Bale Bale Bistro

Yum!! I've never tried Honduran food before and was thoroughly delighted. I got the asada Baleada and was delicious! The avocado brought it to the next level. It does have sweet plantain chunks in it, which is a nice savory/sweet balance. The taquitos were good but didn't have a surprising amount of flavor. The bale bites (wings) were good too. FYI for those who don't like spice- None of it was spicy! I love spicy food so was missing the kick, but understand that's not traditional to Honduran food.

My gosh! This place is what we like to call stupid good!!! Makes me feel like a big dummy for not trying them sooner!!! The meat is so incredibly tender and the cheese is so melty and delish. We tried the Gringo mixed plate. Homemade authentic horchata and deep ridged churro that holds loads of cinnamon sugar. We are still talking about it an hour later -10/10.Powers and Woodman Walmart on Saturdays and every other Wednesday.

This food truck is amazing. The baleadas are so delicious and remind me of my trips to Honduras. My wife is from Honduras and we now have the best place to go when we are craving baleadas.

The most incredible Honduran eats in the Springs!!! Staff is respectable and genuine. Food is melt in your mouth good! I had the honor of tasting Bale Bale when they decided to come to Schriever AFB on a weekend!!!!!! Cant wait to find them in their next destination! Don't miss out when you see their Bale Bale!!!!

Straight up some of the food from a food truck I've ever had. Wow, I ordered the pupusas and it was amazing! Definitely try it if the truck is in your area. First time trying Honduran food and it did not disappoint.
