I don't play much but I bring my wife because she loves to play. I typically will play at the bar a little and have a few drinks. Christie poured me a couple of generous Jameson shots while I played and waited for the wife to play. We also brought my in-laws so they were playing too. My father in law came to the bar with me and played also. We had great conversation with several of the bar tenders about Cripple Creek. The drinks were free since I was playing but I was careful to only have a couple and switch to coffee; I do have drive down the hill! We were there for 4-5 hours so I was good. I also had a hot dog which was huge and I wanted something in my stomach before I drove to Colorado Springs for dinner. Unfortunately, nobody in our group won tonight but we did enjoy are stay here.

This casino is not anything out of the ordinary (wasn't expecting anything extreme of course w/it being a mountain town casino) however, the waiters at the bar were pretty rude to us the entire time. Spent about 3 hours here from about 5-8pm betting and playing various games and they do drinks on the house every 30 minutes, extremely rude however when trying to get another drink, was like pulling teeth as they would always claim "it hasn't been a full 30 mins yet, so no drink" even though we came to the bar twice within a 3 hour period.... Very annoying. Snarky attitudes here & the only plus with regards to the customer service were the individuals who greet you at the door, as they were friendly. Of course casinos aren't meant to be super friendly as you're there to bet & win big; however, want to be gambling at a location that has good customer service too. We did manage to win a couple hundred bucks playing on their roulette machine though so that made up for the snarky attitudes here. Won't be coming back to the area for this place though. The other casinos right across the street had a lot of options as well & had customer service at the bars, better vibes outside of Bronco Billy's here in Cripple Creek.

They had a lot of slot machines and it had a similar environment to the other Cripple Creek casinos, I think even a few of the same game machines. It did feel they were a bit cleaner than some of their competitors and I saw a broader variety of age groups inside. They had a cafe, but we didn't get to eat there.

Not functioning for the level of business expected for the ice festival. We were a party of 7, told 30-40 minutes, asked if we would split, said yes. After watching NINE tables get sat around us and waiting over an hour, I asked after our table. I was told two tables next to each other haven't gotten up at *the same time* yet. A large table in the back had just received their food and we could have their table when they finished eating...Literally... no one was planning for the seven top. At least 4 sets of suitable tables had gotten up within a minute or two of each other, but they'd just continued to seat around us. Went down the road and had a seat, a meal, and drinks in less time than it took me to realize that no one in the place gave a (you know) about us. I just wish they'd told us they couldn't accommodate us from the beginning.

Don't pay attention to the neighsayers- typical gambling addicts. It's a wonderful place! Super friendly staff, comp drinks, family-like atmosphere and the best payouts in town! Wildwood can't hold a flame to this place

Sarah who was dealing 3-card poker and Lexi at blackjack table were absolutely rude. The job of customer service is to make patrons feel welcome and ensure they enjoy their time (especially on New Year's Eve). Those two have a lot to learn about customer service. The other dealers were awesome and the wait staff was great! Coaching goes a long way. Your attitude matters! I took my money from the table and left.

Yeee-Haw! I am from Texas and I have never felt more like a cowboy than when I was in this little mining frontier. This little town, located in the boonies of the mountains of Colorado, is like something out of a western movie. There are old looking houses, dusty trails, and alcohol-indulgent saloons. The outlaws and robbers?? The come in the form of bright-lit casinos :). These aren't the huge corporate money-eaters that you see in Vegas and on TV. In fact, the maximum bet for table games was $5. This is Colorado state law. In July, the maximum is being raised to $100 for you rich folks.Bronco Billy's has Black Jack, 3 card poker, Texas Hold 'em, and slots. Bronco Billy's, like most casinos, has way too many slot machines. I don't understand why there are so many. I only see around 10% of those machines in use. They had a few crap tables with monopoly money to teach the patrons the game (when it goes live in July). The workers at Bronco Billy's were top notch. They were patient with my n00b at gambling friends and would joke around with us. Drinks kept coming and fun times were had.The restaurant in Bronco Billy's wasn't that great. Like most casino eateries, they are way overpriced. They ran out of some of the menu options and the food was easily forgotten. However, the service was great.

Probably the number one place in CC. Just not the excitement to gamble like it was several years ago. Staff always outgoing and friendly. We're not big players, our money seams to go pretty fast so fun doesn't last long. Free drinks, Pepsi products, popcorn and dry cookies. We never go when crowded and near-by parking is never a problem. Do not like a lot of the newer type machines. MVP Lobby has a million dollars under glass to see and take photo with.
