Blown Smokeshop

We called this shop and got pricing on some items then we went in. The pricing verbally told to us when we arrived was the same as when we called but then we got to the register and it was over 2 times the cost!! The manager was a total sausage head and rude AF. He definitely seemed to have a cotton brain. He would not honor the price even thought he acknowledged he told us the wrong price. Very rude. Won't be back.

This place has really cool rigs, bongs, and pipes!! the people who are there are also very kind and helpful, especially daryl. u da bomb daryl!

I went into the store to find a new piece and found out that there was a 75% off sale on all pieces when I went in! Ron was incredible; he helped me find a piece that is perfect for me and had a wonderful personality. The vast selection and incredible prices will have me coming back for more!

Amazing place. The employees were super helpful, patient, and funny! They had a great attitude and were so easy to talk to. They made great recommendations on pieces and places, couldn't have been happier.

Horrible customer service, called about a product and was told a sales price which was not honored in store even though the clerk working verbally confirmed it as well. SCAM ALERt: They have normal products on "50%" sale but they are marked up so high before hand it negates any sale. Told scam and rip off, only go here if you want to be taken advantage of.

SELLING FAKE PAX PRODUCTS KNOWINGLY. These people were shown by me, from a Pax support email chain, that their Pax product I was sold was fake. The employees proceeded to open other boxes and verify the same fake serial numbers and packages. They put on a show for me and took them off the shelf acting as if they would get it fixed and offered me store credit. I will not stop until I get my $150 back for a sale that was not legit. No refunds applies to legit sales, it does not apply to someone lying to you to sell a product. Please DO NOT BUY Pax products from these guys. Spend the little extra money and get a real device from a head shop that does not lie to and steal from their customers.

Staff was not very friendly, no one knew what was on their website as far as stock goes . One of them made me feel like I was just waisting his time. I won't be back !

Super friendly staff, awesome prices. Doing the Covid crisis right as far as precautions go which I super appreciate. They'll give you a great deal for combining items as well as free small merch items (I got a lanyard for ex) on occasions. Definitely give these guys a visit!
