I had 2 custom rings designed by Mark Gross at Berges Jewelers. He also replaced the posts on my screw back diamond stud earrings with a tension release push back post. He is very thorough, attentive, flexible, patient and extremely knowledgeable in the field. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Mark made me a wax mold to try on and approve before he made the final piece. I am beyond impressed with this business and their customer service. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!

Could not have been more impressed with Berges! I broke the chain on a necklace, and called as the store were closing to see if it could be fixed this afternoon. The store stayed open after-hours for me and Mark repaired the chain while I waited. Excellent service, locally-owned business that I am happy to support.

I brought 2 rings to be sized. They couldn't do either one. One of them they told me was gold plated and had a black material underneath the gold plating. I was upset to hear this since they were my wedding bands melted down. I found them to be rude and completely obvious they didn't want my business. I left there and went to a reputable jeweler who told me he could size both no problem. He showed me that my ring was in fact solid gold and not gold plated. I couldn't be happier to get them done. Shame on Berges Jewelry.

I have had all my watch batteries replaced over the years at Berges, as well as my jewelry repairs. I recently was looking for a particular ring and they didn't have it. The manager looked it up on the computer and found the ring from another store and it had a great discount on it. These people not only have good connections but make a serious effort to get you what you need!
