Black Forest Salon

Caution!!! Unless you want a haircut that's completely off what you request maybe don't sit down in Valorie's chair. She will turn the chair to look directly at the wall until the haircut is finish. By then, she's already done her damage!!! My family or I will not be returning to Black Forest Salon ever.

They fixed a huge mistake by another salon. I got a terrible hair cut at great clips in Falcon. I called Black Forest salon in tears bc my husband could tell how bad it looked on a FaceTime call from out of the country. Emalee got me in that same day and refused to charge me. (I tipped her anyway!!) She evened out the layers and made my hair look and feel so much better! I'm so grateful for their help and I will definitely go back!

First time in the salon. Really terrific experience with Patrina as a nail tech. I have made a follow-on appointment.

My first visit to try out this new (to me) salon. It was less expensive than where I had been going, and closer to home so I wanted to give it a try. I paid $30 for haircut with no shampoo. I thought the haircut was OK, if a basic textbook haircut is what you are looking for, however when she asked me if I wanted my bangs trimmed I probably should've said no because now I look like I have the bangs of a five-year-old girl. She cut them in a totally straight line which looks really weird. I would have expected this if I were at Super Cuts, not a non-chain Salon. Normally they're tapered when cut by an experienced stylist. Luckily they grow quickly.

Sawyer worked absolute MAGIC on me today! I'm beyond impressed with the results. Not to mention the incredibly fair pricing. I was able to meet Kelsey the owner as well, who's a complete sweetheart. I was getting a full color, so I was there for a couple hours. . I absolutely loved the environment and how awesome the entire staff was. I've lived in Colorado 2+ years and havent been able to find a salon. I'm so happy to say I've found a salon AND a stylist I love!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! I went in with the intention of getting a haircut and left with the worst haircut possible. Not only was my appointment almost 30 minutes late and attempts to look at my hair was ignored multiple times. I left my appointment to head to ANOTHER SALON to see if they could help to possibly save my disaster of a haircut. One recommendation STAY AWAY from here at all cost!!!!!!

Valorie Jones deserves 100 stars! She is the first stylist in my life that has educated me on products, color changes, and how to style my own hair. She took the time to make sure I was happy. My husband even commented on how great my hair looked and we all know... men don't notice this stuff. You won't regret booking with Val!

Love the way Bri cuts and colures my hair, put highlight and low lights. Loved the way it comes out. She's amazing.

I started going to this salon when I decided I needed to cut down on my beauty maintenance spending. I have to tell you that my hair looks like I spend a fortune on it and I can afford to actually do the color before the roots begin to look horrible!!!! I just walk in and Rachel does her thing! Then.... I walk out with great hair! I get my nails done by the other Rachel, she does a lovely job and I can afford to go weekly if I want to because she keeps her prices reasonable!!!! It's a win win!!!!
