Ended up here for my boot size. This location look like it was next to the slopes. It was connected next to a restaurants with lockers. Their customer service was quick and efficient. The person who helped me where international so they didn't have a lot of experience. They ended up putting my bindings on goofy when I ride regular. My friends noticed and helped me fix it. Luckily there are shops everywhere so I could pop in on the near the slopes and they can adjust the bindings if needed.One thing is when I explain where my foot hurt while riding, they weren't helping as to why and how to adjust it. You kind have to do your own research and tell them how you want it adjusted.

Gary is the man! Helped me with everything I needed to know for renting snowboard. If you are new and need guidance, ask for Gary!

Reserved and paid a few weeks out. Arrived to pick up my gear, and rather than the 10.5 shoe I had reserved, the dude tried pawning off a 10 or 11, as he had no 10.5. I made a comment about how it's silly that I was able to pay for a size he didn't have, he then offered to go get the 10.5 from a closer location, as the 10 was too small. Out of petty revenge that I'm sure he's posting to the subreddit, he arranged my bindings in the goofy set up, after I gave verbal confirmation that I stand regular and it's also indicated on the paperwork. Being only a 5 time snowboarder, I didn't notice at first, and spent the majority of my first day riding with the wrong orientation until I got it fixed by the great group over at the Village location, but it wasted about an hour and a half of slope time.

Staff was awesome and super helpful. Got me in and out checking out gear. My first day I ended up injuring my tailbone. I had paid for two days of rental but because I injured my back I was not able to go snowboarding the second day. I was able to return my board and boots and get a refund for the second day I couldn't go up. Staff rocks! Thank you for being so nice and understanding!

This restaurant is extremely overpriced. The food is not worth the amount they are charging for. I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and wanted to see if it was possible to change it to a buffalo sandwich. I went thorough 5 employees before finding someone who could understand what I was asking. 5 employees could not figure out what I was saying because they could not speak English.

Service was outstanding! Very helpful. Customer service staff was very friendly, efficient, & knowledgable. I rented from Christy Sports originally because they were cheaper, but I ended up with wet boots, missed 2 hrs of skiing, & missed my ski lesson as I had to get all new equipment. Christy Sports kept giving me wet boots when I asked for an exchange... Breck Sports came to the rescue!! Madison turned my day around and took care of me. Highly recommend this shop!

I was enjoying myself until this overpowering dance club music made it so I couldn't speak to the person next to me. This is a cafeteria with a small bar. It's ok to have music, but turn it down!

What every you do, do not rent equipment from this establishment. I rented skies that were in such bad shape, they stuck getting off the lift and I broke my shoulder in 3 places. This place will hide behind their waiver that you sign, I understand if I was skiing, not getting off of a lift.If you rent a car and all 4 tires fly off, it should not be your fault.If you have children, run, rent anywhere but here...
