Our family absolutely loves this place! The location is excellent for us, right on the North end of Main Street. It is a tradition that on our first night in Breck after we unload the car that we head down to Breck Tap House. We all love the tacos. They have so many versions and several of them are quite unique. They are good enough that we sometimes come back a second time during a weeklong trip to have them again. But what really makes this place is the staff. That are universally amazing! Murph, Dani, Chelsea, Taylor, and Tim make the place feel like a second home. I'm going back in another month and can't wait to stop in!

Are you looking for a fun dining experience while visiting Breckenridge? Then look no further than the Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant. If you are asking the question, "What makes it so fun?" The simple answer is everything. When we first arrived, we were welcomed better than our own family welcomes us at times. There is a bar you can sit at, or you can sit at tables or booths. We opted for a table that had a fun little wobble to it. They attempted to fix the wobble, but we loved the wobble as it added a bit of character. There is a happy hour menu that has some of the favorite dishes at a discounted price and a regular menu with every item (we ordered from both). From the happy hour menu, we started off with the Obi-Wan and Banana Rum cocktails made from tasty hard liquors, which are all brewed in the house (yes, there is a sci-fi theme throughout). We then ordered the tots, pork skins, salad, the smash burger, and the sticky ribs. All the dishes were prepared to perfection. From the regular menu, we ordered the New York strip. Here is another fun tip, there are several sauces available to choose from. We had a hard time deciding which sauce to order. That is when we were informed of a sauce tray that contained them all... PERFECT!!!When the sauce tray was served, each sauce came in its own 3oz gravy boat. The New York Strip was cooked to a perfect medium rare (just like we ordered) and sliced in perfect sized strips to select a piece of the steak to put on your plate to douse it in the perfection of the sauce of your choice. However, I ate most of my share without the sauce as it was perfectly seasoned without the sauce. To each their own. The enjoyment does not stop there. There are also several spacious areas available for rent for big group social gatherings of 20 or more guests, and there is a gift shop as you walk in and exit the store which sells the house spirits and other novelties. Therefore, if you are looking for a fun filled dining experience while visiting Breckenridge, the Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

Our party of four was hungry after our scenic drive from Denver to Breckenridge. We came upon the Breckenridge Tap House which had a nice outside deck and a good lunch menu and decided to give it a try.Our order was taken quickly, water arrived at our table on this very sunny day, and after about 15 minutes our burgers and fries ($17.50) arrived. They were nicely prepared to order and delicious. The brioche bun was soft and properly sized. The fries were hot and reasonably crispy. I'd be happy to eat a burger like this anytime. However (don't you hate however's), they don't have sliced cheese of any type. What? No Swiss? No Cheddar? No Munster? No sliced cheese? Cheese depravation aside, it was a very tasty lunch, and I'd be happy to return.

Oh my gosh the food is amazing. I had the pulled pork sandwich and holy wow it was amazing! With the beer battered onion rings and the pork and bbq sauce, it's the best pulled pork sandwich I've had at any restaurant! And I'm from Texas! Hubby had the taco flight. Said it was good but didn't really recommend the buffalo because it was over the top on gamey flavor. The fries were amazing too. Beer selection is insane and if you don't know what you want get a tasting beer flights! Sat at the bar and service is amazing and fun like bartenders are supposed to be!!! Go here. It's fun.

Great little place, not super packed and loud. Tim was super cool, gave us suggestions for stuff to do in town and also suggested the wings, which were amazing. He also makes a great Manhattan. Will definitely return!

Came here for dinner with a big group and was able to sit out on the patio on a bench. Servers were all friendly and no wait around 7pm on a weekend. We did a few flights and loved the beer options that they had. My favorites were the Peanut butter one as well as the strawberry cheesecake one. I ordered the mix and match tacos. Carne asada, blackened fish and beer battered fish. Was not a fan of either fish options, they both just tasted dry with no flavor whatsoever. Carne was the best of the 3 but still not great to be honest. I opted for the corn tortillas vs the flour and they were half the size of the flour ones, just a heads up. The side of refried beans were great, great consistency and flavor, corn was good too. Overall a good experience here, I would come back for the beers and atmosphere but would for sure try something else off the menu other than tacos. My buddy ordered fish and chips and loved it, next time I will probably go for that!

Nice spot off of Main St. There's a bunch of places lined up in this general area where you can stop and grab food and drinks. Came here just to tie myself over and had a good experience. Just ordered the taco salad and a bloody mary. Both were great and got me through the afternoon. Service was friendly. Lots of TV's inside.

I was recently in Breckenridge and this was our first stop when we arrived. The ambiance of the place was amazing. I loved the decor. It was busy since it was in the middle of the food and wine festival. However, the staff was amazing. I have some unique food allergies and they took the time to check the kitchen and sure enough I was able to eat some items off tje menu. My friend and I split the nachos and they were amazing! I highly recommend that you check this place out!

When we walked in we asked the first waitress we saw if we needed to seat ourselves or if we needed to be seated as we didn't see a host stand. The waitress's response was incredibly rude and didn't answer our question . My buddy thought maybe something was lost in communication, he asked her again. Her reply was again very rude and told us to figure it out ourselves...needless to say we walked out after that comment. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but that not how you treat customers.
