We are beyond thrilled! We found the owner to be very professional and eager to please. Two crews were out to complete the job, both were friendly and VERY hard working. They built beautiful rock retaining walls (122 tons worth), put down fabric, edging, rock. Regraded to direct the flow of water. Made a beautiful, compacted rock drive to our barn. Seed and blanketed dirt areas for new grass. We plan to have them back to plant in the spring. I would recommend Aspen Leaf again and again!

We just recently moved to Colorado Springs and our Toro lawn mower was years overdue for a tune-up. Based on Yelp reviews we brought it to Aspen. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they told us about 8-10 days due to it being peak season. We picked up out lawn mower about 9 days later, price was much lower than I expected and it runs like brand new! Extremely impressed with their service! The only thing they need to do is hang up some New England Patriots logos and this place would be perfect! Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE OR TRUST ASPEN LEAF - 1) Recommended by a neighbor, older Craftsman rider taken there by trailer to fix drive belt assembly to blades -- told "two weeks". went back had not even been moved. More time requested and agreed to. Went back unannounced rider still not even moved. Told by some lady "we're working hard to find parts -- no parts, rider too old". Told same thing by the tech. Big to-do claiming "no parts", took rider home preparing to scrap it, bought replacement mower for TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) THAT I DID NOT HAVE - STILL PAYING IT OFF -- a friend came by recently, heard of my problem, FIXED THE CRAFTSMAN BROUGHT IT BACK IN A WEEK. RUNS LIKE A CHAMP. I SPENT TWO GRAND I DID NOT NEED TO SPEND, PLUS THE $30.00 THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR WHILE CLAIMING THEY WERE "TRYING".2) Called them Monday of this week with news -- was told by a guy (I know his name) "OUR COMPUTER IS DOWN" so he could not look it up. Called Friday before Veterans' Day -- "just got computer running -- will call in a few days". 3) Pattern of deceit resulting in TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.000) i did not need to spend. Plus the approx. $30.00 they charged me for nothing. If you want to gamble go to Cripple Creek. Do not use or trust this company.

It went great while dealing with Kendra and another gentleman the 1st time I brought in my Still FS45 lawn trimmer. Things when downhill afterwards, the trimmer was binding and would barely turn. I brought it back in and left it 9/15/20 and checked in twice with Heidi. Heidi should not be answering phones, this is from a former PBX operator with a large corporation. Each time I was treated in a caustic manner by this woman. She keeps repeating herself and is beyond disrespectful towards me personally both times. This was the 10th BUSINESS DAY and she can't help but be wrong as she stated "Oh it looks like its coming up on the 10th day", NO DUH it is the 10th DAY. I will be picking up my broken Still FS45 and sell the engine and parts. the new one will be purchased this afternoon somewhere else and I will NEVER EVER go to this business until Heidi is gone.QQHLLC

Their work is superb, they are enthusiastic and a joy to work with (especially Mark), they can accommodate our ever-changing scheduling needs, they make positive suggestions, and they respond to emergencies quickly (like when a recent wedding tent "located" one of our main water lines). First time I've ever reviewed anything on Yelp and I hate for it to be negative but this has been an awful experience (not yet over). I can't judge their repair skills as my mower has been with them for exactly a month today. We are talking about a simple Honda push mower by the way. They told me 10-12 days to get an estimate. No problem, I understand that. The estimate (on day 16) was $220 to fix a bent axle. Pretty high but I said go ahead. Two more weeks have gone by and there my mower sits(they screwed up the parts order). The rude/unhelpful associate says they will call me when it's ready. Will post the results then (probably around mid-December I would guess).

Aspen Leaf Outdoor Power Equipment will not be getting my buisness again. Short story is I bought a Toro lawnmower that was broken. Toro said to take it to their local service techs for repair. Aspen Leaf is a local service tech (there are others go to one of them). Aspen Leaf determined that the part on the new mower (used twice) was a consumable item and they wanted $60-80 to repair it. Almost three weeks later and I still don't have my new lawnmower back. Toro themselves have been utterly useless and the local service folks at Aspen Leaf have been rude, boarish, and slimey. I won't be back. I wish you the best if you use them.I would give negative stars if that were an option.

Aspen Leaf takes care of the apartment complex that I live in. They were mowing the grass while I was walking my dog the other day and when we got close the person operating the mower shut the blades off, turned the mower down to an idle and waited for me to get by before starting it back up. It's not a major event but it was a very nice thing to do to prevent the dog freaking out or anything being blown up into me or my dog. Sometimes in life it's the little things and this act told me what a professional outfit they have. Thank you.
