Funny people think yoga people are suppose to be calm. Noooo we are all here because we are nuts.
Yogas class?!?!! Ooohhh we thought you said "pour a glass" but we'll take yoga in the park too.
You can find me at every sunset, on a yoga mat in the grass, wearing a happy heart and grateful smile.
Give us a summer to remember by closing it out with yoga in the park. Big thanks to RidgeGate Community for putting this on.
This kind of view is the exact poem I would write about my love for summer, sunsets and yoga.

I was in the area between doctors appointments and needing something to do in the area. Global warming decided to do its thing and it was a stunning 60 degree day in January so why not find a park to hang out at for an hour?I went to my trusted Yelp and found Belvedere Park. Whoa, this place rocks! They have a couple coveted pavilions if you went to sit ( I opted to have lunch here) along with a nice walking trail that will take you over to Lincoln. You can walk to Sprouts, Mad Greens and Schwab and more! Props to having street parking that makes it easy to get in and out! Only bad thing about place? You may get the Mr Belvedere theme song in your head.

One percent better every day, small changes over time lead to big results. Everyone knows that right?!?!! This place is just a perfect escape to a busy life or busy day. Plenty of street parking within the surrounding community. It's also located at the base of Bluffs Regional Park so if you're over ambitious, sneak in a hike then come decompress here at the park. Love love love when the RidgeGate Association puts on the summer series of yoga in the park. The last Tuesday of the month from May until September you can find your zen mode here. Best way to unplug and enjoy the community park. Gwen is such an awesome instructor and plenty of space for yogis to stretch out and savasana. Well kept and maintained, this park is kid friendly and dog welcomed. I am a big fan of local parks and can't wait until this zip code becomes my permanent one. See you on the mat!

Belvedere Park is a little hidden gem in Lone Tree. It's located along a nice walking path in a valley between some homes and townhomes. The park is one of the best for toddlers since the larger playground is designed for ages 2-5. It's a great park to let little ones run around without too much supervision (no large drop offs or extra tall playground equipment). The smaller play area with a cave and enclosed slide is for ages 5-12. The playground is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. There's plenty to keep little ones busy from multiple slides, swings, a climbing area, and a small playhouse. There's also a covered area with picnic tables. The only down side is there are no bathrooms, just a porta potty located near the street above the park. Likewise only street parking is available (no parking lot), but there are always plenty of places. The only thing I don't love are the wood chips on the ground since it's easy to get splinters. Otherwise, it's an awesome park for younger kids to run free and explore safely!
