Small space in evergreen with a great selection of single origin and blend options. Our barista was friendly and very knowledgeable to both the coffee and the area. Though the space is cozy, there were a few people quietly working on laptops

Bivouac's superb coffee (their very own, freshly roasted) and atmosphere keep bringing me back. This lovely coffee shop is on my top five list of favorite coffee shops in Colorado; if I designed a coffee shop this would be it. I love the service, the vibe and the fact that they keep things simple and that's serving perfect coffee. No fluff, no frills - just a lovely shop that the most discerning coffee snob will appreciate. Love, love, love Bivouac.

Hands down, best coffee in a 30 mile radius. Truly fantastic. There are non coffee drinks as well that are very good. Small location. Quaint. Very much a coffee shop feel. Quiet. Staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about their offerings. You will not be disappointed. Very good coffee and non coffee beverages.

Very overpriced, largest size available is 12oz, got a coffee that was mostly foam, and an Italian soda that was just club soda with some milk in it.

Best high end coffee place in Evergreen. Love the espresso shots with the sparkling water and stoop waffle. Very dog friendly too.
