Borriello Brothers Pizza

My family was here on a Monday night around 7:30 pm and it wasn't busy. We ordered two different calzones and the antipasto salad. The canzone that had sausage and pepperoni was filled with an abundance of cheese. If you love mostly cheese in your calzone, then you'd enjoy it, but it was too much for us. The antipasto salad was good; it comes with four garlic knots (which wasn't included in the photo from scarfing it down). The garlic knots that came with the salad were pretty good. The service is where the two stars come from. The guy who takes the order and handles the cash was not friendly by any means. Also, after handling our cash and coins, he went straight to making our food without washing his hands. So, we were pretty grossed out about that. Also, the establishment itself did not look like it had been cleaned all day, let alone in the last week. The floors were sticky, and the tables hadn't looked wiped down all day. Take from this review what you will, but I will definitely not be back based on the cleanliness and service. But, the food was okay.

Needs a good clean. Service is okay. The pizza was okay. Not real NY pizza. The chicken parmigiana tasted like Schwanns breaded chicken. Bland and tasteless. Tomato sauce was bland and not good. Not worth a stop.

I liked the reasonably priced pizza by the slice with the fresh and nicely sized side salad, but the service was dreadfully slow.Only one slice was available on an early Thu evening, but my group needed two slices. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait - okay. Unfortunately, our order was not ready until 30 minutes later.The 9" x 9" NY style pepperoni slice was tasty without being too greasy and the side salad was pretty good.Also, the dining room could have been cleaner and the service could have been friendlier.Overall, OK.

Disgusting and soaking wet "calzone"! The wings were terrible as well. No flavor or sauce. Tasted old. Range dressing was warm from planing place inside the container with calzone. Threw it all out! I wasted $31! So mad! I don't recommend. Second attempt at this restaurant. Live closely, so tried again. Both times were bad! No opinion on service.

Ordered a hand tossed pepperoni pizza and 18 count wings. Got home and it was a thin crust pizza with only cheese. Called them and gave them our order name, and he read the correct order back to us and insisted we were lying in what we got. He said we would have to bring the pizza in TONIGHT when it's almost 8pm. We asked if we could swing by tomorrow and he got heated and said no because we were lying. We offered to take a picture and send it and his only response was to raise his voice, be disrespectful, and tell us we have to tonight then proceeded to yell "how do you not understand what I'm saying". Do not recommend as customer service is terrible, especially when it's their screw up.

Genuine New York style pizza. Although they won't put oregano on, it depends on the one who's cooking it sounds like they're not allowed to do it, so I'm did it. The price has gone up substantially in the last five years. You should be able to buy two for 20 but now they're about $19 each but you can ask for a special which I believe is about $17 each so it comes out to a total of $34 and change this is for the plain cheese pizza

I'm from NJ and heard this is the closest you can get to NY style pizza in Colorado. I got 2 slices and soda deal (signage says M-F only, but they still offered it to me). The crust was thin with a good crisp to fold the slices in half with a slight oil drip. It may sound silly but it's typical to then dip your slice in the dripped oil. Overall, yummy quick lunch.

If you are in Colorado Springs and you absolutely love original New York Style pizza look no further!!!!! This place is completely authentic and OUTSTANDING! The crust is thin with a slight crunch followed by a soft bit. The perfect blend of sauce, cheese and toppings. I had a 15 year hiatus away from Borriello Brothers and just had some today while passing through. It has not changed and was still perfection in a pie. Great good, great customer service and a clean pizza joint. If you pass on this place it is your loss

Stopped in to order food. Asked about a special online and was told that it only applied to online ordering. Sat down inside and tried to order and could not get the special to work. Asked the employee at the front for help and he basically said he didn't know how the website worked. The other employee did not help and both said they were unable to manually punch in the deal. Ended up walking out as the customer service was awful.

I wascdriving down union and pulled over for a pizza slice and this place blew me away lived in NY CA vegas and this pizza reminded me of NT
