was very upset, and that was totally unprofessional. He said he would talk to the guy as I didn't want to speak to him to avoid confrontation. I immediately called Bruno's Party Time Rentals office, and informed the manager. The manager apologized for this contracter guy that they hired, but didn't really offer anything for this carelessness. Needless to say I will not be using them in the future.

Bruno's absolutely knocked it out of the park for our event! We rented two large tents - 20x40 and 10x20 and they did a PHENOMENAL JOB!! Quick ordering process, always answered the phone when I called, delivery was perfect and that's nearly impossible to do on a military installation, and the gentlemen who came to set up and tear down the tent did an amazing, quick job. They were kind and very clear with instructions and explanations. The tents were the icing on the cake for our event and I can't even imagine not having used Bruno's! It was my first time and I will recommend them to anyone!!

We rented table linens for our daughters wedding. We also rented coolers. We dealt with Cody and everything was perfect. The linens were impeccable. Cody made suggestions as to what to do to make it look pretty. Our guests thought the color selection was fabulous as it matched the wedding colors. We were given bags for return linens and that was a breeze too. The staff there helped us unload everything and we were helped promptly. Pricing seemed very fair. Thank you for helping us to be a success. I would highly suggest use of this business.

I prepaid for rental for my 60th birthday and I then tested positive before the event and had to cancel. They will not refund my money and will not respond. Don't use them they are not reputable.

I just wanted to share my experience while working with Bruno's Party Time Rental. All of the equipment rented from Bruno's was well within my expectations. And I was very satisfied with their equipment. The quality of service and personal attention given to myself and others while planning our event were top notch. All of the personnel at Bruno's were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend Bruno's Party Time Rental to anyone on the fence to use them. I honestly do not believe most of the other reviews I read about them. Definitely a FIVE STAR company.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the tent that was supplied to us for the Pikes Peak art festival! The inside cover was splattered with what the Vendor coordinator called red lipstick!!!! I demand that Bruno's send someone out here to clean it!!! We are in booth 17

Rate at a zero for many reasons. Used for my outdoor wedding reception and the list of personal complaints about Bruno's big time party rental in CO Springs are:-2hours late for set up-Stains on table cloths-Chairs dirty and NEEDED to be hosed down at the least-No help with set up with tables when asked, only had one family member to set up 12 tables by herself-Men setting up tent were Belligerent, cursing, and talking about personal lives in front of an 11yr old female child and mother setting up decor.-Not professional in any manner Will NOT be using in the future nor recommending to anyone due to experience

My wife and I rented chairs from Bruno's for our wedding. It was never brought to our attention that payment was due at the time of delivery. That being said, we would have gladly been there with a check if we had known. However, we were not at the venue at the time of delivery seeing as it was the morning of our wedding day. Five months after the wedding we get our first phone call from Bruno's saying that we owe $700 for our wedding chairs. Not the day of the wedding when the payment is supposedly due, not the day after the wedding, not the week or the month after the wedding...but 5 whole months after the wedding. We aren't the type of people to skimp out on a payment, we honestly just forgot. That being said, it is ridiculous that they wait five months to pick up the phone and call. But it doesn't stop there..we called Bruno's back after receiving a very rude voice mail demanding payment. Our call was forwarded to the Manager Cory's voice mail where we left him a very simple message explaining that we were sorry and ready to make the payment in full if he could just call us back. We waited a week without receiving a phone call so we called Bruno's again and was once again transferred to the manager's line, where we once again got his voice mail and left another message. A month later we get a call from a COLLECTION AGENCY about our missing payment for chairs. My wife called Bruno's immediately and managed to get on the phone with their manager Corey. After explaining the situation to him and demanding an explanation he acknowledged that he received our voice mails but didn't bother to call us back because he had been sending the bill through the mail to an old address of ours. He admitted to receiving our voice mails about wanting to make our payment yet he ignored them completely and send the bill to a collection agency a month later. Furthermore, he was unbelievably rude to my wife over the phone. Repeatedly telling her "It's not my problem" and "I don't care." I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person in my entire life. If I still lived in Colorado Springs I would visit every single wedding venue in the Springs and warn them not to steer future couples in the direction of Bruno's. This place is a total joke and is our single regret from our wedding day.
