Worst customer service EVER! I called 3 times and left a message on their voicemail twice and one time I left a message with a live human for Shelly as I was looking to get for several tattoo's. No one returned my calls in over a month! Unsure how they are even still in business. Shelly did two amazing tattoos back in 2012 for me so I was planning on going back to her for the 8 more that I wanted. They gave me no choice than to take my money elsewhere. Truly disappointed.

Well, where do I start. I guess I will start with the fact that I cannot speak for their work or how good they are. This is more of a review on their customer service, which is non-existent! First, I went through all artist portfolio's to find the right artist for what I was trying to accomplish. Because it was late at night, I sent an email to respective artist. (Which was available on their home page as a point of contact for each artist.)I waited 2 days, no call, no text, no response via reply to my email. Thought she must be really busy, so I email the owner thinking I would for sure get a reply by phone, text or email but to my disappointment, he did not respond. So I gave it a few days and called this time. First I asked for the artist I originally tried to contact but the girl that answered the phone said she wasn't there and that I would have to get with her (the artist) to schedule a consult. I also mentioned that I had emailed her and the owner and her response to me was "oh, yeah, they don't ever check those emails." So I said "Ok, can I speak with the owner?". Apparently he was indisposed. And then I was reminded that I would have to speak with him to schedule a consult. Sooooooo, the best I could was leave my name, phone number and a short message to pass along. Alas, STILL nothing!!!! I just cant believe the owner didn't even get back in touch with me. So if I cant get a response by email, and no one will call me back, and no one will text, and no one will take your phone call, and the front desk cant schedule any appointments/consults........HOW IN THE F*** IS ANYONE SUPPOSED TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING THERE!!! Bottom line, I had money to spend in this studio! Money is not even a question for me when I want the best the profession has to offer, in all areas!!!!! Including customer service, follow up and follow through. Art In Motion-What a big disappointment! Its a shame you couldn't have called me back and taken 20 seconds to make a consultation appointment. Ciao, CC

I've been working to call this tattoo artist for a few weeks now. He rarely answers his phone and his voicemail is always full. You also cannot book through his site. He isn't really serious about his business -- keep looking around if I were you.

Brea did a fantastic job. From the initial consultation, to collaborating on the actual artwork / designing based off my ideas and elevating them, all the way to creating the tattoo: Amazing! Careful and super detailed work, color blending was outstanding, very little pain (and it's healing really well) THANKS BREA!

Art In Motion is by far one of the best shops in Colorado Springs. It is neat, always smells clean, the staff is friendly and it's a no hassle environment. So far, I have been tattooed by Don and he has done a phenomenal job. He's not afraid to take risks but will also let you know what will and won't work as far as a tattoo goes. Their prices are fair and to be honest; you get what you pay for. Shelly has been tattooing my wife and her work is also some of the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend Art In Motion if you're looking to get quality work done.

I cannot rant and rave enough about Art in Motion. The shop is small, clean, and has extremely friendly staff. I recommend Shelly. She is super friendly, works with your ideas and actually listens to you and does phenomenal work. She has now done all three of my tattoos after completely redoing my side piece. I can't recommend them enough. Their work is great, their shop is awesome and their staff is incredible!!

Best experience at a shop yet. Shelly did an amazing job and cant wait to go back for more work in the future!

Don and Shelly are awesome! They don't currently have piercings. Extremely clean and professional. It's a really great place that and they are extremely passionate about their craft. I won't go anywhere else, unless Shelly leaves for some crazy crazy reason. Store hours are a little short but they are accommodating. I personally hope only serious people come in to see them, no stupid tattoos but that's just me lol, also they usually they are about a month out on scheduling.

Got a tattoo by Alex. He was very gentle and the linework was amazing. Probably the best tattoo artist I have ever had work on my tattoos

FYI there is no actual piercer there. "We haven't had one for three years" was the response I got when I arrived.
