I drove by saw street sign houseplants 25 percent off. So I came in got two houseplants. After rang it up told that guy it is on sale street sign 25 percent off. He said oh that is last Saturday expired. Told me I should came on Saturday. Told him I am not from here. I am from Pueblo West. Should offer me 25 percent off and take that sign down the first place. It was fraud advertising!!!! Big disappointment! How will those employees feel if they drove saw that sale sign and don't get offer that? They will be turn off and feel not right. Fraud. Mislead drivers on road. Very sad!!!!

I've made shopping at Brady's my "go to" as I often drive between Salida and Castle Rock. Incredibly reasonable pricing and knowledgeable staff. Usually I have to wait my turn to ask questions and get detailed support. In other words, practice patience. Just looking at all the beautiful varieties of plant specimens is a treat. We actually went into Brady's for fountain supplies. They didn't quite have what we needed, but we found them very helpful. We shopped a bit since we were there and they had a nice selection of plants inside and outside (it goes way back from what you can see from the street). Nice statuary sprinkled throughout for sale too. Conveniently located off 9th. I will be back if I need more plants (or help, because I have a black thumb)!

Employee very helpful, loved my dog-even brought water for him! All the plants I bought died though, I will try to return them but I doubt they will. I specifically asked for plants with high sun tolerance and I watered them everyday...no luck. The "Proven Winners" were the first to die. I am shaking my head because I had such high hopes for them.

I bought $100 worth of indoor plants from Bradys. They were beautiful. Got home and they lasted 2 weeks. Everyone of them died! Bought lowes plants the same day and they are thriving.

We are new to Canon City and have been to this place twice. Our first visit was to look at plants to landscape our new yard. Two women were at the counter when we walked in, they looked at us but did not speak/greet or ask if we needed help- they didn't even smile. RUDE! Needless to say we took our business to Pueblo West and purchased our plants and rocks.2 months later we went to buy a hot tub and Brady's is the only dealer in Canon City. We went there with every intention to purchase a hot tub from them. A young kid helped us, he was somewhat helpful but couldn't answer all of our questions. We were torn between 2 tubs and needed to do some measurements. I took a brochure so that we had the specific measurements on each tub. We told the kid we would be back after we measured and started to walk out to the car, the kid caught up with us and said "hey, when you are done with that brochure can you bring that back to the store? We don't have many left and those cost us money." REALLY!? so unprofessional. In addition Brady's charges "500$for a hot-tub install."Brady's lost a hot tub sale that day and any sale to me EVER. We purchased from Colorado Springs Hot Tub and John was so patient, helpful, great and installation is free with the purchase of a tub!

Went there today to support local business. Brady would not approve. I arrived at 1 pm and they were busy for a Thursday. I asked for help and a man who was supervisor/manager met me. I asked for help because I was new to this gardening in town and when I asked a second question for help he said "I had 3 employees call out today and we are super busy so if you can come back tomorrow a lady who works here can answer your particular question." By the time I got back into my car is when I realized. . . .this employee told me outright he didn't have time to help a customer who pays his salary AND represents this company. Come back tomorrow?! Um . . .no I couldn't do that because of work obligations and this was a planned visit. Taking my business to another local place in town.

We bought our hot tub at Brady's about 10 years ago. We'd shopped around quite a bit and found that Brady's gave us outstanding quality and a great price. But just as important has been the continued great service and support Brady's has provided. Whether it was minor things like replacing a jet or two over time or when it finally was time to replace the cover (after 10 yrs with the Colorado sun), Brady's has been able to supply parts, advice and support. With such a large purchase and investment, we're so glad we went with Brady's and I'd sure recommend them to anyone looking for the same thing.
