They are amazing! They fixed our wedding rings and while we were there they helped me pick out my birthday present....they were reasonably priced and did excellent work!

Spend your money somewhere else. These people are rude and do not deserve your business. Bought a ring and the diamonds keep falling off and they are blame it on me. Not buying anything else from these people.

Surly, snippy, and generally rude. Not to mention limited inventory and terrifically overpriced. Just about everything you'd expect from a strip mall jeweler. Luckily, there are many other great options around Parker and Castle Rock, not to mention Lone Tree, et al. Not recommended.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I brought my engagement ring in to get it sized. The lady that was working when I dropped it off was not the friendliest. They told me it would take 5 days so I called at the 5 day mark and they were rude acting like I was bothering them. I finally gave it a few more days and called again and they said someone had been out of the office sick (I get it, things happen). They finally called me back same day and said someone just resized my ring. I picked up my ring and I have had it back for only a few weeks and two of the stones have fallen out. I specifically asked them to make sure that if any of the stones came loose from resizing it to tighten them. I am just not the happiest with the customer service I received along with the service.

Wonderful service and they have an incredible amount of experience in the industry. My go to place for any custom job. They did an amazing job on my wife's engagement ring and wedding bands.

Apex Jewelers did a good job repairing my two pairs of earrings (both of them had ear pieces that broke off). It took about a week to get it done and both of the new parts were noticeably thicker and longer than the original ones. Apex didn't provide a stopper so one of the earrings broke right away. However, they fix it at no charge and were super nice about it so I was really pleased with that. Overall, in my opinion it was a bit pricy ($40 for two tiny pieces) but I understand that this is a small business and it's not their specialty. They do sell super pretty jewelry and have a lot of unique pieces. You have to ring the bell so they can open the door and you can to get in.L!

Based on other reviews, I decided to stop by and see if they could replace my TAG Heuer watch battery. It was done in less than 15 minutes and at an extremely reasonable price! I was blown away by the service, friendliness, and speed of repair! Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting and awful service!! My boyfriend and I went in to try and get an appraisal for my 14K White Gold and 0.24 carat diamond necklace which has a retail value of $540.00 and came with a certified card. Tara, the so-called owner was extremely combative when we walked in and very rude immediately. She "weighed" the entire necklace and said she was only going to offer $100.00 after briefly looking at it. She did not even look at the quality of diamonds or even look at the card showing it was certified. My boyfriend asked why she priced it so low and she replied, "I don't need or want it in my inventory so this is what you're going to get for it." As we were leaving the store after declining her offer, she went to the back and started bad mouthing us to her other employees. I then later called back and got disgusting service saying that my boyfriend and I were the ones being combative when we were very polite and respectful to her. I was then hung up on after the lady on the phone said, "I think this conversation is over." You would think that being located in Parker and in a strip mall they would be grateful for customers wanting to do business with them. But for a business that is family owned and small, this is NOT how you conduct yourselves and treat your customers! If I could give them a negative star review I would. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

After 21.8 years of marriage the diamond from my wedding ring came out. In one of the Facebook Groups I'm in many suggested Bill (William) at Apex Jewelers. I went in and told him the story behind the ring and he showed me the diamonds to replace the one that fell out of the ring. Being that my Anniversary is the 27th of this month I looked at different rings to see if I may want to upgrade. He said, "these rings are beautiful but because of the story behind this ring maybe none of them would be able to measure up to it." That really impressed me. He didn't try to upscale me on anything. Instead, he took the story into consideration and told me that he could make the ring with the missing diamond like new. When I got the call that it was done I was overjoyed. When I saw it. I wanted to cry. It was/ is SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Every once in a while I look down just to look at it. I would highly suggest Apex Jewelers and Bill for any of your jewelry needs and gifts. They have some beautiful pieces in there. And some very nice people.
