Wow! I was a long time Bell Mountain Stables boarder --- until it closed several years ago. The place had deteriorated something fierce while vacant, so when I learned that it had been purchased I was skeptical that it could be brought back from the dead. Boy was I WRONG! The Penrod family and their team have not only brought the facility back from the dead, but they have lovingly restored the historic buildings where possible, and brought new state of the art waterers, plumbing, new electrical systems, much better fencing, and a "can-do" attitude that is extended to everyone quite equally -- whether you are a serious rider like a jumper or dressage rider, or a trail rider like me, you will find your horse extremely well cared for, the hay is awesome, the staff is incredibly responsive, and all of my needs have been met or exceeded. I am so glad I moved "Pete the Wonder Horse" there and look forward to many years of great care and wonderful rides under the watchful eye of great trainers from several disciplines as well as on site management and security. I could not ask for more. I wish the team at BMREC a long and very successful run as the premier boarding & training facility for horses and the families who love them. No drama, just great care.

we have been boarding our two horses at Bell Mountain Equestrian Center since December 2024! We cannot be happier with the care our horses have received, all the staff members are really friendly and professional with years of experience caring for horses!! beautifully maintained facilities and arenas, for you are your horse to use! easy access to 30+ miles of gorgeous trails! I have loved Bell Mountain Ranch Equestrian Center from my first time visiting it at the grand opening. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! Two of my kids took an introductory riding lesson recently and loved it! The trainers are wonderful at helping the kids to feel comfortable around the horses and confident riding them.

I really can't say enough about how fantastic this facility is. Having lived here in Bell Mountain Ranch for over 13 years and boarded on and off at the original stables over the years, it absolutely warms my heart to see what the new owners have done with this facility. They not only restored the history and many memories embedded in the stables, but they renovated it to be a top notch, state of the art facility at the same time. Our normally nervous, tense horse has been so happy and relaxed, and we never have to worry about his care. He receives all his supplements every day, is blanketed according to our schedule, and enjoys his daily turnout with his best friend, who happens to be a tiny pony! I encourage any horse owner or enthusiast to come and check out Bell Mountain Ranch Equestrian Center. There is so much to offer here and the owners and staff are absolutely the best. I can't imagine having our horse anywhere else!!!
