This store has really awesome clothing if you are over 55. Otherwise not so much. Their housewares are overpriced to the max - a little plastic dish is at least a buck or two. Not a big fan. Keeping a 3 star rating simply because if I was Betty White, I'd find wonderful new clothes for nice prices in this store. They even have a little "boutique" in the back of the top level with slightly higher end, name brand clothing (again mature-set stuff like decade old Liz Claiborne blazers, Coldwater Creek sweaters, Clark mules).

I just returned from a visit to the Bargain Box Thrift Store and, as always, I found some real deals! I like the idea that whatever I spend is not going toward big salaries or fancy corporate dinners. These women all volunteer their time to keep the store running and they use the money to help people right here in Pueblo! The ladies that work there are "real people" who love what they're doing and always talk to the customers. So I'm going to take my new $1.00 pot and my $1.00 purse and enjoy them! And when I'm tired of them, I'll donate them back to the Assistance League Thrift Store! What a deal!!

I shop at the Bargain Box couple of times of month. Very clean well organized store, always updating inventory. I've been taking my six year old shopping there for last three year, I can satisfy him for less than $1.00. Clothes are very inexpensive. I'am a quilter and find many bargains on fabric. Love the store and ladies that work there.
