Good wine and liquor selection. Love the Bear (beer) cave. Staff are always willing to help if you are unsure of what you are looking for. They have recently changed the layout and it seems to flow better now.

Fantastic store! Nice selection of Sake and Soju.I called the store with some questions on how the delivery and gifting process worked, Brook answered the phone and was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and fast, and helped work through a minor stock issue that popped up.She even wrapped the bottles and hand wrote my birthday message!Wouldn't hesitate to order from this location again! They have a great selection of local beers, but they don't carry Station 26 and Walters. Two of my favorite Colorado breweries. Their selection of other spirits is great. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

My experience with Big Bear has been exemplary and started soon after they opened. I stopped there one day to see if they carried Diet 7/Up which they did not but as I was about to drive away the young lady whom I'd asked said she'd take my phone number so that she might call me after asking her manager if they might be getting any of my beverage of choice in the future. She DID call me back to tell me that because of my request, they would be ordering Diet 7/Up for their store which the did, still do and when supplies of the same aren't to be found in grocery stores, they even order me several 12-packs at a time. I can't comment much on Thru r prices or even their selection of liquor but as far as I'm concerned their staff has always been friendly, professional, very helpful and above all: accommodating ! Id give them ten stars if I could!

This is a great store that has many products no matter what you like. They have plenty of knowledge on the products to lead you in the right direction for what you are looking for.

This establishment has massive sales volume and a corresponding amount of allocated bourbon.They charge 2500 points to have access to buy bourbon such as blantons. You would have to spend around $900 to accumulate this many points.Unless you have a business that buys alcohol, you are a severe alcoholic or just have a ton of money, don't waste your time shopping here. They do not care about the average Joe. Suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

If the company is trying to loose customers, they did well. Was accused of drinking before I went there n confronted. Not pleasant or cordial.

Great people, great place! Employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Such a wide selection - not to much very unique and fun atmosphere!

We've order delivery several times from Big Bear on Hailey Lane only to have the orders wrong more than 50% of the time. We order delivery because my husband and I both have difficulty walking. We have had the wrong sizes delivered, the wrong product delivered, delivered at the wrong time when we weren't home, deliveries never delivered, employees telling us they contacted us when the never did and the list goes on. I guess we have been black balled because we can no longer get deliveries. Thats really ok, because their service leaves a lot to be desired. All young people who really don't want to work and can't read! tThey have lost our money to other stores who actually care about their customers.
