BC’s Barbecue

Experienced BC BBQ on a Tuesday at Hillside Gardens. So impressed and hope they are regulars on next year's Wednesday nights events. The green chili and rice is spicy hot and a small meal in itself. The ribs have a dry rub but also served with a sweet and tasty sauce. I thought they were tasty and cooked well (my husband would prefer they were cooked a little longer). The jalapeno slaw was not at all spicy but had a nice gentle flavor. My husband enjoyed the cornbread which had more than corn in it. It's not gf so I couldn't try it. He also had the mac and cheese. He said that was ok. Their food truck will be a great choice for Wednesday nights! Please come back. :)

Some of the best BBQ I've had since moving out to CO. The beef cheek is a do not miss!! And the Mac and cheese is phenomenal!!!!

THE MOST INCREDIBLE BBQ IN COLORADO SPRINGS. The brisket, the smoked pork green chile rice, the Mac and cheese, and the banana pudding- OMG. We live in Texas and there's nothing in CoS that even compares to Texas BBQ besides this place. Find them immediately!

Far and away the absolute best BBQ sandwich I have ever tasted! I had the chopped brisket with mac and white cheddar as a side dish, both were amazingly good. They told me that they handmake their own strawberry lemonade drinks. Now I'm watching for that bright orange trailer to appear again so I can try their handmade sausage.

Wow! Wish I took a picture but I ate I all the food too fast! Absolutely delicious! Not only was the meat tender and tasty the sides were so good too. I told my husband to skip the sides, but I'm so happy he didn't because I would go there for the rice and mac & cheese alone. Overall check them out you won't regret it!

Came up from Central Texas for the weekend to visit friends. All I can say is, BC's Barbecue is the real deal. I've had the best of the best in Austin, Lockhart, and Taylor, TX (if you know, you know) and Randy is putting out authentic BBQ on par with the big boys back home. We had brisket, beef cheek, barbacoa, Mac n cheese, smoked pork green chili and rice, and BC's banana pudding (I'd come back just for the pudding, no lie). The brisket was PERFECT, and everything else followed suit. You're a fool if you don't find him at Dueces Wild when he's there, or Lost Friend Brewery (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday all day). I didn't take any pictures because I was too busy having my mind exploded by the BBQ perfection.

First time having beef cheek. I am sold. The barbacoa was great and my wife loved the brisket.
