We chose to come here after a negative experience at another stable. We're glad we came here.We filled out the necessary paperwork and we were on our way. Unlike our previous experience at another place, the manager was very nice to us. Our guide, Paula was so nice. She was very knowledgeable and took great care of us and our horses. It was a great time and we'll be back!

We came here after a bad experience with a guy at another park. The difference was night and day. These guys were fun, flexible and friendly. Our trail guide, Paula, was so friendly and helpful! The rest of the people that were going to go on our ride with just our friends! The horses are well behaved and sweet. We just really enjoyed everything about the check in and the ride. We're already planning our next ride.

I had an excellent time at bear creek stables. The two wranglers, Lee and Mona, were very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the horses and the surrounding area. I had made a same day reservation, more like a last minute decision to go riding and they fit me in! The trail was easy and beautiful, we rode along a lake and through turkey creek. It was just what I needed, a simple ride. My horse Sally was the cutest and I felt very safe on her. After my ride, I was assisted with the dismount. Afterwards, the two male wranglers and I spoke for a few minutes about the history of my horse and her experiences in her life, she was a very special horse, my heart melted for her. It's was wonderful, great conversation and they didn't make me feel rushed at all. I'm planning another trip back here with my niece. She would love it! Honestly you can't beat the price either! Don't forget to bring cash to tip your wrangler!

I wanted to surprise my sister with a horseback riding trip for her birthday. She is always talking about how we haven't gone in forever! It was easy to schedule a day, and even got to talk to our leader Lee Lauren on the phone who was amazing. I had initially planned for the sunset ride. Unfortunately, though it had been raining a bunch so we could not do that. However, Lee Lauren was an absolute angel about it, and still took us out just on a flatter trail since it was a bit soggy. It was still an amazing time, and me and my sisters had a blast! The stables itself are very clean. I always expect to leave a farm or ranch or stable smelling like one, but these horses were well groomed and the property was well maintained and beautiful. We will hopefully be back soon!!

Great kids bday pony party. Eden manages the stables, she and another rangler provided 2 hours with 2 ponies for a 6 year old bday of about 20 kids. They smiled for photos, we had use of the pavilion, nearby hose to rinse hands, kids enjoyed the fire pit and woods area, and there's plenty of parking. The time was ample for multiple turns on the ponies kept safe with helmets and the ranglers guiding the ponies. We opted for pizza delivery meeting at the front entrance of the park rather than attempt use the charcoal grill (esp during fire ban season). $10 per car to enter without a season pass which I reimbursed attendees. It was worth it, Bear Creek stables did a great job.

Here is a copy of the letter I sent to a local health dept. (of course they failed to adequately follow through), but it may help you.On August xx, 20xx, my son attended a horse riding camp at Bear Creek Stables. He was supposed to attend this summer camp for that week. However, the first day he became ill. He developed a moderate headache, a rash on his arms, but most alarmingly, he developed a severe wound on his right ear. The wound would best be described as a shedding skin, red and raw, oozing continuously for several days and quite painful. The next day, my wife called the Bear Creek Stables asking to talk to the owner who she was told was named "Russ." My wife never received a return phone call. I also attempted to contact Russ by phone, but again was ignored.Just a few weeks before, my son had attended at another camp that included horseback riding. He had shown no allergic reaction to the horses whatsoever. Therefore, my concern was that there was something unique and problematic at Bear Creek Stables. What heightened my concern was that my son told me that they had lunch in a rodent infested shed. Additionally, he was lent a horseback riding helmet for the day and I am unsure if that somehow affected his ear.Initially, my only concern was to help my son get better. But, as his problems persisted I photographed the rash on his arm the next day and his ear wound over the next several days as documentation. I have these photographs and would be happy to provide them if interested.Hopefully, this matter falls under your purview. If not, please let me know who I should contact. Thank you for your help.Again, the establishment was Bear Creek Stables, 15600 W. Morrison Road, Morrison Colorado, 80465. Their telephone number is 303-697-9666.

I was looking for stables in an open space or mountain range background to be able to take a few pretty photos for our anniversary with the horses . This location is so awesome from the staff their horses to their services I was truly amazed no other stables were this nice and beautifully located like this one is in Bear Creek Lake park with natural setting mountain range and open spaces
