AMC CLASSIC Twenty Mile 10

Why am I giving 2 stars?Outdated, crying for updates and modernized. Came for Dune 2. I used AMC app to select the seats. Very easy process. Just expect to pay a convenience fee of $4.50 for two tickets. Theater was empty and should just bought the ticket at the counter. You can cancel the tickets but forfeit the fees.As I mentioned earlier, this location is crying for updates. Do have nice concession area but no food or alcohol options. The restroom nearby was clean but very outdated.Seating were very old and uncomfortable. Screens were small. Throughout the movie, HVAC noise was very noticeable and disturbed the movie watching experience. Not good.

If you're in the mood to see a movie on a decent size theater screen, with okay, overpriced snacks, and disinterested staff, this is your place.

Burnt popcorn. Staff did not seem well trained. Not well updated. Many better options in the area.

Loved the Exclusive Movie night here!We we t to see Wakanda forever to celebrate our anniversary and boy what a treat it was! The staff was super friendly and always happy to refill. The theatre was completely clean, comfy empty and made the experience even more enjoyable and exclusive.

Couldn't figure out why there were still plenty of tickets available to a popular movie on the weekend. Now I know. The place was disgustingly filthy and there was almost nothing available in the snack area. What kind of movie theater "runs out" of popcorn in the afternoon? There were about five or six staff members just standing around. They didn't adjust the volume for lack of bodies in the theater, so it was at damage-causing levels. I shouldn't feel the movie vibrating in my chest. Maybe that's just me. Not worth the $100 we dropped. The movie industry wonders why people don't go see movies anymore....

From the minute we walked in you could just fell the positive energy given by the Staff. Elijah meet us and took our tickets and the served up some very delicious popcorn. The time we spent in the lobby getting our food and drink before we went into the theater we were surrounded by all the smiles and positive energy coming from the staff!

No bar. No icees. No ice. No lids. No CO2. But you could probably make a free bucket of popcorn with how filthy the straw area was

"Oh no! What could improve?" Everything! Took my family out to see Moana 2. Staff was unbelievably rude. There was no ice. No water. No lids. Had to search for a straw. Cashier had an attitude that would make your jaw drop. I have never experienced such a horrible trip to the movies.

Very disappointed how the movie theater looks like, bad organization, yesterday I went to watch a movie with the kids inside out 2, I bought the tickets online, thinking will be convenience, big surprise went I showed up I went to pick up my food order and they didn't have any number on it, then there were no limonade on the drink fountain, so my kids don't drink soda, what to do, they provide me some can limonades so it was nice however when we approached to the room where the movie will start they were cleaning the room so we have to wait for 10min out, the bathrooms were totally dirty with the trash can full of paper. Really bad experience, I hope they fix those issues.
