Be aware of doing business with these people, they just charged me $188.5 for a rental that I cancel within the time frame and they refuse to refund our money, instead of charging us the deposits $38 they charged us with some bullshit explanation that they loaded their truck- so I guess loading a tent costs $150! I drove all the way from Pueblo to this place. I googled their hours before making the trip and was aware that they closed at 5. I got there about 415pm and proceeded to go to the front door and it was locked. There was a female employee who made eye contact with us and acted like she didn't see us at door and she never came to door. I called and called and no answer. I also left a msg. I will most definitely take my business elsewhere considering they didn't want to serve us.

Brady's Rent All made event planning for my mother's memorial a much less stressful process. They had the high quality metal framed padded chairs I needed (who wants to sit on flimsy plastic chairs for an extended time?) at a price that beat what the other guys were charging for the flimsy fold ups. They also have a great coupon on their website.Their staff was friendly and prompt and had me loaded and unloaded in a snap. They delivered exactly what I expected and needed and what more can you ask?

I regret doing business with Bradys Rent All for our daughter's wedding this weekend. We paid $594.00 to rent 22 tables with linens and 110 chairs. Two of our guest were pinched by the cracks in the tables. The chairs were horrible. Many guests complained they were difficult to get out of. I was truly embarrassed. When I spoke to them today, they thought a grand service had been done because the aired up a tire for our delivery person. Justin stated he could have just let him drive off and let them have a flat. Awful, Awful.

I attended a wedding where tables and chairs were rented from here. The tables had chunks out of them and large cracks. Guests were pinched by the cracks. The chairs were uncomfortable and some were lopsided. I would never use this company.

I have tried several times to call and email this company. They did deliver on time, but I had to get the details from a mutual friend. We had a wonderful evening. They left me an invoice which indicated that I was due a refund. I tried calling and emailing to figure out how to get my refund.I also posted pics of the invoice they left me on my WEDDING DAY!Now that I told them that I was going to make a review I was emailed this:Hello Brook,ÂWe have received your emails. I really don't appreciate the way you feel that it is okay to talk to people the way you do. You say things are unprofessional from us but look at the way you act. All I asked for was a response. Had a rental for our wedding ceremony. The delivery was great and everything went great at our ceremony. However the customer service was spotty. I had to talk to a mutual friend of the owner to get any correspondence, such as current invoices, (I did make changes, I will not argue with that), when was my delivery going to be? What time? I paid upfront, in advance, the ENTIRE BALANCE! I hated putting our friend in the middle, but I needed to know what was going on. Then they dropped everything off and left me an invoice showing that I had overpaid and was getting a refund. I tried calling, I've tried emailing...no response. I did get to talk to a lady that said it was my problem I wasn't getting any refund. Cant talk to anyone else. They won't return my emails or my calls. I have since told them to keep the refund they must need it that bad, but I would make sure to tell others to think twice about using this rental company.

We rented the outdoor movie package (125.00) for my daughters birthday party. We could not get the DVD player that was provided to turn on. My husband is an IT security analyst and is no dummy...and there was no other options to try a different device because we didn't have the right hookups. Because we rented it on a Saturday, there was no option to troubleshoot technical problems because they were closed. When I brought it back today, and explained we were not able to use it, the girl plugged it in. It wouldn't turn on for her at first either. She did some things inside the box (who knows) and it started to work. I am not sure what we were doing wrong..but the fact remains that my daughters birthday was a disappointment, and when I asked her if they could discount it at the very least, she called her boss, who said no. There was nothing they would do, because it works for them. Customer service is horrible. The equipment was faulty, and they are rude. I will never rent from them again. If you're looking for good service check out Bruno's. They are way better.

I rented a slurpy machine for a Fourth of July party. Unfortunately it didn't work. It was a hot day and when the sun went down as the party was over it finally began to chill. They never told me...oh by the way the machine only works when its cool. Who needs a slurpy machine when it's cool? They refused to offer any refund even though their machine didn't work.
