Julie is very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. She makes me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable setting (Brazilian wax). She cares and is helpful. The spa itself is amazing. I feel like I have stepped into an oasis every time come in. I forget that I'm even in Pueblo.

These ladies were so friendly, and the salon is so clean and welcoming. It's always nerve-wrecking starting at a new salon, but these aestheticians are the real deal! I look forward to building a relationship with these talented ladies as I continue my clientele.

I came in for my first Brazilian wax and I was so nervous but the entire staff was welcoming, friendly and happy to answer my questions. The facility is very clean and comfortable, with a nice calming atmosphere. Normandi was my esthetician and she was so wonderful! She talked me through every step of the process and made me comfortable and relaxed. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience and made my next appointment with her before I left! Thank you Normandi and all the ladies in reception - you are awesome!

3rd time coming in for a facial. I absolutely love Julie. She explains the products she is using and gives tips for keeps my skin healthy and moisturized in the dry air. She really knows how to extract those pesky melia, and she makes sure her guest is comfortable and does not exceed their pain tolerance. Excellent experience!

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for two years and walk out so happy every time. I did stray once and tried a different place out. The two... Not even comparable. I recently went back in because I received a 20% off and thought why not it's about that time. Once again... blown away and extremely happy is an understatement. I booked an appointment with Rosa (Student) and she was just amazing and such a nice lady. She did an amazing job.!

I attended Advanced Education for Dermaplane/Microdermabrasion. Every step was amazing to information,sign up,on line modules, to the on hands training. So professional,knowledgeable & CLEAN. Clean, inviting, spa like environment, hosted by a friendly, caring and knowledgeable team. Making my appointment was easy. The reminders appreciated and my appointment started on time. Alyssa was AMAZING. She listened, addressed concerns and provided guidance for healthy skin care. She's a rockstar!

Everyone was very friendly. Service was prompt. I had an eyelash dye. I only wish I would've asked more questions....such as: Do you do top and bottom lashes? and Are there different shades of dye? I will definitely return for other services in the future and hopefully I'll know what questions to ask.
