Total shitshow. Waited 30 minutes and NO SERVICE whatsoever. Put an order in at the bar when I got there, and they didn't even put a drink in my hand. Even caught the bartender's eye a couple of times, they obviously don't care.

Standard dining, standard service. Music was a bonus, but didn't realize it when we sat down. Next thing we know we each paid a cover charge. We didn't want to be rude and leave, but I wouldn't have say down, otherwise. None the less, music was enjoyable.

It is a 'dive' bar that presents itself no differently. A hodge-podge of a couple of spaces put together almost frozen in the '60s. Take a look at the bar and see if you can figure out its uniqueness. The guys that run it present a local spot that has good food, quality bands, and atmosphere out the ying yang. We walked in by accident as our intended venue had 'technical difficulties' and closed. I suspect we're not the only first-time patrons not knowing what to expect. Is there wait service or walk-up, music nightly or just weekends, the food good or plain bar food? We had sandwiches, fries, beers, and cokes. They all were delivered timely, as expected, satisfying, well presented and tasty. The Armadillo is a clean, lively music venue with attentive staff, good bar food, and all the ambience you could ever want. This place deserves all kinds of encouragement, but don't everybody go at once as I'm guessing the locals like it just the way it is.

We heard that they have live music on Saturday nights at the Armadillo Ranch so we headed there after dinner to check the place out. The place it pretty loud with the band playing and was a little difficult to order cocktails at the bar, but once we got them we found the only table open and claimed it as ours. The band was pretty good and we stayed for a little bit. I went to use the restroom and one of the 2 stalls had the toilet completely ripped apart. I have a picture of it that I am sharing here. Kind of off putting for a restaurant. We didn't eat here, so I cannot speak to the food but overall the place was meh to me.

This place had decent live music and an great atmosphere. We basically had already met everyone there from bar hopping up and down the street after the parade. The service was ok but they were admittedly swamped so I don't wanna be too hard on them. We were waiting for a bit for our food only to find out somebody snagged it so they had to remake our sandwiches and wings pretty quick . Either way I would come back and check out more live music. Super fun

Fun, easygoing bar/music venue. Service is great & food is better than you'd think. Their eclectic lineup (once a saw a combo with a jazzy banjo player in his 80s) is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Couple it with the summer farmer's market for great 'slice of life' experience in Manitou.

Armadillo Ranch is perfectly located in the heart of Manitou Springs, but it was a far from enjoyable experience. To start off, it took us over 10 minutes to just get menus. After receiving menus, it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks and be able to order some food. After we ordered, it took over 40 minutes to get our food (quesadillas and chicken tenders), and we were highly disappointed in the subpar excuse for food, especially the burnt chicken tenders. I don't know if our poor experience was due to our waitstaff openly taking shots behind the bar, or if this is just how they operate things here, but we will not be returning and we don't recommend.

Horrible experience food was ok and service was fine but they charged me for the music which was far from good. They told us that it was a practice session or something along those lines. It was horrible and the singers were off key.

Ok- 3 nights in Man Springs- we ate here twice! Food was great - but every employee we came was crazy hospitable. Like - it's not the norm- these folks are legit. Night 1: One employee was off-work /walking out the door & she turned around to take care of us and got us a seat. Food was great. My wife & I played Domino's at our table...asked the waiter to bring us a pen & some paper... he reaches over and grabs a pen and ticket notebook to keep score on! Thats kind of hospitality that makes you come back.- btw- I lost the pen and he brought us another one! Night 2: We showed up 9:45p maybe??..Lady behind the bar bounced out and took care of us - took orders and brought us the food & drink. She never acted "put out" and was very polite. As a customer, the experience in a place relies on those serving you- this joint did not disappoint. Btw- we missed the Music both nights because we didn't check ahead. We heard a band rehearse. They sounded legit. Eat here. if you're cool - you'll be happy.
