Reading some of the other reviews, I have to say I'm surprised by what others experienced with these guys.Wonder Wife and I were in the market for some bedroom furniture and spent a little time wandering through the different displays. As is the case with any furniture store, there were pieces we really liked and some we thought were pretty ugly.The service we received was very good and although we purchased some clearance items out of a set, they were very willing to allow us to pick and choose what we wanted and gave us very good prices.We also saw a wonderful piece of wall art which we also asked about and they knocked about 25% off of it since we were buying other stuff.The prices are expensive if you're used to buying at American Furniture Warehouse, and they're astronomical if you're used to buying IKEA particle board stuff.But, you get what you pay for. Now that most of the kids are gone, we want to start getting good stuff, and that's what we got.Delivery was $79 and worth every nickel. They arranged the furniture the way we asked, mounted mirrors, assembled the bed frame, etc. And the guys were super nice.

Always the best quality in Colorado Springs. Helpful experienced staff. It's the first place I go to shop for furniture. I really don't buy anywhere else.

Absolutely awful customer service & product, I can't recommend that you run fast enough from this place!! Our furniture was damaged & defective & I fought for months to get it returned even involving the manufacturer. The co-owner Neno was extremely difficult to work with not to mention his ego WOW!!! I couldn't be happier to be done with this company!!!! I wish I could post pics so you could see the furniture that I received and what an utter mess it was!!! Beware folks!!!!

This review is on an employee and not the furniture as we don't have it yet. I called the store in Colorado Springs as I am in New York and my son is relocating. Trying to order furniture online and everything kept saying out of stock. I called spoke to AMANDA ROLLIN on the phone. She was patient and extremely helpful to an out of state customer. We now feel comfortable knowing that our son will be fully furnished the day he gets his keys. AMANDA ROLLIN is An amazing employee and should be commended for her politeness, patience and helpfulness. If she is what Colorado SPRINGS residents are like, my son has it made.

Did you know it takes 3 weeks to deliver a couch from California? We ordered a sectional before Halloween..12 weeks ago. We were told 9-11 weeks. Three weeks ago the sales lady told my husband it had shipped. He called last week and they have no way of tracking it. What year are you living in? I will never buy from them again. I would cancel the order except I am currently sitting on the floor as we sold our couch over the weekend because the new one was supposed to have been here by now!

The furniture was fine, but beware the sales staff. The older lady with a german accent who helped us buy a leather couch was VERY dishonest. She mentioned that the leather on the couch had a lifetime warranty. Never did tell us that the warranty was not automatic but required us to use the cleaning kit (where the paper work was hidden) within three days of purchase. We realized this after a month and we were told basically, "too bad so sad". NOT people you want to deal with.

We've been here a few times. The prices are expensive, so it is important to make sure you know what you are buying! The quality of the products we've purchased from here are good, though. The customer service is also pretty good. When they didn't have what I was looking for on one occasion, they were not pushy and fine with me looking elsewhere.

Just a pleasant experience and a fun time. Was helped the moment I walked in and found exactly what I wanted!

This is my forth purchase. My other two five star ratings were not calculated in this Yelp review....Today, I received a very large dressing cabinet, and as usual the customer service was key, and the delivery went well with my large piece handled with care. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you, Meredith

Went there once before. Got no help and thought the prices were high. This time the opposite- had a great saleswoman (Allie), found several pieces that would work and thought the prices were good for the quality. Hope COS can keep this store!
