Joey is awesome! Super knowledgeable about what trampoline features would be best given my kids age. Installation was a few days after I purchased over the phone. I would highly recommend Joey and Backyard Dreams!

LIFE SAVER! We purchased a used (in good condition) springfree trampoline and naively thought we could assemble it - lol. Don't try it, call backyard dreams instead. Joey put up this trampoline so fast and I feel so safe with my kids jumping on it knowing it was properly assembled. It took him a fraction of the time it would have taken me and my spouse to assemble.

Joey installed our trampoline up in the Vail/Beaver Creek area. The back of our house is not easy to get to but Joey did it without complaint! He was always quick to respond to my questions and was very attentive. My daughter is seven and uses the trampoline at least twice a day. She has stopped doing somersaults on our couches!

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Joey (the owner of the company). Nothing is more important to customers than communication, and this was one of the most responsive, enjoyable experiences with a business. The communication was quick, friendly and responsive. Trampolines are in demand right now and while our timing worked out, Joey didn't make any false promises and made us feel like he was attentive and cared about us getting our trampoline as soon as possible. His website has a great comparisons between two of the major brands, his and his competitors'. We're so glad we went with Backyard Dreams and their Alleyoop trampoline. Not only was the ordering process enjoyable, but Joey showed up on time as promised and the installation was done with care, skill and the appropriate level of caution during this pandemic. Even in the hot sun, after the CDC said it's unlikely to get the virus from surfaces, Joey wiped down every surface of the trampoline when it was done. He went above and beyond. He was friendly with our entire family and even though he knows where to place a trampoline and how to get it level, he made sure WE felt it was done right. What a good guy and what a great experience. As a real estate agent, I'll be recommending him to all my clients. What a great company. My new go-to!

I would give Joey and Backyard Dreams 10 stars if I could. Joey was fantastic to work with. He's reliable and responsive. I bought a 14' trampoline for my 7 year old granddaughter for Christmas and Joey installed it on a very cold day for us. My granddaughter "supervised" the entire installation, talking Joey's ears off the entire time. He was so good-natured about it. If you're considering purchasing a trampoline I encourage you to check out the model he has on display in Parker. The higher quality of Alley Oop trampolines is obvious. I am so happy I found Joey/Backyard Dreams and highly recommend him!
