Queen B was incredible here! She made our experience so fun and went above and beyond to find everything I was looking for! They are flexible on prices and have a great price range for people looking for something affordable! I did not end up finding my wedding dress here, but the customer service was so great and the stylists are all so nice! One start knocked off only because our appointment was set for 12 and when we arrived it was closed with no lights on and no one inside. Another couple was waiting outside the door as well for their appointment. We waited around for 20 minutes and were about to leave, but finally someone came and opened up the shop. I would also say the shop needs a little updating.

Before we came in, I had stated my budget. They never once told me that they didn't have any bridal dresses around my budget. I would have even done a down payment if we had found some over my budget.They showed my daughter several prom dresses. It wasn't the bridal experience I pictured for my daughter.We went to a store after this and my daughter was given the experience we were looking for. They showed her at least 10 bridal dresses.

Found my dream dress here! I made a last minute appointment at Bridal Elegance after I spent the day at a different bridal shop and left feeling defeated. Bridal Elegance got me in right away and Alyssa truly listened to what I wanted. They have a great selection and the prices are transparent. I was told by the other store that I couldn't order a new dress because my wedding was in 5 months. Bridal Elegance got me my brand new dress in 2 months!! Highly recommend. Amazing service :)

Bridal Elegance has an AMAZING selection of dresses! Be sure to ask for Alyssa, she was my favorite stylist of the three places I tried on wedding gowns and trust me when I say she KNOWS their catalog! She found me 2 INCREDIBLE gowns that were hard to let loose! Unfortunately, I did buy *the* dress elsewhere, but I will definitely refer Bridal Elegance and Alyssa to all of my friends and family! Amazing selection, affordable prices, and wonderful staff. We all had a great time and Alyssa was not pushy at all, we even had a good time having me try on a fun little pant suit! Thank you for the great experience Alyssa!!!

I have been to every other bridal salon in the area and Bridal Elegance was the first and last: we found my dream wedding gown from the first visit but felt like I should give other stores another chance just in case. Had I known that the other salons would give me the run around I would have gone with Bridal Elegance right from that very first day and saved myself a lot of trouble! Bianca is a GODSEND, she listened to me and gave me her full attention while she helped me choose a dress and made suggestions. Even after coming in months from my first fitting she was encouraging and *sincere* as you could tell she was interested in helping me with my genuine interests at heart. I just put the deposit on my gown today and I will definitely return with my bridesmaids soon and my Fiance will be coming in with the guys to get their suits! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

I had an issue with a wedding dress I purchased elsewhere. I called and from the getgo, Andrea was amazing!! She made it her mission to get my dress back to amazing condition and truly went above and beyond. She was so good about checking in and keeping me updated on the process. I picked up my dress today and it is perfect! I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back for our vow renewals and HIGHLY recommend working with Andrea and Bridal Elegance!! I am so grateful for their help. They truly know how to help and make the customer happy. Thanks, Andrea and Bridal Elegance! You all are amazing.

Very disappointed in this place. I made an appointment specifically because the designer I fell in love with listed them as a place that sells their dresses. When they called to confirm and ask details about the style I liked, I SPECIFICALLY told them I liked the Morilee collection. Great. Everything was confirmed and I went in with my mom, sister and future MIL to try on dresses. I got there and it was kinda a disaster on the inside, they huddled you into a corner of the store to fill out a survey and wait to be called forward. When I started talking to my consultant and told her the dresses I was interested, she told me 'we no longer carry that designer, so you can buy off the rack but no special orders or sizes.' so...why am I just now hearing this? Oh well...make the best of it. They don't let you look through the gowns and turn the ones you wanna try, they insist on picking out the gowns for you. The lighting was awful, just fluorescent shop lights. You sit in a crowded area with other brides and their families, I couldn't hear anything and my mom couldn't either. Of all the dresses I tried there was one that I actually liked, and wouldn't you know it was the designer that I freaking came to see! But it was white, and they couldn't get ivory, and it was LITERALLY the one everyone had been trying on for the past, God only knows how long, and they STILL wanted me to pay $1500 for it before taxes! Are you kidding me?!?All in all this was a horrible experience. I did find my dress that day though, not here, but at another boutique across town. I love it and couldn't be happier with my decision!

I was oddly surprised by how big of a selection this store had. This store doesn't look like much from the outside what with the busted sign and the odd location but my sister and I decided to take a look on a whim after the girls at Davids Bridal snubbed us at the door. We called while driving towards the shop and they graciously fit us right away. We walked in and the receptionist was on the phone for awhile so we made ourselves at home and browsed the prom gowns for fun while waiting for someone to come out. Out walks Tabitha with a big warm smile and after a short consult, we were down to business. I thought it was so nice of her to try to keep me way under my budget by showing me bridesmaid dresses that could be ordered in ivory for my destination wedding, but ultimately I didn't like any of the structured simpler dresses we looked over. She then brought me to the left side of the store with the larger selection of more traditional gowns and we picked out three different gowns for mix it up.I thought I wanted one thing but after seeing myself in an actual wedding gown, I knew the dress we put on was the right now. I won't go into detail as to what I ultimately bought because I don't want to give any hints to anyone who'll be attending. My heart was kind of broken when Tabitha came back to tell me there was a chance she couldn't get my dress in ivory but she kept my number and did follow up with good news. I was in and out in an hour and a half, ultimately got the dress I wanted, and had a very competent bridal consultant who was so skilled and knew exactly what she was doing. She answered all my questions, showed the different options and gave me the rundown on alterations and timing etc. I was so grateful she kept me so under budget. I only spent 33% of my total bridal budget and got a Maggie Sottero which still blows me away.

Ok. Let me start by saying that Chelsea was WONDERFUL! She was there to greet me on my first time in, and didn't mind that I had my newborn to care for, change, and feed. She NEVER made me feel out of place. She was off the day of my actual appointment but came in just for me. It made me feel great! In the end I ended up finding a dress at another shop, which I only felt bad about because his great Chelsea was. Because of her I do plan on getting all my girls dresses there and all of my accessories. I'll also tell everyone that I know who's getting married to consider this shop, and ask for her! Thank you for making me feel like a true bride.

I absolutely love this place! I came in to look for a wedding dress with a low budget and a few specific things I wanted. The service is incredible, all the ladies are so sweet, and I felt like I basically got to design my own dress. I wore a completely perfect custom dress at my wedding for less than $400. I highly recommend Bridal Elegance!
