Helmed by the talented Polina Astafyeva (a seasoned Cake Artist with a passion for all things sweet), BiteIt! creates cakes & desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.From the moment I contacted Polina, I knew I was in good hands. She made the entire process, from discussing my vision for the cake & desserts, to picking up the final masterpieces (delivery is also available), so easy. For my sister's baby shower, I had a spring floral theme in mind. Polina listened attentively and translated my vision into a delectable reality. The cake was not only stunning, it was a crowd-pleaser. We had the 'Letter Cake' made with honey biscuits, white chocolate ganache, & berry confit (this is BiteIt!'s most popular flavor, and we can see why). The honey biscuit cake was soft with a crumbly texture (comparable to shortbread cookies, but with a subtle sweetness and floral hint from the honey). The white chocolate ganache had a smooth, sweet, and milky chocolate flavor. The berry confit was a refreshing and tart jam that added a fruity burst to each bite of the cake.Polina also baked up macaron boxes as party favors for each guest - raspberry & mango-lemon (both heavenly, the raspberry was my favorite). This was such a fun way to leave everyone with treats to take home.BiteIt! Bakery made our celebration so much sweeter & I can't wait to order from Polina again in the future!
