Blue River Sports Ski & Snowboard Rental

Wanted to thank the guys and ladies at brs....we rented clothes and equipment on 5/11/19. Quality apparel ! Skiing equipment was great.... BUT the time and concern that went into our boots and ski's told that this store really cares about your comfort and most importantlyYour safety ! After Recieving awesome customer service we left out and went to the gondola parking lotTo get dressed and boot up....low and behold one of the guys from brs shows up and wanted to take a second look at the ski settings and make sure it was correct for a first time novice skier ....and also stayed and helped make sure clothing and boots were on and fitted properly....I've never seen customer service like this ....they didn't have to do this after we left the store ....can't remember his name but it was well above and beyond that he and they cared about the person they rent to not just a sale or renter ....thanks again guys ! Would never rent anywhere else in Breck!!!!

Can't rate these guys highly enough. I had a group of nine arriving at various times with varying skis and snowboards, with different departure dates, and they handled things extremely professionally. Marcelo was great to get my boots fitted correctly and their skis were stellar. One of the best prices in town that we found, maybe because it's a bit of a walk away but it's about five minutes walk from Peak 9.

Went on a trip back in December and needed some snowboarding equipment to rent out. Blue River Sports is close to the ski resort so it was perfect. One side of their store caters to ski rentals and the other side snowboarding. There was a group of 5 of us that went in to rent boards, boots and helmets. The staff were all super cool and extremely helpful with all our gear, and everything was NEW! It was a great experience, the rental price was so much cheaper than the resort rentals. So if you're looking for a place to rent your equipment, come here!

selection is awesome, friendly, really knowledgable staff. good prices. only bad part is little parking lot in the front is not easiest to maneuver. if im renting at breck, im renting here.

Fantastic service very customer service-based rentals were clean and new. I had two snowboards that were checked out, tweaked and perfected so that my kids could be successful on the mountain.

This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for rentals, highly recommend going to their site and taking advantage of the 24 hour reservations policy. I got latest demo equipment for less then most stores charge for basic.

Great spot fast service also offers military discount. Conveniently located buy bus stop and parking.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. 1 star is very generous in my opinion. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a ski shop. I have been skiing for 25 years and couldn't believe how unhelpful, relatively rude, inexperienced and disengaged the staff was. They run you through the rental process as quickly as possible and do not care (or seem to know) if your equipment actually fits properly. This unfortunately landed one of the four in our group in the ER after a fall because her boots were at least a size too big. Another one of our folks had to swap boots out that were too big, and our fourth had to swap polls because they were about 2 sizes too short. There is a reason they are one of the cheapest in town. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Spend the extra money at another shop that knows what they are doing or spend the extra money on medical bills when your improper equipment lands you in the med clinic. I'm not one to usually write bad reviews, but I don't want to see anyone else hurt because of this shop's incompetence.

Excellent service! Friendly staff! Fitted my family of 4 with snowboards. Top notch will use them everytime we come out to Breck!
