Trust me, this is THE BEST Eastern European/Russian store in the Denver metro area. The quality of the food and friendliness of the staff have tremendously changed to a much better side since the new management took over.Everything is super fresh and delicious. They bake different types of bread every day, and there is nothing better than their dark bread with sunflower seeds that's still warm and SO yummy (somehow only half of it makes it home with me).Fish selection is excellent (smoked salmon, marinated herring, caviar, fresh and smoked sturgeon , etc.)All the dairy is great (love their cheese with walnuts) as well as cakes, chocolates, pirozhki, zefir, etc. etc. I highly recommend checking it out either if you want to try something new and different or if you are simply crazing your home country treats.Everyone is always super friendly and super nice, selection is amazing (despite a pretty small space they have everything you can think of)!!!

Huge selection of Russian imports, especially bulk candies. This is *the* place to get dried mushrooms and tea. They have a deli as well, but I've never ordered from it because I don't speak Russian.

Great selection of Russian groceries and food. Very helpful and kind people work here. If you're Russian and looking for a great place or if you're not and curious to try the cuisine, you simply can't go wrong.

I was so much in love with this store. This was the best option in case you miss east european food. But so sorry to say that last time I bought food from there it was a complete failure. As soon as heated it was smelling like old bad fat. Sorry, but will not recommend anyone this place any longer.

When we got here the ladies outside gave us SUPER dirty looks and didn't smile at us or talk to us and just looked at us with nasty looks the whole time. I don't know why everyone else seemed to have a good experience except us maybe because we're not Russian?

After visiting today Black Sea Market food store in Denver (Mississippi Ave) I was shocked and disgusted with treatment and terrible products I have bought today. When I came home and prepared the food I was surprised how terribly cooked some products have been. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to go to this store. Simply DISGUSTING
