Ban Sushi

Food is excellent. I have a shellfish allergy never any issues they always use a clean surface. Service is exceptional. Our ban sushi day is usually Wednesdays but occasionally on the weekend. Nothing bad to say.

As far as Colorado Springs sushi, this place is the best I've had. That being said, you will pay for it. Specialty rolls are upwards of $18 and basic rolls are upwards of $7-9 per roll. There is also noodles and a lunch menu, but the prices are still on the higher end. The place is clean, small and service is friendly. You can sit by the sushi bar and watch the guys make your rolls, or you can sit at one of the tables. There is a check-in system at the register, and after 5 visits you get a coupon. I am on my third visit. Worth a stop, but bring your wallet. I pretty much spend $40 when I visit, just for myself. I wish they offered a lunch special, like 3 basic rolls for $12-15 or something. I would visit more often.

Great customer service as soon as you walk in! Very friendly and quick, the staff was very kind. I love that they have a koi fish projection on the walls. We ordered some miso soup,salad, and calamari which were great appetizers. We also got several different rolls of sushi. I love spicy tuna rolls, which I was surprised that they weren't that spicy here. I really enjoyed the aloha roll and the starlight roll, very delicious! It's definitely worth a try if you're up here in Falcon.

I'm lucky that Ban Sushi is the closest sushi spot to me, because it's also the best one around. Yeah, the service is kind of "eh"... But it's not bad by any measure. Just not a "wow". The fish portions on the rolls are pretty damn good, and on the nigiri it's downright generous. My wife and I get sushi here every other week or so.

Good food and service. 2nd time here and the sushi always seems fresh and th bentos are always hot and made to order. Presentation of the dishes are nicely done and the ambiance is calm and clean.

Ban Sushi is an amazing local restaurant. They have a great sushi selection, at a very affordable price. In my opinion it is one of the best restaurant in the Fountain area. It's tucked away in a strip mall, you wouldn't know it was there unless you were looking for it. The service was good, and receive large portions of food for a very low price; the Bento boxes are very large. If you enjoy Japanese food or sushi, I highly recommend this local restaurant.

We have been here multiple times but this last Valentine's Day was unfortunately our last. We ordered our food online at 5:30. I arrived at 6:20 as it said a 45 minute wait. I walk in and they said, in a kinda annoyed way, "still gonna be another hour, sorry". We had three different tables come in after us and get food and leave before I was even spoken to again. Mind you I was waiting in line with four other people who are waiting for their online orders as well. By 7:45. I had finally had enough and I asked for a refund and it took 15 minutes for them to find somebody who knew how to do a refund. I get home and see the refund show up on my account fairly quickly, only for it to be taken away again the next day. My bank said it looks like they cancel the refund and I had to dispute it on my own through my bank and finally got the refund a few days later. A nice easy Valentine's Day at home turned into me getting sandwiches from a shop down the road. We used to love this place, but unfortunately we probably won't be going back again.

The best and freshest in town. People complain about wait etc, but that's how it goes if you want quality.

Amazing to find tokyo quality sushi in such a remote part of the country!! I highly recommend!!

Ban Sushi is a gem in Falcon!! We love to eat sushi and have never had a single bad experience here. We eat at Ban 2-3 times per month. We love the service. It's a kid friendly atmosphere. My 10 year old loves eating real sushi here (not just California rolls). We have tried several rolls and these are our faves: Ninety Nine, NY NY, Shotgun, Volcano. The sushi chefs are awesome and so is the waitstaff. I support this place often because I don't want to lose such an amazing local business in our community!
