Bob's Discount Mattresses

My husband and I just moved to Colorado Springs. I had been to about 4 mattress stores and we decided to go into Bobs. I can't say enough great things about them!! John wasn't pushy on the sale he listened to what we liked and offered help when needed. We love that the mattress we bought is all made in America. Great people and a great place. Our mattress, box spring, delivery, and taxes totaled out to the price of just the mattress at other places. John also managed to get us next day delivery because we have been sleeping on our couch. Fantastic! 10/10 would recommend over anywhere else. Thank again to John!

We purchased a xl twin adjustable mattress 4 weeks ago and when we finally received it the size was not an xl - very disappointed! Now they have to replace it and take another few weeks before we can receive the mattress we actually purchased. Such a pain and terrible customer service!

This company is amazing!! Their customer service is unmatched. Elizabeth helped me pick out a mattress, walking me through each one and the pros and cons. Didn't try to pressure me into buying a bed or buying the most expensive one. Delivery was perfect as well! They arrived earlier than expected, carried it all the way in and dropped it off. Thank you Bob's!

The service was less than a 1 star. I was told I'd be called before delivery...didn't happen. I was told they'd take my old mattress. When they got here they accused me of having bed bugs and refused to take my mattress. The delivery guys kept saying it's common in this neighborhood to have bed bugs. I've been here with the same mattress for 9 years and have NEVER had bed bugs! Won't ever recommend this company nor will I ever use you again. Very disappointing experience.

I just bought a Serta from the 8th street store where I was greeted by a fine, young man by the name of "Cambridge". He was very helpful to me and extremely patient and kind. I felt very welcome in the store. He is just starting out on his own, so the purchase felt good to me. I have looked around at a lot of shops both on line and in town. But seriously, his composure and nature and knowledge made the sale. I have to say that after not being called back by stores like Denver Mattress here in town--and after reading reviews on line about them, I was turned off. I went on line--looking at environmentally safe mattresses (which is really a fallacy--there is no such thing) and if they are--they are out of the ball park in terms of being able to afford that type of thing...well Cambridge sold me an environmentally friendly Sealy that is soooo comfy. Bob's gives their rock bottom deals and throws in extras at a HUGE discount--like pillows and sheets. It's a family run business and because it's local--the consumer knows EXACTLY what he/she is getting. This is not the case on line. Cambridge was excellent and was not high pressure at all. He encouraged me to take my time, look around and evaluate. I was so tired of going elsewhere and being pressured. This was a very fun experience and so pleasant. Bob's is the best ! Thank you !
